Went to get my windshield replaced and technicians broke the piece that covers the front camera. Didn t tell me they d broken the piece, I only realized it after getting in the car the following day and saw it hanging. Went back to their location to get it checked out and they d offered to buy me a replacement and come reinstall it. Replacement piece took a week with no update until I called and inquired, despite being told I d receive one after 3 days. Now that the piece is in, and I m expecting it to be reinstalled at my location as agreed on, I m being asked to come to their location for a third time because its only a five minute process. This location is out of route for my daily travel, and it s quite inconsiderate for them to expect me to be inconvenienced AGAIN for their mishap. This process should ve only taken one visit, and at this point I m working on my third. Choose a different location for your windshield needs.

These guys managed to scrape my leather steering wheel during the 2 hours they had my car for a glass replacement. I understand this was likely an accident however people pay good money for their cars and this lack of care for customers vehicles is telling. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want potential damage to your car.Update: they said they d have someone call me to fix this and have been giving me the run around for weeks now.

I had my windshield replaced and left there with a different situation. I tried to use the windshield washer fluid on my truck and wasn't getting proper fluid pressure on the windshield for cleaning while driving. I popped my hood, noticed the container was completely empty which was strange because I never had any issues wit that prior to. So I got to looking around and followed the line. Low & behold, the windshield washer fluid line had been severed while Safelite on Bingle road serviced my truck. I've called multiple times, gotten no answer so I assume Ima going to have to pull back up to get the situation resolved properly.

First of all, myself and a young woman came in at the same time. Both of us had a 10:00 am appointment for windshield replacement. She got her car back in 45 minutes and I waited over 2 hours. After getting the car back, everything looked fine. However, 2 weeks later, we got a bunch of rain and my car was flooded with water from poor installation of the windshield. I called the number listed on the receipt and the lady who answered the phone was so rude. I told her what happened and she said, "This is Binswanger Glass, we don't replace windshields. Safelite does the replacement." She refused to help me setup a warranty appointment with Safelite even though they are one in the same. Anyways, I setup a warranty appointment with another location because the staff at this location was so rude. I will never return to this location and I will warn anyone in advance to avoid this location.

Went in for a windshield replacement and left with a broken A pillar interior panel, they didn't say anything about it when I left. I noticed and immediately turned around. The worker was extremely apologetic and it seems they are putting forth effort to remedy their error. The reason for the 2 star is due to what I assume was rushed work, or not very delicate handling. The rest of the windshield replacement seems fine. This is inexcusable for a repair done through insurance. I will update this review after they remedy the issue

Given that I am unable to provide a rating below 1 star, I am leaving thus review. This location is unprofessional to work with based on the most common trade to any business and that is communication. Poor communication and people skills when speaking to this business. The only good thing I can is that I did waste my gas or waste anymore of my valuable time in person. This location is not transparent with it pricing and actually documented it false advertisement. I strongly encourage for anyone seeking the appropriate repair or service to immediately go elsewhere and stay clear of this business.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly. She chatted with all customers and was genuinely sincere. I arrived 10 mins early for a scheduled appointment and they had a technician available. He checked that my window was in stock and then began work right away. I only had to wait 1 hour and he did a great job. He was very friendly. I am very impressed with the service at this location.

Horrible! I have had MANY chip repairs over the years. This is my first time using Safelite and they managed to turn a 1/4" chip into a 4" long crack due to the type of vacuum pressure machine, and temperature difference. Will NEVER use these people again. Go with a local indy that has high ratings, and not Safelite.Editing review after response from Owner: The technician told me after the repair, that the chance of the crack spreading like it did is 50/50. If I would have known this in advance, there is no way I would have went forward with the repair. I would have preferred to take my chance that the little 1/4" chip would just remain as it was instead of a 50% chance of a 4" crack developing from the "repair" process.

Told me they did not bill insurance company directly. Not true but caused me a hassle to claim back after installation! Zero contact regarding progress on installation. Had to make multiple calls to try to find status. Took all day to complete even though I had a 10:00 appointment. Seemed very disorganized. Was given a $60 discount for the inconvenience, not much compensation for the hassle they caused me!!

This was my first time going to a Safelite location even though this is not my first time using their services.I am reading other reviews and i am a little surprised of others experience with this location. I had an amazing experience , despite the fact that I was mad like hell on the landscapers at my job who put a small chip on my less than 3 months old Wrangler.The lady at the front desk was very polite and respectful, the technician who did the work was so knowledgeable and nice: he looked at my vehicle before taking it in, explained what it will be done , and did the same after fixing it. He did a really good job , barely noticeable, looks like smalll rain drop only because i know where it was. Not to mention that I got there early for my appointment and they took my car in early. I was very pleased with the whole experience, and i am happy with the repair.As I mentioned, this is my first experience going to a shop location, but not my first with Safelite services. Two other times was the techs coming out, once at my job, once at my house. Both times really good service, very polite and professional techs.I must be a lucky girl I would use this location again, for my husband truck windshield which also has a small chip, because who lives in Houston and don't have a chip in the windshield

I'd recommend never scheduling an appointment here. I did the drop off and had my vehicle to them by 8:30 am. They did not start my vehicle until I called at 5pm regarding when it will be done. At that time they told me that it would be about 2.5 hours for my windshield and calibration. I had evening plans that I had to cancel because I now had to get my vehicle well past closing time. When speaking with customer service they would do nothing for my lost time and evening because they couldn't perform the work I paid them to do in a reasonable amount of time. I also had received a text the night before that my vehicle should be done by 5pm. LOL it would be nice if they started it at 5pm. Take your business elsewhere!

Went in for a windshield repair, said initially would take 3 hours and had it done in 1, Pat up front was awesome. Did a fantastic job, really happy with the entire experience

I just had my windshield replaced by this location and I feel like they did an outstanding job. The staff was excellent and very professional. Sure there was 2 minor caveats that being they had the wrong glass the first time which is totally okay and there s a little wind noise from my weather stripping in my A pillar but it was already dry rotted and cracking so I needed to replace it anyway. Overall I feel like I got exactly what I expected and that was an excellent job done. I paid out of pocket for the whole thing and felt the the pricing was beyond reasonable. I will definitely be recommending this place to other family members that are also looking for windshield replacement.

I scheduled a windshield REPLACEMENT and got a Crack fixed and a new rain sensor instead.No clue what I paid for and my windshield still has cracks and chips and scratches prior to the visit, and now has a haze in the corner.

First appointment was rescheduled due to wrong part arriving (might have been my mistake when I picked the type of glass I thought I needed on the website). Marlene was very helpful, advised me to call Permaplate to check if I had windshield coverage (I didn't, unfort), then made it a mission to find the right part, which didn't show up initially in her database bc my car is a newer model. She rescheduled for another day, got the right part, installed it 2 hours (they forgave me my arriving late to appt.), and now I drive around having spent 20 cents on the dollar on my windshield replacement what my dealership would've charged me. The best part: NO RECALIBRATION NEEDED. That right there saved me an extra $650 at the dealership. Keep Lane Assist works like a charm, and the Collision Warning works to. Had my reservations reading the bad reviews here, but everything went perfect.

Bad service. They replaced the windshield but didn't calibrate it. No answer - recording says they can't take my call. I'm disputing this $800 charge. Never again.

We recently considered the location to replace a cracked windshield. The glass is almost in two pieces so it is well passed time to get the new one. We haven't actually gotten the replacement yet, but this place is our first choice to get it done. Scheduling an appointment is easy.

Went in for a repair of a single chip on front windshield. Chip was not repaired. If you sign up for appointment at no point does the Safelite website tell you that most chips cannot be repaired only protected (maybe) from further expansion or cracks. After you pay and get your receipt then they tell you this. 233$ chip still there new wiper blades. What a rip off.

The worst experience ever! If you value your time and sanity, stay away! I took my vehicle to these people 3 times, and each time they had the wrong part! How much effort does it take to open a box and check that the correct part is there for your customer s repair?! Their solution suggested to me was to buy the part myself! I am telling all my friends and family to steer well clear of Safelite. After one month of trying, the vehicle remains unfixed. I am going elsewhere right this very minute. I ve wasted enough valuable time and gas. And to put the icing on the cake, the crash wrap plastic film they placed over the window opening peeled off soon after I drove off in the rain. STAY AWAY!

The worst. They forgot the calibration. Rubber is sticking out. Service is very unprofessional. It s like dealing with Walmart.

Appt time 4pm. I dropped my vehicle off at 2:30. Not until 4:45pm so I receive a call that my vehicle cannot be repaired today. The manager, Joselyn, had no remedy. I had to suggest that other local stores be contacted to locate the part. But why would you accept the appt without the part. Oh it was damaged, so it took two hours to notify. Oh wait there s more, my vehicle has to remain overnight and will be ready by COB tomorrow. No loaner vehicle, no rental car or reimbursement; just sorry ma am. I guess Joselyn was anxious for Friday evening because she left before returning my call to inform me if it were possible to have my vehicle back by noon as opposed to COB. The employee over spoke me when I called back to inquire if an eta had been determined. She stated Joselyn could not be contacted because she was off and informed her that I agreed to leave my vehicle Overnight. I had not. Remedy: I m stuck without a vehicle until they figure it out.Hope the quality of work is better than the customer service.

Wife took car here and after window was replaced none of the features associated with windshield worked. Took it to the dealer and they said safelite put on wrong windshield. Needed to be an Audi windshield. For whatever reason I decided to use them for my car; did the drop and go dropped my car off at 8 and they never got it done cancelled at 3:30pm some it had not even started and they would not be done till 6. I do not have time to do thing more than once. Do not use.

Usually I'm hesitant with bad reviewed places, but they took my car at my appointment time, and were done in an hour! Very efficient, will be using again. They have a discount code online if you look for safelite.

Alans was unable to do his job despite me paying in advanced and leaving detailed messages about the issue. Also appeared to have active head lice. His logic made no sense and he spoke down to me like I didn t understand the concepts of an engine, airbags, or a windshield. Horrible service

Super friendly. I did the drop, and I'll be back later thing. A bit more communication would have been nice but not too much of an issue. I got a message that they were starting on my car, and 5 minutes later that they were done and that I could pick it up.

Rescheduled by them 3 times and finally when they start working, it took 5 hours while they told me only upto 3 hours......Not happy at all.....
