Quick and professional, price was fair and it only took a hour to do the windshield. They originally turned down the work because I didn't have replacement clips for the window trim. It's good to see that a shop is more concerned with doing the job correctly than making a quick sale.

Without a doubt the best place in Houston to get your windshields replaced. I've been a customer since 2014, and sent over friends and family too. They've always done a fantastic job as well as being very courteous.I especially wanted to thank Francisco, because I had asked him about another car when I got my windshield changed 3 weeks ago. He had quoted me around $250 for a Honda Accord. My son called today and the was quote higher. We understand that with inflation and parts increases, the price can change anytime.However, I spoke with Francisco and he remembered our conversation, and honored the $250 quote even after 3 weeks! THANK YOU THANK YOU, we really appreciate it!!!

Truly great family business.I was caught in a freak hailstorm this past weekend in Austin. Golf ball-sized hails shattered my windshield. Managed to drive in back to Houston the next morning, arrived in Houston at 2 PM, squeezed in a last-minute appointment at 2:30 PM. Within a few hours, my father picked up the car for me and the work was effectively done! All for $245. (Other places quoted around $800-$1000.)Our family always went here since the snowstorm in 2021. Will for sure be back.Service: Auto windshield replacement

My appt for a windshield replacement was at 10:30am I got there ten minutes prior. I was out the door by 11:10am. Super fast, quality service!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for glass replacement service. The staff was pleasant and very informative. This was my first time here but for future glass repair issues it won't be my last!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Best experience ever. Save your time and efforts.Before showing up there I called many top rated Auto glass shops around me, but S Delta Auto Glass gave me the best quote.When I visited their shop the service was friendly and quick. Paid a reasonable price for driver, passenger, and rear windows. It's a little extra cost for hatchback models because of the extra windows and shape but still cheaper than most places. So far, so good!

Hugo was so helpful over the phone and got me a great deal on my windshield replacement. More than $100 cheaper than the cheapest quote I received from Safelite. They got me in the same day and had me in and out in half the time they estimated. I love that they have a monitor in the lobby that shows the work being done on your car. BE AWARE This is my first and also my last time. I was at the shop today at 10am and I had waited until 4pm to get my car tinted. After the service, I saw that my car paint had a REALLY BIG chipped as the picture. I told the man that my car didn t look like that when I arrive, but he told me that he was the one drove my car into the place to get the service and he already saw the chipped . I did not want to argue with him because I had waited almost 5 hours, that make me super tired. So I just go back home to check my camera and I saw that my car didn t chip before I got the service. I called him back and told him that he can check the camera at the shop to see that what happened to my car. But they still didn t respond for that.

I ve came here numerous of times to try and get my windows tinted and every time they tell me no one is available or I came in to late. I gave it one last try today and I was told yet again they can t do it because someone the guy is currently doing another car and it would take 1hr 45 min. The lady couldn t even tell me to come back at a later time smh terrible customer service, if I could give them 0 stars I would!

Had a really great experience with this place!! They were quick to email me back with a quote and were very easy to arrange an appointment with over the phone. For a small fee, they were able to come to my office and replace my window, which is so awesome! I work a crazy schedule and it s hard to do things during regular business hours. So convenient! And my tech was very very nice and professional, and had it cleaned and installed in 45 min. Highly recommend!
