If I could give 0 stars I would. It has taken me a long time to put a review on this place because I am STILL dealing with the issues that THEY caused to my car. I took my ford fusion here to get fixed due to an accident that was NOT my fault and saw that this was one of the top rated body shops in Houston . Please, let me say this again, please do not take your car here. My car is actually in a worse condition than when I first got it and not due to the accident but due to the poor repair jobs they did. The panels to my hood and driver side door are completely messed up. I have to push in my hood every time I go to get in my car and my car makes a horrendous sound every time I have to get in the drivers side. I ve attached pictures of my accident (to show that A) it was not my fault and that B) the repairs they did were clearly cheap and not done well at all. I ve also attached videos of my fixed hood and attached videos of my fixed driver side panel . On top of this, I was even asked if I wanted to replace my windshield at a cheaper cost. Thankfully, I declined. In all reality, it s completely devastating that this has happened because they have severely depreciated my car now and I m not the richest person in the world so it is extremely depressing for me right now. It is absolutely embarrassing to drive and everyone comments how my panels are clearly off. They have completely ruined my car and chances of selling it or trading it at a decent price. To make matters worse, an employee there even had the same car as me. Would you want your ford fusion to be fixed the way mine was? Highly doubt it. I was a very nice customer as well and even commented on the puppy that was at the facility. I am a female and that could be why I was not taken seriously (which pains me to say because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt). I truly thought my car was going to be taken care of and it wasn t. To release my car in the condition it was is honestly shameful since it is a direct representation of your body shop. Now I m stuck leaving a review like this which I hate doing because I like to support all business big and small. Especially local like Houston.If you are going to take your vehicle here, really think about it. Because your car could end up like mine and honestly, you don t want that at all.

Amaizing service! I was looking for a repair shop to replace my windshield after a rock chip, Nima gave me the lowest price, that was not comparable to any other quotes. I was in and out with replaced windshield in 2 hours, while I was sitting in their office, watching TV and drinking a free coffee and all that was on a busy Saturday.their service is exceptional .they are truly the most professional and honest people you could ever find to work on your car.I highly recommend this place.

Extremely detail oriented. My Mini was in show room condition when i picked it up. I will happily refer to anyone needing collision repair! These guys are tops in my opinion.

There was a bad out of nowhere hail storm and a chunk of ice damaged the right side of my windshield, that s Houston weather. I emailed them the night of the hail storm and they got back to me in the morning. Nima was very informative and helpful to what I needed and didn t try to pressure me into getting anything else which was a plus. I looked at other places before I decided to go with them and they were the best since I am college student on a budget. I got there at 11 a.m. and left at 12:30 p.m. and when I got there, Nima already knew who I was. They were fast to do the job. Would recommended to friends and family

I took my BWW in to remove paint scratches and they exceeded my expectations a the the quote was right on. The went above and beyond. My car was totally detailed when I pick it up. wow Wow Wow. Thank you guys for such a great job !!! I totally recommend this place

My window needed replacement after a break-in. No national chain store was able scheduled an appointment until the following week! A friend suggested Ryan s shop and it was an excellent recommendation. The pricing and customer service experience are great! The building is clean and the staff are experts in their trade. Spend your money here.

I selected them for body work solely on the good reviews. They did the repairs on my Highlander in only 3 days, but didn't replace the rear bumper per the insurance estimate. My wife picked it up and noticed the holes still punched through the bumper from the collision and asked about it. They said that's where the plate is mounted. No, the plate goes above where it was intact already.I called and left a message. Didn't hear back and called again. Said part would be there on Wednesday. Went on Thursday but part was not there. Finally, work was done after part arrived later that day.My gray bumper was replaced with a black one! Hoping it doesn't fade over time.There was no communication or apology for the inconvenience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend.

I have used them in the past and so has my boyfriend. Had them replace a window today. Picked my car up and realized they had not used a tinted window. It is what I had. Called when I left and realized they had not replaced with the same. So disappointed when I called and they told me they didn t tint. WTH? Why didn t they tell that before I had them replace? Other windows we have had replaced they used tinted. Waste of my time and money.Service: Auto power window repair

I respect them. They are honest and professional. I had three shops told me my 2010 LS 460 has all kinds of leaking and other issues, and all recommended $1600-2500 repairs. Ryan's Auto helped with my friends Angela car accident and we were very happy with the result. So I decided to let them inspect. Kevin spent good amount of time to check, did pressure check, test drive, lift and exam, and found no leak at all and the engine is dry! He also commented that the lower control arm was replaced not long ago, the car is in great shape, and yes he is right!I repeat, I respect them and they are honest and professional.

Had 2 windshields replaced and very happy with both. It has been 3-4 years since my last visit, but a friend remembered me recommending a windshield repair shop and contacted me today. I thought they were out of business; but fortunately discovered they were OPEN. My friend is happy to be taking his car there this week.

Had my truck broken into last night while out of town. Chose them bc of their ratings and reviews. These guys are great! They were able to get my truck s window replaced that same day so I could head back home. Guys made me feel at home at their place. 100% recommend to everyone.

Best experience ever. They are really kind and helpful and they fixed my rear window + front windshield + brake light for a very affordable price and clean quality too. If you ever need to fix your car this is the place. I was late and i called them before they closed they told me they will wait for me i came at 9 pm which is 2 hours after they closed. No one will ever do that especially for one customer so yeah this is the place for sure. Happy with the service and people there would recommend to anybody. Its worth the drive

I don t normally do reviews. But this is important. I got rear ended on 45 coming to Houston and needed a new bumper. I had the choice to bring it to any shop that I chose and I chose Ryan s. This is not your ordinary shop, I was treated like family. If you re blessed enough to deal with Kevin, you re in good hands. Enterprise rental company was not doing any pickups due to Covid, but they were nice enough to go out of their way to drive me over there. I never left my car at a place for a few days, and the actual car (inside and out) be in better condition then when I left it. I felt like I was driving away a new car. Everyday I got a call from them updating me on the process and estimated time to finish. They made the process with the insurance a breeze. I wish I got paid for this review but the customer service was so good this was the least that I could do.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about this place right now. Earlier today I had been screwed around by a different automotive glass place who completely dropped the ball on repairing my windshield. I called Ryan s Automotive at the last second and they totally came through for me and saved the day. They not only gave me the cheapest price possible for my new Ford windshield, but they completed it in record speed. Absolutely will be telling all of my friends and family about this place. Thank you so much!!!

This is the best auto shop I have ever experienced. I was quoted the best price for a new windshield which did not take long to install at all.I came back a week later for an oil change and inspection for registration renewal. To my surprise They also washed and detailed the interior of my car and put air in my tires that were going low on pressure. I hit my newly bought car - really bad dent and scratches that affected the door and quarter panel. I didn t want to go through insurance so I went to several body shops before deciding on Ryan mostly because he had the best price by far and felt honest and much easier to work with compared to other places that seemed like they were trying to sell and justify their price. I worked with Nima who was extremely responsive and even gave me an available loaner car. My car came back looking brand new! I am so impressed by the service and quality of work and will continue to go back. I highly recommend this shop.

They were fantastic. I am so happy I found these guys. I had this quick fix on my windshield (the rubber lining came out), and I called a bunch of other places and all of them were being difficult, either telling me they had to take out the whole windshield, or that I had to come in so they could see it first, or telling me to call back tomorrow, but as soon as I called this place, they were so helpful and accommodating. I brought my car during my lunch hour and they got it fixed so quickly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable and super friendly as well. I had a GREAT experience here.

Great job all around. Straight forward customer service by Ahmad who broke down the price, process of replacing my windshield which I was dealing with water leaking in off and on. Ahmad answered all my questions and more and Ryan Automotive provided me with a lifetime warranty on the windshield. Very happy with my experience and recommend using Ryan Automotive.

Nima and Ryan Automotive Glass & Collision Center should be the first place you go when considering car repairs. I highly recommend his services. Where you go first really does matter. Nima saved me over $1, 000.00, and the repair was done correctly and in a timely manner. The work and service experience was superior! Back in October I got my brakes replaced at Ryan Automotive. Nima was nice, took time to explain what I needed. He also recommended changing the front control arm which I did. However, when it was time to pay, Nima informed me that there would be an additional 3% fee if I paid with a credit card. This was never mentioned when he provided the estimate. I was bothered by this last-minute charge but paid $1,501 via Zelle.A week after the service work, I noticed the steering wheel shaking when applying the brakes on the highway. My boyfriend told me that there was a problem with the braking system. I didn't think much of it (silly me!!!) and decided to give the new system time to adjust before taking it back. Over the next 2 months the shaking got worse. I finally took the car back to Ryan Automotive in December. Nima said that the brakes were fine but the front tire rods needed replacement. He gave a long explanation of all the reasons why my car was shaking, although I had never noticed it before the break repair. My boyfriend wasn't convinced by Nima's explanation, and I took the car to a different car shop for a second opinion. The other shop told me that the front rotors were defective, and even showed how the rotors were wearing out unevenly meaning the brake pads were engaging unevenly causing the steering wheel to shake. They replaced the front brake pads and rotors for $461 and gave us the old ones to take to Ryan Automotive. The wheel shaking stopped immediately.We called Nima and asked to reimburse us for the defective parts/labor. He wouldn't listen to us. He said 90% of mechanics are crooks and that the other shop replaced the tire-rods and charged us for brakes and rotors. He then asked to see the defective parts so he can verify that he had put them in. We took the rotors/brakes and invoice the same day we spoke on the phone but he refused to look at them saying he didn't have time. However, he immediately attended a customer who came after us. Nima was unprofessional and did not stand by his workmanship. He will slip in extra charges or ask to replace things that are just fine. This is why everyone is afraid of car mechanics. He should have at least looked at the parts and invoice when we brought them to his shop, especially when he himself asked to see them. But he had no intention to look at anything because he knew he was wrong. I want everyone to be aware of Nima and Ryan Automotive s dishonest practices. This kind of shop should not exist.Service: Brakes

Had such a great experience here! Originally I went to Atlas Auto Glass but there was a homeless guy sleeping in front of the sign and the shop was not conducive to customers. Luckily Ryan Automotive was not too far and I called to see if they could work me in. The owner, Nima, answered and within 20 minutes they had opened the shop for me and started working on fixing my broken window. They did such a great job and were very attentive. Would definitely recommend!

We have been going to the owner for many years and done an amazing job on everything I've ever asked. Helped numerous friends and so many ways it's unbelievable. Great honest shop and definitely gets things done quickly.Dealership try to charge my mom to change her brakes for $600 they didn't even need to be changed after he pulled them off no charge unbelievably great service. !We need more people out there like thisgo go check it out. I think they do everything from repairs to body frame to Windows...

I brought my car in to Ryan s Automotive to get a cracked headlight replaced on my Audi. I had been shopping around for a while and no collision center was was able (or should I say - willing) to find the replacement part for me.Kevin was willing to put time into finding my part which honestly it took probably three weeks, and when he found it, he STILL gave me a very competitive quote on the part, as well as the labor.I had a small problem with the reassembly, but I still give them 5-stars because when I was able to diagnose the problem with Audi, I called and with Zero hesitation I was told to bring my car in and it will get fixed and that s exactly what happened. I m sure they were busy but moved my car to the front of the line and honored their warranty (They also cleaned up another small mess I had made since I had left them. This place is AMAZING. I could rave about it all day. Not only did they fix my body damage for A LOT cheaper than other shops I had looked at, they did a fantastic job. My car looked brand new on the outside and the inside thanks to them detailing it before returning it to me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to be extremely impressed and happy with their work. The owner is also super kind and considerate. I will be back next time I need work done.

Every now and then there comes a business you need to have in your contacts list and this is one of them. I can t say enough how impressed I was by the professionalism and demeanor of the owner and the quality of the work and speed at which I was sent on my way with a replaced side passenger rear window. Damaged that morning from a break in, my insurance company put me on a schedule 10 days ahead while I was supposed to ride around with either duck tape or cardboard for a window replacement. Ryan Automotive put me back on the road within three hours of my arrival with a factory installed replacement. If I m spelling his name correctly, Neima is an exceptional business man and I will be forever grateful to have crossed paths with his business. I showed up to get a quote to repair minor damage to my truck cause by my girlfriend accidentally hitting a column in my apartments parking garage. After giving me a verbal quote and discussing how I wanted to sell the truck soon, the staff advised me not to repair due to lack of return in the repair, that a dealer that I been talking too had offered me $5000 under the wholesale value of my truck (with $800 of body damage), and gave me references to sell my truck for top dollar. An employee even took an hour to place touch up paint on my truck to clean up the look and make the damage look not as bad. The shop refused any money for the time or materials and did the touch up out of goodwill. So friendly and went above and beyond for me, a person who they did not stand to make a dollar on at the time. The way they treated me as a non-revenue customer will make my first visit for any glass or body work will be Ryan s in the future.

Ryan Automotive gave us an amazing experience. The customer service was fantastic, and they fixed my broken latch to my hood right away. We were in and out within 5 minutes. We will definitely be using them for all of our future body shop needs.

This place is amazing! Unfortunately my car got broken into over the Thanksgiving Holiday so I had to shop around for window repair. These guys offered a great price, good customer service and offered to help patch up my window until my new window arrived! Will be referring them to anyone I know!

Ryan s Automotive Glass and Collision center is phenomenal. I was really upset about the paint damage on my car and scared to take it just anywhere. They paint matched flawlessly and my car looks brand new. Nima was super helpful and gave me a quick quote. So thankful to live down the street from these guys. I ll continue to be a customer as long as I have a car.
