Would definitely recommend. Spent hours looking for a repair facility for a simple suspension repair. Sams auto was very swift and provided me excellent customer service and was able to get me in within an hour. The pricing was much better than what other commercial shops were charging and he did not give me a hassle since I already knew the problem

Sam s Auto Repair & Collision is great! I was googling auto shops when I moved to Texas to get some work done on my Jeep. They were able to fit me in quickly and the prices are great. Great buying experience. Mr. Sam was more than fair and he made the buying process extremely easy and worry free. The car was in great condition and out of the other cars we looked at other lots was in impeccable shape. I highly recommend this place of business!!

Highly recommend and will be back! I needed my whole headlight replaced due to it being damaged and he was able to quote me a price, and replace it the same day. Couldn t be happier!

I can t recommend this place enough. I came in with an AC issue and they did everything in their power to help me save money and fully fix my AC. In this heat it really is needed and they helped me tremendously. DONT GO THIS SHOP. DONT! (A 0-star review)- TOTALLY DIFFERENT ATTITUDE before and after you sign the paperwork.- OVERPRICED, DONT CLARIFY ANYTHING, BEING RUDE WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS. My engine went hot and the coolant was leaking. I came to the shop based on its high rating on Google Maps. He did a diagnosis and said it is the water pump issue and asked for a labor fee of $600 to replace it. Upon mentioning a lower quote ($430) from another shop, I was informed of additional charges like diagnosis and towing if I chose to take my car elsewhere. Then he asked for a new labor fee of $500.The next day, he messaged me that another part, the coolant tube, is broken as well and needs a replacement. He charged another labor fee of $180 to replace that. Then I messaged back to ask if the water pump (his original diagnosis) is broken or not. He called me back immediately and asked me to not disturb him. Said something like "He is the best one out there", "I am not here to teach people", "I am well-educated".I am quoting some words from Sam when I was at his shop:(1) Sam: "Bring somebody who understands English and knows the car."(2) Sam: "I am 52. I have way more experience than you do. You gotta have to learn a lot of things. Because when you are working with professionals, you gotta shut up and listen to the people."Me: Is it professional to let a customer shut up?Sam: "Yeah, because the customer is dumb."- THREATEN CUSTOMERS. I was asking questions about the car's technical problems. He was really impatient. He called the police to push me to pay the balance and showed off his trick after the police left.(1) Sam: "I don' know where you come from. I was born here. So don't disrespect me, because I can be REALLY BAD because I am the owner here. I can send you jail. You see how many cops showed up. I paid my tax."Me: I paid my tax as well.Sam: "Maybe you pay somewhat, I pay a lot."Me: "So any difference?"Sam: "A lot of difference. Business owners have a lot of rights. That's why the cop cannot do anything."(2) Sam: "You are not gonna understand. You gotta learn a lot. I need you to sign right here. I need your payment. Otherwise the cop will come and arrest you."(3) Sam: "My job is not listening to customer, listen to my work."Me: "You also need to listen to customers."Sam: "You are wrong. You gotta learn hard way. You are making yourself a fool to do all that, not me. At the end of the day, you need to pay that. You gotta learn."After getting this horrible service, I found that there are many other customers receiving such bad service. See more views from other customers (It does not allow me to copy them here).Just in case, if you are still on this page and considering this shop, again, JUST AVOID THIS SHOP!

I would not recommend this shop. IF you are a woman, expect to be talked down to and shut down when you ask questions. When I called to check on the status of my car (the day after dropping off) I was told not to do that and they would call me with updates. I ve never had a mechanic do that. Most will say we have it in the back or it s not done yet. My husband, on the other hand, was offered more information readily even though he does NO mechanical work. Even a full and friendly walk through on pick up.On top of being spoke down too, they did not fix my leak and charged me over 400 to diagnose and flush my sun roof lines. (At home I was able to flush my front lines myself and had water flowing well through the front lines before I took the van in.) I just called the dealership. Toyota would have charged $240 to flush my blocked lines. I did bring it back in because it was still leaking. They tried some fixes that didn t work. When he was explaining what he tried, he said something along the lines of. If they had worked he would have charged me. Keep in mind he is suggesting I pay again for a fix that should have been done the first time if they managed to fix it the second time. I do have my leaky van back. The seatbelt now smells of mold and everything else is exactly the same. I will not be going back.Btw he will seem very nice when you check in and is very friendly. Just be aware that he expects you to ask no questions unless you are a man.Service: Auto water leak repair
