Currently working with this company. Wish I would have read the reviews first. I was told my truck would be done after one day. It has now been 6 days. And today when I call, they want to add another part that they missed in the beginning. I am now trying to pick up my truck and I am being told to wait til after their lunch break. I have lost three days of loads and I had to cancel due to them not giving me accurate time frames. When my driver called on Monday, the tech flat out told him they put two trucks in front of mine. Although my truck has been there since last Wednesday and I approved the quote on Thursday.Yesterday's tech assured me that it would be done by noon at the latest. So I kept my work for today...another cancellation/fee for me.I honestly feel they are taking advantage of me because I am a woman. This is disgusting. Don't lie to get business and ruin small businesses.

Absolutely no communication! 4 days they had the truck, only did the service, continued to get messages saying Id have an estimate Tues . Here it is Thursday STILL no estimate ! Basically they had my truck for 4 days for a service . Everything needing done was going to be covered by warranty . Still changed me labor because today I pulled the truck out ! Who can sit weeks and wait for their work truck to be fixed? Now the truck a.c goes off and on intermittently, their notes say it s fine and works properly!! Never again ! I'd guess because it's all warranty work and they don't care about it. The fleet I'm leased to has 200 plus trucks and we will NEVER use this location again! Filing BBB complaint Monday!

They sold me a new junk peterbilt for 140k back in 2021 on top of that they can never fix any issue in the truck they can never do a maintenance on time they would say yes we can do it today and then you show up after 10 Hours just to find out they haven t done a single thing, I was also having issue with my AC they couldn t figure out what the problem was, still billed me 400 dollars, the result; my AC compressor burnt in the middle of the road, my experience since I bought this truck from these people just have been terrible in every meaning of the word TERRIBLE.Never had a compliment from their end for doing such a bad job, on any situation never been helpful to me. You reach out to them to let them know what s going on and still don t fix anything.

Took peterbilt truck there to get it diagnosed. Held the truck for a week, then attempted to charge us almost 2k for a problem that was never diagnosed. No idea what is wrong with the truck. Then on the paperwork it says that the "WebECAT equipment is down so have to wait to diagnose" so what is needed to even diagnose the problem isn't working?! Never once was told this in the daily phone calls to check on the status of repair. But yet one is being charged for doing absolutely nothing!!!Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They are crooks on every level! No integrity whatsoever!

This was the place for us to go whenever our truck needed service but after a while we noticed that our truck started to constantly have problems. We would get it fixed on Monday and drive it out on Tuesday for less then 20 miles and we would break down and it would be the same issue. We spent a lot of money here and always had issues I would always request to have pictures sent to me of the damage parts and would never get them. We took the truck to a Isuzu dealership and within 5 hours they were able to give us a full detailed report of all the issues with the truck I sent them over the invoices showing what rush truck did to our truck and came to find out that they were not even fixing the damaged parts and with the new company they were able to cover a lot of the damage parts under warranty. We will never do business again with rush truck . HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Thank you for fixing our truck right! You guys did great after all. Thank you also to Mr. Julio for giving us updates everytime the trucks is in the shop. Thanks to Mr. Lary and the Teams in repair shop. God Bless y all.

If you are looking to buy a truck, I advise you to look for another place, because these workers include the mismanagement of your manager, it does not matter what situation you are needing because they will not comply with you, today 3/8/23 I brought my truck to fix the sensor in the cabin that on the screen tells me that it is open and it is not, and I told them to align it too, in this case I stopped working so that my truck would be ready as soon as possible possible, and once again they can't solve the problem that I don't think is so serious that they can't fix it, I've tried to take it to other mechanics to fix it and they all tell me that they can only fix it here, in Other times it has happened to me with the air conditioning so they could fix it and as always they charged me for the work they had supposedly done and when I come to pick it up the truck continued with the same problem, and that's how it happens every time I try to solve something with these people here

0 stars should def be a option for this so called company.Don't waste your money or time. No need to reply with your phone number, its not like the issue will be resolved nor do they actually care and I won't be calling to waste more of my time. rush truck center, Bad business terrible customer service. I REPEAT GO TO ANOTHER SHOP!!!

SO on the bad side.. TOO short handed on front parts counter .. ALWAYS seems only 2 guys and too many customers.. ON the good side the guys are very helpful once they get to you. ALso bring back the POPCORN!! covid is long gone..

1- Made me pay for a repair that is covered under warranty. The reason is that they were too lazy to submit the paperwork for warranty authorization.2- Water pump replacement took them a week and they rob you blind.I bought my first international from the rush truck center and I got a coolant leak after two weeks. I took the truck to this place, and I was told the water pump needs to be replaced. I told the mechanic/receptionist I have a warranty and asked him if he needs the warranty paperwork. He said he doesn t need that, since I bought the truck from the rush truck center, he can access the warranty information in their system. A week later my truck was ready, and I was told to pay. I told them isn t this repair covered under the warranty. And they said we will submit authorization now and after waiting for three hours the warranty said nop, you should request authorization before the repair starts.

Probably one of the worst truck dealership we have ever been to. Called said truck is ready and they can't find the keys to the truck now I have to waste more time dealing with them while they go make a key and hopefully find the original key. 3 weeks in the shop for a sensor. I advise you take your truck somewhere else for service. This is our 1st and last time I'll use these guys

This is third time which pushed me to leave this review. Bad service in parts dept. Poor communication. One rep will tell you one thing and other will tell you one. Charges you for expidite shipping and it takes a week. You can't get hold of them over the phone. Never pay upfront because then you are screwed. It wasn't like this before. This type of service convinced me not to buy there product anymore.

Called to check if a part was available, Joe was very nice and understanding. Very patient too, since I m new to the trucking business I asked so many questions and he answered and helped politely and adequately. Very happy with his help!

All I can say is Ellen did a great job from my 1st call of the problem I was having with my truck to keeping me updated on the progress lets just say on a part that was supposed to take 2 or 3 weeks I got it in a 2 days. Thank you very much Ellen. She was very professional keep up the good work.

My truck went down in Houston and luckily made it here without a tow. I haven't had good experiences with dealerships in the past but the service team here went well above the standard to keep me informed of their findings and do top quality work. They identified problems correctly, backed their diagnosis with physical evidence of the fault and the truck left fixed. There was a bit of a wait, but that is a small price to pay for accurate repairs. These guys will be my go to from now on in the Houston area and I left with a strong relationship to build on in the future with the service department here. Thanks again guys!

Worst Peterbilt dealership repair shop I have ever been to . drop my truck off and one week later call to check on it. it hasn't even been entered into the system call back 3 days later they said they have been emailing me they had the incorrect email address after giving them an email again two days later I called and said they have been emailing me wrong email address again to top it off my truck stop stayed in the shop for 32 days

Zero Stars! Stay far far away from this place! We had a truck that would die after driving a few miles. Brought it here, they charged $8K for parts and labor. We trusted them and paid for it. Just a few miles down the road after picking it up, within minutes, our truck dies again, just as before. Did they help us tow it or bring it back? NO. So after we bring it back, then say they cant find a problem. I asked them why they dont test drive it? they said they did. I told them to go drive it on 290 for 10 min before i pick it up. They did, and sure enough it died on them, then they towed it back. Then they wanted an additional $9K for replacing parts that were already replaced 2 months ago. WOW! So were they truthful when they said they test drove it the first time? Or we had to spend $8K for repairs we didnt need? Of course, we tried talking to the branch manager, but that was no help. Dont come here, its a money pit!

Stop if I were you I wouldn't or do it. Poor Poor Poor customer service and Inexperienced technicians. I would not take my vehicle to this Peterbuilt dealer. They will use your truck for practice with Inexperienced staff and have you out of Your money. 23,500.00, 11 months later still have our truck , now asking for more money. Took the truck in for one simple thing which they came up with something else. Now after their mistake they are asking for 2500.00 More.

Do not use! They charge way more than they quoted on the phone. They billed me 75 per hour for the wrecker with a minimum of 2 hours plus 162.5 per hour BILLABLE HOURS not actual time they worked, plus machine charge for use of their tools, plus shop fees, to put on a simple brake chamber was nearly $ 600.00 and we were on the same street as the shop. They did not tell me these rates were a two hour minimum and book rate on the phone.

All very cool people with good communication skills. Waiting area is nice. One of the guys working in there looked just like Omar Epps. I had to consciously refrain from calling him "Dr.Foreman". Would definitely go there again

Purchased my first truck from these guys. Richard White was my salesman and he went above and beyond helping me make my purchase quick and stress free! I highly recommend anyone who purchases a truck to ask for Richard. Will definitely have repeat business from me. Look forward to many years of doing Business with yall!

Service department was outstanding. I was loading in Houston and I was scared that it would be a couple of weeks until I would be getting my truck out of the shop. Well That's the way it is around Lubbock where I live but I had a injector problem and not only did they get me in on the same day they had me fixed up and ready to roll in 4 hours. Which by trucking terms is unheard of fast. Now if getting out of Houston is going to be as good. I will definitely be back to rush truck if I am ever down in Houston again

The service department can be call a whole day with eight days in a week without response , something really drastic really need to be done about the phone response system , there is always nobody to pick your call, is either nobody cares or nobody is supervising the front desk which makes them care free about anybody calling them . its really unrofessional
