Bart took excellent care of my husband and I throughout the process of buying a car. He helped us track down the specific model and make we wanted, and took care of the sale process with patience and a great attitude. Russell & Smith Ford are family owned and act like it. They took great care of us and treated us like their family. We love this car!

I went to Russell and Smith Ford not expecting to purchase today, but here I am with a brand new 2023 Bronco Sport, and a very surprising monthly payment! every dealership I've went to has either been very unpatient with me or tried to rush me along because of my credit! I am glad I came to Russell and Smith Ford and met Anthony, because he met my needs, was very patient and fair with me and worked diligently to get me to a fair price and monthly note, I'm absolutely in love with my new vehicle and I can't wait to visit in the future!

Great experience! Bart was wonderful and helped me, step by step, buy my dream car. No high pressure sales here. He was patient and explained everything completely. He responded quickly to all my questions and the process was seamless, even though I did a lot of back and forth with my decision making. Bart went above and beyond with exceptional customer service! Shopped for a new F150 to replace my 2018 for over a month and finally found a winner at R&S Ford. Not only did they have the perfect truck, but the staff was stellar. My sales people Jordan & Connie, Brad in finance, and manager Chad did everything they could to make my purchase nothing less than perfect. When sales people say "what can we do to earn your business," these people materialized that. They more than earned my business; they earned a long term customer. Thank you!

Dont buy a used vehicle from them. Their vehicles might look good on the outside but when you drive off you understand why it's used with no warranty. So many mechanical issues not noticed during the purchase, jerking, the gas door won't close, stalls during mid driving. And when I called to see if there was something I could do the service advisors gave me the run around. Never returned my call. And a week later sent me coupons in the mail to get those same issues worked out. I was promised work if anything goes wrong under 3,000 miles, they couldn't find proof of that conversation anywhere. I did ask for the car facts before signing and it only had one previous owner. Now I'm a month into this purchase with 74 payments left on a lemon. Bottom line if it's not new go somewhere else. I'm on my own with repairs and I've only made my first payment. Ive been a loyal customer at this one dealership for years. Unfortunately they lost me this round, bring your own mechanic or just go somewhere else. Nice looking ride huh ? Yep but take a ride with me and you'll feel different.

Bart Callier is the best. He is willing to spend extra time making sure you get what you want and understand what you are getting. I have had experience with other Sales Associates at other dealers who are not nearly as polite and patient. Bart is extremely patient and answers all your questions until you are satisfied with the answers and your purchase.When buying a Ford, I highly recommend you go to Russell and Smith and ask for Bart Callier.

Mario is an ELITE way maker. My brakes went out on me and all hope was dang near lost. But he maintained positive attitude and was very kind throughout the whole process! And the service department overall is very FAST at getting your car back to you. He even provided good advice for aftercare on my car. Super helpful, once my things are together this will definitely be my service shop of choice.

The team at Russell and Smith Ford are absolute liars and cheats. They talk a big game, make deals and give you their 'word', then drop you like you didn't exist. I will be filing complaints with Ford and taking any legal action possible. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, especially if you are looking for a trust worthy dealership to purchase from.

I brought my car at this location to get all of my tires replaced. I dropped it off at 10:30am and they were nice enough to give me a ride home. The speed of service took about 6 hours. I received a phone call from my advisor around 4pm saying that my car was almost done and if I wanted to pay for my service, which I did. Brandon did inform me that my car would be dropped at my location around 5:30. 30 minutes later, I received an email saying my service valet was cancelled. Keep in mind, I waited 6 hours for the service for my car to get done, 2 hours additionally wondering where my car is. I had to call the Appointment Department to get an update on the situation. A sales man, Stephen Brooks (I think that s hiw last name) was nice enough to take another responsibility that wasn t his to help me out, I appreciate him for doing extra work. I ended up taking a Lyft WITH MY OWN MONEY just to get my car, which I was promised that it would get dropped offWith that being said, communication and speed of service at this location is terrible and needs extreme improvement. It defeats the purpose of creating an appointment if the vehicle wouldn t get worked on the time that the appointment was made. Customers pays so much for all the services yet received so much less than we deserve.Thank you Stephen Brooks for your amazing customer service.

Don t buy any vehicle packages from this place, they re useless. You pay for then but when you try to use it, it s expired or they give you the run around so you can t use the package. Also Eric is Service just puts you on hold and transfers you around instead of answering calls, when someone finally answers they re working so you don t get help with the service package you paid for, they re trying to sell you something else.

I went on saying there was noise on my car front wheel, they checked and told me they found the noise and can fixed it. If i don t fix it with them they will charge me the checking fees so i fix the car with them.After receiving my car there was still noise on my car, I wait couple of days to see if the noise will disappear but it did not. So I went back and now they are telling they will charge me again on the same issue I brought my car a couple days ago which I think is completely unfair and unjust and is robbingThe first time I brought the car I paid more than 2000$ to get my car fix. The noise is still there and you are charging me to check your own work again. They are saying there is something that is worn and need to change again. Well, you were supposed to find that the first time I brought my car.I can understand if something new was broke, but something that is worn and obselete means that was the case since the first time I brought the carI will never recommend the location to anyone with this type double charge.Anyone bringing there car be aware of that. If they don t get your car right the first time, they will charge you again to verify

Me and my entire family have used Russel & Smith for 10+ years. The last 2 years we began experiencing serious issues with them.Straw that broke the camels back was my recent repair. Brakes + rotors needed to be replaced along with a blinker bulb. Tell me how this total comes out to $2,700. Front + rear brakes come out to a combined $1000 alone.I get on the phone and tell them I'm looking at a brake + rotor set (front and rear) for a combed $380. Apparently instead of a lawyer/doctor it's a better idea to be a mechanic if you're charging $600/hour to change some brakes.Needless to say I got quoted out at a few independent repair shops in the area ALL of which came out to at least $1K cheaper.Never coming here again.

I went to Russell and Smith Ford and my salesman Anthony was the best part of my experience. He greeted me in the parking lot offered me and my child a beverage. Explained the feature of my new Ford escape and set up my ford pass app, so that I can control my car from my phone. He is an honest salesman and really worked with my circumstances to get me in an awesome vehicle!

As a longstanding patron of Ford automobiles, I recently encountered a disheartening situation with the service department. I initially brought my vehicle in for maintenance in August or September, suspecting a defective battery. Since I possessed a warranty on the battery, I hoped that it would be replaced, which it was. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, and I had to return the vehicle. This time, I was informed that the issue arose from a defective wire that required tightening. I was assured that the service department resolved the problem. However, the situation persisted, and I scheduled another appointment for someone to pick up my vehicle. Regrettably, the day before the meeting, the temperature light came on, followed by the engine light, and finally, my car shut down entirely.Consequently, I had to have it towed to the dealership. My advisor, Mack, was unprofessional and exhibited a sarcastic demeanor. My car sat on the lot from Friday until Tuesday night, and I had to request another tow because it had not been diagnosed as of this point. I had not heard from an advisor so I had to reach out for updates.After taking my car to a mechanic, I was disappointed to receive an almost $2,000 bill for a fairly new car, 2018 Ford Explorer. I believe, if the service department had addressed the issue earlier, the problem would not have escalated to this extent.On a more positive note, I commend Tabitha, who works in the service department. She previously served as an advisor to my husband, and her professionalism was exemplary. During my visit, she was attentive and professional. Ford would benefit from hiring more employees like her.

Ronald was my salesman and he wasand still is awesome. I arrived one hour before closing and he went above and beyond. He stayed with me late into the evening making sure all of my needs and concerns were taken care of. This was the first time in my 60+ years that I actually enjoyed purchasing a vehicle. Very disappointed....I was told they had the vehicle i was looking for on the lot and to come in and test drive. I showed up to find out. that the vehicle was not on the lot and was now in transit and would be there later today. I wanted to get the paperwork going so I asked the sales rep if I could go ahead and be proactive and get the paperwork started because I wanted the vehicle. The sales rep said let me talk to my sales manager. The sales rep then came back and pulled up in a different model car. and asked if I wanted to look at it. He also said that the vehicle I was there to buy and that was supposedly on its way in to the lot was now not for sale because it had mechanical issues and they would not be able to sell and proceeded to try to sell me on the car he pulled up in. BAIT AND SWITCH. Not the sales reps fault,,,total blame on the sales manager. I walked out!!. Spoke to a different dealership and this particular dealership was known for trying to bait and switch there customers. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO SHOP HERE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE BEFORE DOING SO.

A huge shout out to Anthony Basaldua! I came in with the expectation I would have to settle for a vehicle within my budget that I may not have liked after hours of negotiating and looking around for a semi perfect fit. However he made the process simple and quick. We looked at vehicles within my range, he was patient with my decision making, and provided excellent guidance for my budget while also giving specs and benefits of the vehicles I looked at. I walked out with a fairly new vehicle that was preowned with a very reasonable note, and had beyond the expectation I was looking for. In all the experience felt less like a sale and felt more like a friend helping me get the car that I needed. Thank you for your time and guidance Anthony, you gave me and my mother the best car purchasing experience we ever had at a car dealership.
