I ve used these guys for a few years now. I needed a new engine for my truck and used rpm instead of the dealership. Full warranty, cheaper and a lot faster turn around. Found these guys on accident, the wife sent me out to the post office and to get her car a new state inspection and they were right next to the post office lol. Mark is such a wholesome guy he makes you feel like a best friend from the first time you meet him. The relationship only gets better from that point on, I trust the mechanics to solid work everytime!!

I have started going to RPM this earlier this year for multiple problems with my Ford Explorer. Mark provided me with outstanding service and pricing. He even called me to follow up on a noise that we couldn't identify but wanted to know if it still exist. Finally after returning the vehicle due to a bad strut from the manufacture, Mark called and informed me he found the noise problem- he immediately fixed the issue (cost effectively) and my SUV has been driving like new ever since. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Mark and his team. I drive a 2010 Infiniti FX35 and my engine light had came on after I had picked it up from the dealership. I had them check it out and come to find out, they found numerous problems and addressed them all. They knew exactly what was going on and with their expertise took care of issues in a professional manner. My car drives so much better now. I just happened to go by there going to the post office. I was having issues with the front bumper that came unsnapped. I was greeted by the owner Mr. Mark Johnston, and I can't say enough with how impressed I was with the entire place and him! He looked at my vehicle and was able to get the bumper snapped back on right there. He was very honest, friendly, and caring with the situation. I will be back to take both of my vehicles! I HIGHLY Recommend them to anyone! THANK YOU AGAIN Mr. Johnston for looking at my car, and fixing my issues that my brother in law done. I honestly couldn't thank you enough!

Mark and Dell have taken care of my cars and my truck for the past 15 years and not once have they ever failed to disappoint me. The service is a 5 star quality and the experience that they have is excellent and for me the best for the cost! RPM in Katy is reliable, honest and trust worthy! Not sure if this is my second time posting a review or not, but either way let me tell you that RPM Automotive is going to take care of you really well. Mark has fixed so many different problems that I've had with my truck it's been running for 250k now, and still going strong!Highly recommend this place!

I've took my car to this shop after having a nightmare of a week trying to adjust the new coil-overs I got for my 15 Mustang in other shops in Houston. The team is very professional, polite and knows their stuff. After adjusting and reinstalling the rear coil-overs I was able to get rid of the clunk noise I was hearing in the back and adjust the ride height to where I wanted it to be. Only good things to say about this shop and the team that works there. 100% recommend

Decent mechanic shop however, they over charge on their most basic services. Compared to Firestone and other local shops in the Katy area RPM is the most expensive. They will do their best to tell you you can't do it yourself and only a specialized mechanic. Changing break pads ?

I won t take my car back to these guys poor quality work. About six months ago I went to them to get a turbo kit installed on my car because they had great reviews online. But I was mistaken. After a week of daily driving the four bolts to my turbo manifold fell out and caused a bad exhaust leak. Mark specifically told me that there was a 6 month warranty on whatever they touch I took my car back to them and asked for any kind of help he was so unwilling to help me in anyway I was asking for suggestions and he wasn t helping at all I finally came to the conclusion for them tac weld the bolts on and they ended up charging me $180 for four tac welds that took 5 minutes. And to this day I m still finding things that they did wrong and having to correct all of their work and their mistakes.

Mark and Del are consistently pleasant to work with, helpful, and as fast as possible. I have never had to wait longer than expected for work to be completed.On the occasions I needed help quickly they have always fit fit me in, and I am grateful for that!

RPM has never disappointed. Excellent service, reasonable prices and trustworthy people! As a teenager it's easy to be scammed for money, yet RPM has always been honest and has been very reliable every single time. Thanks for going the extra mile for me :)

Have been here a couple times. There have always been so fair with pricing and didn't even charge once they didn't find anything wrong. They also personally drove us home when we couldn't get an Uber. Feel very comfortable with them and will always return for service on any of my cars here. They are excellent!!!!

I have been coming to RPM for years and they have always been honest and very thorough in their work. I would highly recommend you visit their shop to get all your car or truck maintenance done there. Also if you think you want to buy a used vehicle please have RPM check it out before purchasing as they can save you a lot of money and give you peace of mind. Excellent service and great work

I have a highly modded Pontiac G8 GT and was having some electrical issues, my radiator cooling fans were not working properly and I took it over to Mark at RPM and felt the need to write a review on how professional they were!! In and out in the same day, no extra charges/fees, fair price, can't be beat! Highly recommend this place for any auto needs

I went in last minute, right before closing time to get my car inspection done. They were fast, friendly and professional! Not only that, they are kind hearted people. A lady walked there from the neighborhood saying her car wouldn t start. Instead of turning her away saying they were closing, they drove over to her car and helped her. That says a lot about a business.

I was quoted $2200 for an oil pump replacement on a 2007 Ford Mustang GT. The Ford OEM oil pump is $300 , I ve called simple service shops (Midas, etc) and was quoted $500-$700 . I m not sure why something so simple was marked up thousands, I understand that my 4.6L engine is a triton engine but I figured a performance shop would have an easier time than a service shop but maybe I m wrong . This is usually the typical experience I get as a female calling for auto help so I m not surprised just a little disappointed & hurt
