They are great about returning phone calls or answering emails. Communication is top notch with this shop. If I ever experience any issues with my trailer, these guys are definitely my go-to. We had them do our pre-purchase inspection for a travel trailer we bought & they walked us through everything. It was a great experience. Highly recommend

I used them to repair a slide that had been damaged on an Alaska trip. there were a few other things i needed done as well but i instructed them to not proceed with the work if the slide couldn't be fixed. well they said the slide could be fixed and i ended up doing 6k of work. the slide was not fixed and upon taking it to another dealership i was told the structural damage prevented it from being fixed, which was easily visible to them. i requested a refund and filed a BBB complaint which they have refused despite the clear negligence or malfeasance. DONT USE!BBB COMPLAINT id 21208164

I took my RV here initially because my slide would not come out and my left blinker was not working either. It took them about 8 months to get a part in before they started working in my RV due to it sitting there for a month in the back It ended up getting rats and the rats messed up so many other things in my RV. When I went to go pick it up the bill was around 6,000 and they ended up messing up my brakes light. They replaced the face of the brake lights on the back and I requested for them not to. Sounds like they do this to people fix things that are requested not to we even have email stating that I did not want specific things to be fixed to leave it alone and they still did I had to pay the $6,000 and they did not agree for me to not have to pay what I did not request for.

Had major water damage on the inside, and it smelled like mildew. They took everything apart deep cleaned, replaced all the wood and now looks brand new

Called up in the AM about a little help I needed with the rig. They squeezed us in that day and were SUPER helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, albeit that their workshop was full (and I can see why). You can't go wrong with RV Masters.

GREAT customer service. Called to update me on coach. Friendly and genuine concern to get it fixed right - the first time. Very pleased and would like to use them again. Thor Super C - damage to plastic cargo holds due to blow out. UPDATE They are a bit more detailed than most shops and seem to prefer to get it right THE FIRST TIME. Very pleased with their diligent efforts and the final repair too.

Steven Barron was absolutely professional & took great care of me when I needed to replace the awning on my motor home. Steven drove out to the RV park that I was staying to access the damage after I told him that I was living in my RV & that it would be a hassle for me to pack up to drive to his shop just for an estimate. He came out on a rainy day, too.I also needed to replace the water pump & an electrical board that switches between shore & battery power. They also fixed the gas line to the refrigerator. Their pricing was fair & ther work was great. I highly recommend this business & would definitely use them again. .Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I was a little disappointed when I arrived and was told my item was not repairable. They didn't even get off the chair to take a look, just saw what I was carrying in and said "No"This could have been handled over the phone.I will give them another opportunity in the future if I need something, they are local and look to be a small business I would be willing to give business.

RV Masters Inc. has our loyalty! When we first brought Grandma's RV in 2 years ago for repairs and upgrades, we were very pleased with their services. But last year, we needed a major rebuild of the overhead sleeping cabin due to a water leak, and that was going to be a major investment. The service advisor told us the cost would be worth it to give us another 10-years in the RV, so we went ahead with the renovations. However, we recently noticed that another leak reappeared in the same exact area, so when we brought the RV back for an inspection, the service manager, Steve, told us there was a breach in the new construction, and that the entire cab had to rebuilt yet again. Before we could even ask, Steve told us not to worry about the overhaul, and that it would be fixed again without any additional costs. Now, that is a company that stands by its product! I talked with the owners, Kelley and Gloria, and they reiterated to me that excellent customer service and integrity are the keys to their success. They told me that their goal is to provide quality service, and they want to make sure every customer is happy when they leave the building. That is service with a smile! We will be taking our RV into RV Masters Inc., and nowhere else, because you just don't get that kind of respect and customer service in this day and age. They treat you like family. What a breath of fresh air!

Small RV service center with a very bright future. Techs are well equipped, including being able to provide airstream service requiring panel removal. Met with owner and service manager, felt comfortable enough for some of my future business, have already sent a couple people their way. If you have a non-warranty issue, drag your coach here. Special consideration for black tank & plumbing - be sure to call ahead and get details.

They were very helpful, stayed open a little late for me. They also had a lot of inventory for RV parts, which we know are sometimes hard to find. So I will for sure be going back and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. I love at there website or call to verify if they have you part. The lady that answered said the computer said she had 8 in stock but ask me if I minded holding and went and physically put her hand on it before I drove there. I thought that was awesome!! She went out of the way for me, not knowing me at all. It was great. Good business practices!

Today, I had a great experience dropping my RV off at the shop. RV Masters In Houston. It s a blessing to see kind people with good character. I walked just before they started the shift 8 a.m. and they were praying to start the day. I know, that something was different with this group on the phone. John the part man, e-mail information after hours and call back the next day. ( going the extra mile) Now I must say I am NOT use to having service like this ! I purchased my RV at Holiday World with 3 years extended contract. I told my wife maybe I will keep the RV. We took our travel trailer in for some maintenance and an AC leak. After performing a free total unit evaluation and check they fixed the AC problem in 2 days and said everything else looked really good. We were expecting a humongous bill with a million things that they found to be wrong but to our surprise this place was completely honest and extremely affordable! We really appreciated there honest recommendations and customer service. We are so glad to have finally found our new go to service provider for all things travel trailer and RV. Superb service, y'all! Thank you!

I brought our travel trailer in to have some damage repaired. The staff were very friendly and contacted us weekly to give us updates. We required a special order part that took a while to get delivered, but once it arrived the repair work was performed in a timely fashion. I thought the price of repairs was reasonable. I hope I do not require their repair services again, but I will certainly be using them for all of my future service needs..

Awesome place, from the first call to the last John was absolutely above and beyond helpful. I brought a painted toy hauler in for repairs, sadly due to insurance it wasn't able to be repaired, but I have no doubt the repairs here would've been better then new. I dealt with John and he answered every question thoroughly and kept me updated on everything. The facilities are also top notch, I was able to take a brief tour and they had some awesome stuff going on with some big time companies as well many units from all calibers being worked on. If I ever need RV service in the future without a doubt I'll be bringing it here.

I found RV masters online after having an issue with one of our slide outs. A very inaccessible chain actuator had broke and would need to be replaced. We were traveling in Texas at the time and were headed toward NewOrleans. After arriving early to diagnose the problem and order parts, we returned to complete the fix once the parts arrived. Unfortunately the manufacturer sent the wrong chain, even though Tim sent a picture of the model No. for the mechanism. Although this was very disappointing , RV masters had spent several hours getting access to the chain and figuring out a plan for replacement before discovering the wrong chain had been sent. They did not charge me for this time spent and continued to deal with the manufacturer to get the right part ordered. Our travel plans did not allow us to stay, and they had it sent to a UPS location on our route (Cincinnati OH) so that we had the part with us. We will likely have to get it repaired elsewhere due to our travel route, but if we could return to the New Orleans area I would be very comfortable with the repairs being completed here. Tim and the Staff were very accommodating, professional and Innovative.

We have had multiple items repaired on our coach by RV Masters over the past few years. Each time we have been met by friendly, professional people who have given us great advice and then promptly performed the repairs when needed. This is not your mom-and-pop shop repair (although they've got that small-town feel), each time we have gotten high-quality "like new" repairs. None of that strange "...well, we don't have the right part but if we add a screw here it'll look 'close enough' stuff." No, this is the real deal. They've taken the time to explain what was done, and why it was done, every time.We actually drive almost 40 miles, past quite a few other places that advertise RV repairs, to get our coach into RV Masters. It's worth it. It's not cheap - if you want cheap go somewhere else and take your chances. But if you want it done right, then this is where you go.

In this day and age of RV Dealers telling you "You didn't buy it from me..." RF Masters is a breath of fresh air. They do great work with great prices, they stand behind their work, and will always to the right thing. Thank goodness for RV Masters. They might not be the closest or most convenient from you but they are definitely worth the drive.

Showed up on Friday morning 8:00 am to see if they could get me in to diagnose and fix a water pump problem. He said we ll get you in but I can t guarantee it ll happen this morning. I was back on the road with a new water pump by 10:30 am. Price was not much more than the pump alone would have cost me. Great premises, safe location, and really great people! You would have a hard time finding a better place!

We had a complete brake job done by RV Masters (Houston) on our motor home. 45 minutes after heading back home to Louisiana the rear axle failed. Turns out the bolts that secure the left axle shaft were never tightened down allowing the axle shaft to move and eventually failed. RV Masters assumed full responsibility and promised to make it right. They paid for the tow back to their shop and after waiting for parts they made good on their promise.

Words are insufficient to express how well we were served at RV Masters. We were stuck and needed emergency service. Right from AJ and Jon at the desk to all the techs especially Steve all were very courteous and knew exactly what they were talking about. We were in and out in less than 1 1/2 days. They were fast, thorough, and saved us money over what we could have spent.

These guys took us in on our way to Florida from California . They were booked 2 weeks ahead and made room to fix our Alternator on our Winnebago journey. They ordered the part from a local dealer and installed in about 3 hours which was great for us. We went to a Dave and busters for that time and came back to find out we had a few suprises! They fixed our back window ( which fell out while driving)And fixed our 7 pin connector on our tow dolly!!! We are blessed to have crossed paths with Steve and RV Masters. Thank you guys!!!!!! On to Key West!!!

I brought my class A MH here to analyze and repair a malfunctioning dash AC system and other needed repairs.I worked mainly with customer service rep Mr. Steve Bannon and I commend RV Masters for hiring such a professional! In spite of a very busy schedule, RV Masters was able to finish my job in what I consider to be a reasonable time. My thanks to all of the employees at RV Masters for their assistance.I highly recommend RV Masters, Houston.

I originally gave them 1 star because they did not provide me with service higher than that level. I previously wrote a much more detailed review, pointing out the mistakes they made and things they did not initially do that they charged me for. I have revised my review because someone from RV Masters contacted me and told me to remove my negative statements or they would sue me . Since they made that threat I have since removed the detailed report of the mistakes they made and gave them an extra star for following up with a phone call. Update 10.22 2018 they called me again asking me to take down this review and once again threatened me. I have given them an additional star for the extra phone call. Update 12/27/2019 They sent me a Christmas Card and $100.00 coupon that I can use towards my next visit. No extra stars awarded.
