I was extremely discouraged over, what I assumed to be, a serious oil pressure issue. I have a Yukon with over 200K miles and fully expected bad news followed by a suggestion for a new engine or a new car.Steve happened to have a similar vehicle in the air with a similar issue and he showed me exactly what the problem might be. No promises - but some hope!The repair indeed turned out to be a very reasonable effort at a reasonable price. He even showed me pictures of the repair in progress. A week later and the car is running like new.Lastly, he gave me a detailed list of items that will need attention when time and budget allow. I will gladly return and check these off over time.This was my first time with S&S and I am still speechless that a shop like this still exists. I highly recommend their services and wish them the very best in their admirable business.Craig S.

After reading these reviews, I though I'd take my ailing Honda to S&S. Ray White and his team could not have been nicer, fixed my Honda the same day, and were very fair on the price. It's rare these days to find someone as genuine and capable. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends and neighbors that this is where they need to get their cars repaired. Very, very comfortable and pleased. They made it so easy. Thank you so much Mr. White & S&S.

Having a city life can be stressful and car problems can be pricey and disheartening to anybody. Luckily I was able to get help from S&S Auto Service for my problems today. My brake was not working properly and my brake light can not be turn off! I brought the car in hoping they can help me in such short time notice and was more than happy to find out not only did they fix my problems they were able to tell me step by step on what I could do to keep my car stay in good condition as well. Just like that, my life got easier. Prices are also reasonable and they are very professional. I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much!!!Service: Brakes

Years ago a friend turned me on to S&S and have been hooked ever since. Ray's about the nicest and most honest down to earth guy you'll ever meet and he and his mechanics perform very high quality work at a good price. We had a warranty on a car with a bum AC and the dealer could never fix it - after many many tries. When the warranty expired we took it to Ray and they fixed it right the first time.

For 20 years Ray and team have taken care of our cars. Top notch work at reasonable rates by honest mechanics who race on the weekends. Ray and Adam explain your options, the costs, and why to do something and when. Do you need anything more from your car mechanic? Referred many people to Ray who also love S&S. His referrals to other providers - the alignment shop, the body repair shop, etc. - are gold as well.

Anytime I need work done on my car I take it to S&S Auto. I've been a customer for well over 25 years. I don't even bother with getting estimates from other shops. Anytime someone mentions they need work done on their car for a reasonable prices by a shop they can trust. I tell them to call Ray at S&S. He'll take care of you..

A couple of weeks ago my daughter took her car to get an oil change. The next day she was stranded on the side of the road & oil leaking from her car. She called S & S. S&S towed her car back to their shop. After checking, the o-ring that seals the filter was cut in 2 places. They check the oil level there was not a drop of oil in the car. Which caused damage to the motor. Now they have to replace the motor. The manager Mr. Ray White has been dragging his feet about getting my daughter's car fixed. He is rude & has given wrong information on several occasions. Having to deal with him has not been easy & he makes comments in the attempt to put blame on my daughter. Beware of this place.

My car was having trouble starting the day before Hurricane Harvey hit,. Turns out all it needed was a new battery and they replaced very quickly! Been using them for years and will continue using them!

Called and politely asked for a quick estimate,He was rude and gave me attitude the whole time. Slams the phone down to go ask his coworker a question (I'm assuming) came back and After all of that he goes "Ummmm okay is that enough information?"If yall are in such a bad mood that you have to take it out on your customers then go home!!!

I was introduced by a friend to this shop. They are honest and reliable. Never gave me any kind of BS. They won't perform unnecessary service either. I've been a regular customer for the past 5 years.
