If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic, contact Mo at SW Auto Repair. It's hard to find an honest mechanic and from the first phone call, they were extremely responsive (call/text), polite, professional, and went above and beyond for a part needed for my vehicle (gave me multiple options). They were accommodating of towing my vehicle at a cheaper price than my own insurance company; the shop was easy to find, clean, and we were greeted by the cutest pups! Everything was seamless, I look forward to working with them again for my future car needs.

Mo and his team exemplify honesty, responsibility, and kindness in every interaction. Not only did they efficiently fix the issue with my car, but they also took the time to explain the problem and offered valuable advice for maintenance. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality service truly set them apart. I highly recommend Mo's workshop to anyone in need of auto repairs! I visited Southwest Auto Repair for the first time and I had my A/C repaired. I was very impressed by his customer service and concerns for my vehicle. The repair took only a few hours and my A/C runs like new. He's very reasonable in pricing, not overpriced like most mechanics.

I told My cousin about this place where he could bring his 2012 Dodge Avenger to diagnosis the ticking noise under the hood. It turned out to be a bent rod and recommended the engine needed to be replaced. At 1st I was skeptical about doing that because it's a Dodge but given the circumstances and my cousin not wanting to spend a lot of money buying another vehicle he decided to get the engine replaced and everything worked outvery well. The price was fair and the car runs like new.

My 2012 Chevy Cruze was overheating and I was recommended to come here. The owner was courteous, respectful, and seemed to be honest about everything pertaining to the car initially. The process took a week and some days longer than I was told, but the service and hospitality was good.

Had an emergency repair to take car of while in Houston to help my mom out.P/S pump went out over the weekend, and the rack and pinion has needed to be replaced for some time so I took it to my good friend MO at Southwest Auto repair. For all of my Houston friends this man takes care of business and with integrity and honor. Give them a call with any of your Auto repair or service needs.

I really appreciate this Moe he actually take the time to make sure your car is fixed and he s not just tryna eat your pockets my car sat for a whole month of people tell me what they thought the issue was and when I brought it to Moe he actually figured out what the actual problem was and fixed the issue.

I found this place by 5-star rating and was thrilled to go there to have some minor repair. The guy I met was very nice, gave me the good price and promised to find the right parts with discount. So far so good... But, 3 days passed after his promise to call me back, nothing happened. I called again, and he told me to give 2 seconds to get back with an update. 4 days passed, nothing happened. Looks like they just don't care about the customers. Not a way to run business in my opinion.

Excellent quality service! What sets this place apart is the quality of the work being done and the thorough communication. Had my engine rebuilt here after being recommended by a friend and Mo took take of me, explained clearly step by step what was going to be done to my vehicle and I can truly appreciate that, even physically showing me and I ended up learning a few things, felt like a family!Thank you guys so much for everything!! I hate going to auto shops as a female, but the guys here were so professional and transparent by explaining what was wrong with my car and the process to fix it. On top of that the price was very affordable. I definitely recommend anyone to come here. They even open on Saturdays for those who work 9-5 s as myself and don t have time to take it during the week. These guys at Southwest auto repair are amazing mechanics. I came up there with a check engine light on and they ran a complete diagnostic. And for sure they found the problem with Great prices on parts doing business with them was a great experience thank you Southwest auto repair. Moe and his team were really reliable, they swapped out my old motor and transmission within 2 weeks while still staying busy on their other customers, they re very good with pricing and I would definitely recommend for all your automotive needs, I will definitely be back !!

After visiting Express Auto Clinic, I was the most confident I ve been coming out of any auto shop. Mo was extremely helpful and honestly explained what he was doing to me. He answered all my questions very satisfactorily and I was smiling leaving an auto shop for the first time. They were very generous with the cost, kind and also focused on the work rather than the pay. I will definitely come here again whenever I need help with my car.Definitely a happy customer .

Came here to get my catalytic converters installed and to get some other work done on my truck. MO and DAVID were super helpful and extremely quick worked in a timely manner and super professional. Highly recommend them for any mechanic work on any vehicles.

Ok I have been in my truck for a month and a half trying to save and also get my a/c com pressure replaced in 100 + degrees weather everybody other places wonted my whole life savings and then some, I was also told other places needed to keep my truck for two to three days, and that was not a option for me. But in all the numbers I called I ran across a guy that said he didn t do the repair but knew of anther shop that did , Express Auto Clinic I called and a guy so willing to help gave me an affordable price and I made an appointment he was there and ready for me when I got there..with in 3hrs or so my truck was fixed I set in a cool office, I was giving something to drink while they worked on my truck and now I have air conditioning again!!!! Thanks so much Moe you are my new repair man for life. I really appreciate your hospitality, your fair pricing and great repair. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with anything related to a vehicle. Staff is super nice and helpful. Everything was done in a timely manner and prices were extremely affordable. By repairing my compressor rather than purchasing a new one they saved me at least 1,000 dollars. Thank you guys, keep up the excellent workService: Air & cabin filter replacement

Excellent service! Came in for a coolant leak, determine the leak and solve the problem right away. I was also having some misfires on my engine got that issue resolve as well.
