I called about 6 PM and asked how late they could do an inspection that day. Guy on the phone said they were open until 7 PM. I get there at 6:50 and they're already locked up.

They found my a/c issue. Ordered the part and repaired right away. These guys are good and prices are low. Already planning to go back and have a couple of other things done.

STOLE MY MONEY...Update I absolutely Loved this shop until the owner injured himself. I put down $500 for a transmission repair, they never finished the job and never gave me money back! Strung me along for over a year and never did any work and never recieved my money back and now the owner won't even take my calls... absolutely sad, loved this shopLove this shop everyone should have a neighborhood mechanic and Roy's auto mechanics is mine they're very laid-back very relaxed honest. I couldn't say enough good things about them. They repaired my car where everybody else is charging three or four hundred dollars charged me a hundred eighty bucks out the door.

Power steering belt repair.I lost my steering and a nice man at O'Reilly recommended this shop. I was in and out within an hour! Thank you so much!

He charges very reasonable price for changing the coil springs on struts while other auto repair shop would not want to do it. Many thanks.

I am very appreciative of the quality work they provided for my fiance. He came to them with car troubles and they were very helpful from the beginning to the end. We will definitely be back, if need be.

I went to Roy's to get a motor put in my SUV. I got the truck back in a timely fashion and the truck runs great. They took their time and made sure everything was A1 before returning my vehicle. I will definitely recommend this ship and I will go back when needed. Most shops just get toue car running and you will have to keep going back for work... My truck is fixed ! Thank you Roy and Co.

It s hard to find a shop and mechanic that will do the work right but This shop I rate 5stars because they are about there buisness they don t give u the run around they get the job done he called me as soon as my car was done which was way quicker than I expected I was so impressed Marcus did the job he is what u call a real buisness man thank you Marcus this shop is my new mechanic shop and Marcus is my new mechanic thank god the price was reasonable thanks Roy for that I m a very pleased and satisfied customer they have my business here on out !!! Keep up the great work fellas

This has happened to me a few times. They say they open at 9am so you get there early because you want to be the first one in and the first one out on something small like getting a tire replacement, and they guy still isn t there at 9:15. All while there's a guy at the front desk telling you he s usually here at 9 and won t even pick up the phone to call and ask his ETA. Sad part about this is, my grandmother used to love this place.

Has a big sign outside that says state inspection for $ 19.99DON'T LET THAT SIGN FOOLED YOU !!!went there did the inspection and was charged $ 25.50 and when I asked about the sign he says that's if I get oil change too and they'll give you the $ 5.00 discount.Went to their Website and there was a $ 5.00 off inspection coupon available yet they failed to mentioned that.Hmmm...

I just have to say this I have been without my car since October. My holidays was messed up because me and my family did not have transportation to see our family for the Christmas and New year because I had my truck at so many shops because they could not figure out what the problem was with my 2000 jeep grand cherokee laredo.i had an issue with jeep it just stop running and never started back up again it just turns over and back fires. I had my truck at Nathalys auto repair on telephone rd. For 1 month and a half the guy Jose was telling me that he can fix the truck but failed to do so then he took my dad's credit card and used it at auto parts stores So I finally had my car pulled to a shop on Hillcroft called mobile mechanics those guys are crooks they charged me a 400.00 deposit , and on top of that they have 7 mechanics that have looked at my jeep for 3 weeks they failed to fix the issue so I had the car pulled to Garry auto parts this is a junk yard and mechanic shop they got the truck running finally but did not finish the job. The mechanic said that he did not have time for my vehicle and he cant fix it he did not charge me any money . So I finally had my truck pulled to roy's Automotive were they fixed the problem it was the engine timing the crank shift sensor the cam shift sensor and the cars computer. The guys were very helpful and they surely know cars and trucks and know what the hell their doin he didn't even charge me a arm and a leg well its been 2 weeks now and my truck is still running good thanks for ever god bless your guys and your good working hands roy!!!!!!!

If it AIN'T broke, they don't try to fix it! Honest folk who take a great deal of pride in their work! Go see for yourself!Note; Tire shop is a separate business.

Been taking my vehicles there for over three years 99 suburban and 03 expedition they do excellent work at a very reasonable cost and fast pace..... Those guys are the best...

I payed him too much money to fix my car then the motor locked under warranty he lied to me constantly about repairing it he picked my car up on June 3rd 2020 never fixed it i had to sell it to pick it part on December 14th of 2020 and will be filling a law suit against him next month!!

Was overpriced for the work they did on my car. I would not recommend them to anyone that's not knowledgeable about cars.

Went where to get my AC check out and stay look at it for free and gave me a lot of really good information and was very professional I highly recommend coming 2 Roys Automotive and Tire shop

Very incompetent idiot, last time I was there the fool put wrong oil in my car and the idiot dint even refill my liquids don't waste your money or mess up your vehicle I would definitely not recommend

Very unprofessional.Hate to give them one star.the man Allan was very rude.They come up with these ridiculous prices for something really small.Not a place i would recommend to anybody!!
