Last week they replaced my engine, put in brand new engine shutters, and put in a brand new catalytic converter. They were very professional and communicated every step of the way. The also showed me some love on the price. My car drives like a brand new car and they also cleaned the inside. I appreciate the awesome customer service.

I went for an inspection, then purchased 4 new tyres. Mounted balanced after a supply chain issue, at a reasonable price, all-wheel alignment was done right. Everyone was helpful and competentand the biggie honest. A first choice. choice

Jeremy and the team at Santa Ana were very accommodating and updated me on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. They fixed my AC in a timely fashion and are always very professional in my dealings with them. I appreciate the top notch service.

I experienced good value with reliable service. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any type of vehicle repair. This company delivered on time just as they promised to do. I hope to not have to return anytime soon, but this will be my first stop should the need arise. A satisfied customer.

My car had an engine leak coming from the oil filter housing. They quickly diagnosed it and got me a quote. I couldn t leave the car there that day so I scheduled an appointment next week. They ordered the needed parts ahead of time. I dropped it off at 8a the morning of the appointment, and they had it out by 3p. Would highly recommend them if you re looking for someone to work on your vehicle. My experience from beginning to end was fantastic.

I always go to this car shop, because I trust them and their prices are fair. Setting up an appointment online is super easy, and Jeremy makes the check in/out process quick. Whenever my dealership identifies an issue with my car, I take it to Santa Ana because I trust them to be straightforward and honest.

My car was having an issue to where it would start slowing down the longer I drove it. The engine light wasn t on but I went to Santa Ana to have it looked at, and they told me that the issue was due to my catalytic converter being damaged. I found that odd cause I bought two new ones the year before. I decided to get a second opinion and they let me know that it wasn t the converter but my fuel pump. They even said that they could tell the converters were new. I used to recommend people to Santa Ana but I no longer will.

Jeremy is great. He handles his job very professionally! I have taken my car here many times and they have honest prices and work at a fast pace. It get busy fast, because they are good. If you need your vehicle repaired this is the place to go!

Jeremy was great to work with. Very easy to set an appointment. I received an oil change at a very reasonable price and was not pressured into any additional items. The waiting area was very clean and easy Wi-Fi access.

Initially I was not at all happy with my experience for a number of reasons, but the owner reached out to me and we were able to bridge our differences and, in the end, my vehicle repair was satisfactory. That's about all you can ask for in a service provider. When things do not go great on the first round, which happens on occasion, they make it right. Great owner!

Santa Ana is fantastic & wonderful staff members. I toke my car in Monday morning after someone hit it while it was parked. Muhammad toke me right in & was extremely professional & got straight to the point.Rachel (super nice) called me Wednesday that it was ready. I went in Thursday , so they could re-install my bumper back, after I received my car back I did point out that above the bumper were minor scuff marks that I was told would be be removed, proud to say they had it ready in less than 20 minutes! Impressed how nice it came out. I recommended all my friends to come here with their car issues.

What an awesome find. Mechanic shops are usually not a preferred destination but these guys are super friendly and affordable. Went in for a brake line repair. He had to rig it to work being a 1997 F350. Professional. Clean. 2 thumbs up

My latest need was some body work and Rachel, Anthony, and Melanie took wonderful care of me and my car. I recently had an outstanding oil change experience at Santa Ana. From start to finish, every aspect of my visit was impressive.The staff at Santa Ana were professional and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.The pricing was fair and transparent, offering great value for the excellent level of service. They even complimented my Blue-Eyes White Dragon credit card when I made my payment.Overall, I highly recommend Santa Ana for their exceptional oil change service. Great team, great service.I have brought both of my aging Toyotas for maintenance and repairs for 5+ years. Amazing staff and service. 10/10 recommend. My wife and I were driving to Austin, and our thermostat jumped up and engine overheated... we were right across the street so we pulled in. Jeremy in the front was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. One of the best auto shop experiences I've had. They quickly got to work and got us back on the road in a matter of a couple hours.

I went in for an alignment and some shaking. They offered a $70 suspension check, only to be charged if they found issues. When I picked up my vehicle they quoted me $3,200 to replace a broken suspension and could not provide an alignment before fixing the suspension. They advised me not to drive my vehicle because it was on the brink of braking down. They then charged me $75 for the check, not $70, for finding work to be done. I brought my car to a different mechanic for a second opinion. They said my suspension looked "very impressive for 75,000 miles" but found a bulge on a tire and recommended getting a new one. I took my car to a tire shop to replace the tires and had them inspect my suspension and brakes. They came back to say both the suspension and brakes looked fine. After a month of driving on new tires, the car operates with no issues. I leave the experience with the impression Santa Ana did not offer a trustworthy or reliable service.

Excellent and timely service! Very reasonably priced and amazing 3 year warranty on parts and labor. I even got a complimentary service after my major repairs which was much appreciated! My car drives much better now, thank you to Jeremy and the team for taking great care of me!

Very welcoming and efficient, even to an out of towner! In Houston for business and ran over a huge tire in morning rush hour. Under carriage panel was hanging off. Brought it in and Jeremy was super helpful and accommodating. I surprised my fianc� by fixing up his gorgeous Lexus RC F350! I emailed Santa Ana with photos of the damage before he left for a vacation and snuck the car over to them. No only did they repair the damage that my sweetheart made.... they completely detailed the inside and outside of the car. I cried when I saw her back in her full glory! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
