Joe and his team are amazing!! My car was involved in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Not only did Joe provide me with excellent car care but he also gave me great information from beginning to end letting me know how it works & what to look out for being that this was a first accident for me. In a moment where I was unsure of where to take my car, Joe was honest & explained everything to me. I knew he was the one to bring my car to. The quality and professionalism is 10 out of 10. My car looks brand new, I m so happy with everything. Highly recommend! Before and after photos are below.

If you're seeking the best body shop in Houston, look no further. They kept me up to date on the progress, gave me excellent advice, and have a thorough knowledge of the insurance system. They have an exceptional knowledge of all makes and models of autos. I could never have asked for a more professional and kind group of people. It looks even better now than when I bought it at the dealership. I could not have asked for a better looking car! We are extremely satisfied.

Michael at Royal Collision Body Shop exceeded my expectations! I had a scratch on my bumper, and their fast and high-quality work made my car look brand new. I had my 2022 Maserati Ghibli done in this shop. It was crashed in the back, bumper and trunk lid were messed up. Driver side quarter panel was also dent and needed a new muffler. They did a perfect job I think no one could of done it better. Paint was perfect match, looks like nothing ever happened to it. They also fixed my wheels and now is looking mint.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience didn t match the reviews. Quality of work average at best. Car was previously ceramic coated. While in their care it was wiped down multiple times while dirty. Scratches everywhere. Who does that? Floor mats left on rear seats. Drivers mat completely missing. Carpet not placed properly in trunk and sub left unplugged. Not contacted once by the shop in 2 months. I wasn t going to leave a review but just spent $150 to replace 1 WeatherTech mat. Choose another shop!

I highly recommend using Royal Collision for any type of body work you need done on your car. Joe & his entire staff are professional, honest, hard-working and courteous. They made the absolutely painful experience of dealing with a reluctant-to-pay insurance company (other driver at fault) so much better by treating me with respect and understanding. Their customer service is unparalleled and the quality of their work is nothing short of exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about them. Go to them for your auto body repairs. Joe, Sergio, and the rest of the team at Royal Collision are fantastic. After having my new Honda for only 2 months, I was hit on my driver side door, and my initial thought was to take the vehicle to dealership for repairs. After being told the repair would take almost 3 months at the dealership, I was told about Royal Collision by word of mouth. I gave them a call and they took me in without any hesitation. Even though these guys specialize in luxury cars, they handled my repairs with the same respect. They worked closely with my insurance, and gave me timely updates on the repair. The level of respect and honesty they have for their clients is impeccable to say the least. Their precision workmanship doesn t fall any short of their customer service. Everything about the repair was perfect. Joe and his team always had my best interest in mind when negotiating with my insurance, and even took care of a few parts my insurance refused to. No doubt in my I will be returning if need be. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

Royal Collision has a friendly staff and does good work consistently. I've had two vehicles serviced by them and each time their work was thorough and looked great. If I had any issues following repair completion, Joe or Sergio were available to take care of it right away. When it comes to having your car repaired, the number of shops availability can be overwhelming, but if you take your vehicle to Royal Collision you can rest assured the work will be done properly and professionally.

The only reason I m giving this place four stars instead of five is because the amount of time it took for the repair. That s not entirely the body shop s fault though. According to the owner there was a national back order on a part that I needed for my vehicle. It took over two months for said part. That being said, the work done to my vehicle is flawless! Truly feels like I m getting back into a new vehicle. Couldn t be happier with the work that was done and the way that the truck drives after the fact. Would recommend and take other vehicles there in future.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail! Finally a body shop that prides itself on their quality of work and customer service. I tried out this shop based on the reviews, so I was taking a chance. Glad I came out ahead with my gamble. I had the bumper replaced on my car and they matched the paint perfectly with the rest of the car. The seams on the body panels are tight and even and they washed and detailed the car prior to me taking delivery. The part I loved the most was when Sergio explained what they did and found when they did a tear down of the car. Also, the price is fair given the quality of work you're getting. Great place to take your car if you need bodywork done

Royal Collision did excellent work on my vehicle!! I couldn't tell it was ever damaged, which is exactly why I decided to bring my car to them! I was a bit hesitant with all of the five star reviews, but after working with their team, I understand why they're so highly reviewed! I'd definitely recommend them to folks in need of repair, and I'll be looking forward to working with them on non-repair paint projects in the future! The quality of their paint work is so good!

Joe and Sergio helped and attended to every one of my very particular needs and wants. Best quality paint job I've ever seen. Great customer service and proper workmanship. The paint work they do is genuinely like an OEM finish. I'm extremely satisfied with their work on my BMW M3 and would highly recommend them to anyone with high demands. I'll be coming back if I ever need anything again.

Brought my car in as I got sideswiped by a dump truck, and Joe took great care of my car. There were delays due to covid, but in the end I m very happy with the repair job Joe and his crew did. The car looks great and I would not hesitate to bring my car back as their quality of work is top notch.

My brand new car is currently with Joe at Royal Collision. The entire right side needs repair and re-paint. Right from the start, dealing with Joe has been a pleasure. I explained to him the situation and what was wrong with the car and he said bring it in. First thing he did was take me into the shop to show me the work that he does. There were Ferrari s, Lamborghini s, you name it, back there! He showed me a few almost finished cars and told me what damage they fixed You would have thought it came right off the dealer lot!Joe is extremely nice and professional. Insurance companies suck, and he knows that, so he deals with them for you. He found some damage to the quarter panel that the insurance estimator did not include in the original estimate. He called and told me he will submit a supplement so that he can get the job done right. I have not even seen my car yet, but I know it will be 100% right.If you have dealt with shops around the area, you know they may not always keep you in the loop. Joe will, like I said, he already called me to tell me he is submitting a supplement.Joe runs a fantastic shop and I am excited to get my car back good as new!!!Royal Collision may not be on your Insurance s select service shop list, but that doesn t matter. Insurance will try to tell you that you should take it to one of their shops because if you have any issues with the work done, they will help. HA! Yeah they will help after you spend weeks trying to get someone to agree with you. Well guess what, you won t have a need to do any of that if you go to Royal Collision!Go to Royal Collision even if you live far away...It will be worth your while!I will be updating this review when I get my car back, but like I said earlier, I know it will be right and that s all that matters!As expected, picked up my car and it looked beautiful! Awesome job, Joe! I am recommending any family and friends that need body work to go to Royal Collision!

Brought in my M3 for a bumper repair. Royal collision did excellent work and my car came out looking like it did out the factory. Sergio kept me updated with the progress of the car from day one and even assisted in the loading of the car to transport out of state. I would recommend Royal Collision to anyone who needs top notch repairs to their vehicle.

Typically, anybody who visits an autobody shop is having a bad day. In my case, my car had been vandalized. The owner, Joe, was very professional and helped me get everything rolling quickly with my insurance company. The damage to my car required a total paint job (except the roof). When my car was finished it looked better than brand new! I would 100% recommend Royal Collision for any body repair, they were fast, professional, and fairly priced.

Hands down, the best body shop in Houston! I have taken my car twice to royal collision and I was more than satisfied after each visit. My car has come out looking better than it did before, on each occasion! Joe really cares about his customers and will do what it takes to have your car looking great.This is the only shop I will ever go to. And the only I would ever recommend for friends and family!

Although Royal was not able to fix my car in particular, they did a great job of explaining to me what was wrong with it and why they were unable to complete repairs. Joe and Sergio are stand up guys who really care for their customers. They walked me through a very tedious exchange with insurance companies and did their best to remain patient and even explain things to my father who does not speak English well. If you have a car that needs repairing these are your guys!

These guys are the best of the best in the business. Very kind hard working people, very prestige and outstanding work. I had my F350 king ranch repaired here and I swear it wasn't the same truck. But it was and couldn't believe my eyes of how well of a job they did.I was in another accident 2 years later and took it back to get it repaired for a 2nd time and still couldn't believe my eyes and how great it looked. Joe and his brother know how to take care of people and provide them with the service and good work they deserve. Definitely good people to go see to get the job done.

I had someone sideswipe my vehicle causing significant damage. Joe and the guys at Royal Collision are true masters of their art. My vehicle went in and was delivered to me as if nothing had ever happened, truly beautiful work! From now on I won't take my car to anyone but Joe and his guys at Royal Collision. You have a customer for life!

Royal collision is one of the best body shop I ve been to all of the team members are awesome All of them are great people and they re honest so highly recommend this place for whoever struggling with the Incurance or even without Incurance they re good at cars so give them a try

I was recently involved in a multi car collision on the Katy Freeway which left my VW Touareg with major damage to both the front and rear bumpers and exhaust. The collision facility center that my vehicle was initially towed to provided me with an awful experience - the type of place where you could end up if you're unfortunate enough to get caught up in a road accident - no customer focus and very poor service.So I did some quick research and found Royal Collision - seemed too good to be true that a collision firm could get such consistently high rating...not so...as soon as my vehicle was relocated to Joes workshop it was a transformation. Joe and his team took the time to step me through what was required, estimated timeframes and costs and were very prompt in engaging with my insurance company to avoid holdups. My car was returned to me looking better than it did before the accident and drives perfectly.I can highly recommend Royal Collison to anyone who's looking for a professional, quality and friendly car repair service.

I usually don't write reviews but this was a must. I was recommended to this shop by a good friend; and overall Royal Collision itself was great. The staff and Joe where very helpful and knowledgeable about the claim process. My vehicle was fixed and retuned in great condition!

I had an accident with my 2013 Fiat 500. Soon as the accident happen I went straight to Royal Collision and call my insurance company on the way. Joe is a great guy to work with and communicated well with my insurance company. I was 100% happy with the service, repair and paint job that was done to my car. All the 5 star reviews were correct. I was a bit skeptical at first because not many businesses have near perfect reviews. My BMW M4 had pretty extensive damages and Joe and Sharief took care of it like it was they're own. There were even problems with the car that insurance wouldn't pay for because it was not visible to the naked eye so Joe used his own time and money to correct it. If he didn't, my rear wheel would be off balance still. Like all the other reviews say, the car looks like it was never in an accident, like it just came from the factory. They don't cut corners so if you have an expensive car and expect to be in and out, it will not happen. They take their time to make sure everything is right and I'm so glad they did. I wouldn't hesitate to trust my car to them again if I were unfortunate enough to get into another accident. Thank you Joe and Sharief!

Someone rear ended my 2011 Carrera, and they had Geico. The recommended shop was just a Toyota dealer body shop...I didn't feel right leaving a Porsche there. I check around and Royal Collision had stellar reviews on Google, so I decided to call. They were instantly educating me on the in and outs of insured repairs. They are also true car guys. Glad I called and used Royal, otherwise unseen damage would have been left on my car by shady practices of insurance company recommended shops, aka quick dirty and cheap shops. They fought for every little thing that my car needed, going the extra mile with protective decals for tail lights, with the proper replacement sports exhaust, with the match to my black metallic paint, and on and on. My car is back in my hands looking perfect.

Sharif is great guy to deal with. Sharif was honest about the repair and he took great care of my car while it was at his shop. He guys did excellent work fixing a door ding on my Shelby. Matched paint and decals perfectly!!! Had car out in less than a week. I highly recommend these guys.

About a month ago my Mclaren 12C unfortunately had its front bumper damaged due debris falling out the back of a vehicle on the freeway. The car is fully covered in PPF, but unfortunately the debris was able to break through the PPF scratch the paint and dislodge one of the parking sensors. The color is Ice Silver, which was a limited MSO color from the factory in 2011-2012, using AkzoNobel paint. I've very particular about my vehicles as well as protecting them properly. Needless to say I was devastated and concerned about who to entrust my car. I shopped around for a few days and spoke with a few friends who are former Mclaren Technicians about where to take my 12C. I received multiple recommendations for Royal Collision for both their capabilities to match difficult paint as well as top notch PPF installation. I was told to speak directly with Joe. I took the car into the shop, and Joe immediately recognized the paint and told me they would match it, but to be patient as he wanted it to be flawless.I picked up my 12C yesterday and was nervous on the drive over knowing how tricky matching the MSO paint can be, considering Mclaren does not release paint codes. When I walked into the shop and saw my car I could not see any difference in the paint from the other factory panels and was amazed at the level of detail Joe went through to make it right. The PPF was also done with an extreme attention to detail as all edges were perfect with no lifting. I talked with Joe for almost two full hours and his passion for exotics, as well as taking care of his customers, is definitely at the core of his business values. It's very rare these days to find a business that exceeds your expectations and delivers as promised. I left the shop with a smile ear to ear and will be returning for any future work.It's also nice to talk to folks who are Formula One fans as well!Service: Painting
