If you are looking for a new or preowned Rolls Royce look no further my experience with Rolls Royce of North Houston was amazing I worked with the best salesman I have ever worked with and his name was Jim Fraser. Jim was very pleasant to work with Jim helped us purchase a 2017 Rolls Royce Ghost and I could not have been more happy with the service I received. I was a out of state buyer and thought the process was going to be a headache which was not the case at all Jim made the process very easy for us and I can say it was my best experience buying a car ever.Jim was on top of everything and if I had any questions he would get back to me very quickly and answer my questions to his fullest capability.But the amazing service didn t stop there in the finance office Joseph Kingsley was amazing to deal with as well he made the process nice and easy for us and helped us on the pricing for the packages we wanted. For any of your car needs I strongly suggest working with Jim Fraser and the Rolls Royce of North Houston team. Thanks you again to Jim and Joseph for the amazing service I received looking forward to doing business with them again.

This is my first Rolls Royce from Rolls Royce North Houston. It will definitely won t be my last. These guys are first class operators. Shawn Seaman is truly a professional and guided me to a seamless sales process. The car was cleaned to perfection and the courtesy follow up to be sure I was happy was welcomed. I will send my friends and associates to Rolls North Houston for sure.

Finally a Rolls Royce dealer in Houston that can & does service cars in a timely & correct manner!! I have dealt with the other dealership (not naming it) & had horrible issues! Finally that is the past. Rolls Royce of North Houston is an amazing dealership! Many thanks to Eric & Rachel is service. Also to the Rolls Royce techs! I have brought a 2014 Ghost & a 2017 Wraith a few times. Each experience has been amazing!!!! Keep up the good job! Many thanks!

I CANNOT GIVE ZEO STARS OR I WOULD. Run, do not walk, from this dealership. Ok....A Rolls Royce is expensive to repair. But this is so outrageous I have to explain what happened. A chrome strip below the driver s window was damaged and needed to be replaced. I went to this dealership and ordered the part. It was $372.15. Expensive for a part that probably cost $30 to make, but not unexpected. The part came in and I set a time to install. I thought about an hour would be about right. I was wrong. It took 30 minutes and I was presented with a labor charge of $445.00. I said this was totally the unacceptable since their stated labor per hour is $199.99. They said they would reduce it to $300.00 which I reluctantly accepted. At that cost, the labor was $600 an hour. PURE GREED!!! I will never go back, and plan to tell my friends of my experience. Granted I should have asked before having them install, but they took advantage of this. Don t let them take advantage of you. Go to Post Oak Motors.The dealership just contacted and we agreed on a very reasonable price. This is how companies need to respond to problems with their customers. I m completely satisfied and will be taking my Rolls back for future work. Excellent service and response.

When you walk in you re greeting by a stunning young lady that s ready to connect you with someone that can help, they allow you to walk around at your own pace so that you can exam the vehicles, once we were ready they provided extra care with details on customizations and experiences that would come with the purchase of one of their vehicles, we are absolutely in love with this location and will be securing our build here very soon!

I am very displeased with the service I received on my Phantom. My Entertainment/Screen stopped working end of last year, I took it in immediately to Rolls Royce Motor Cars North Houston, a company of the indigo auto group. After waiting for 2 weeks, they were able to finally have a technician look at the phantom and diagnose the problem. He said the module and control unit were out and would need to be replaced. The part did not arrive for another two weeks and once it did, the technicians were not competent enough to install it and make it communicate with the whole entertainment system. This delayed the repair another week while they got a hold of technicians in the main headquarters. $8000 dollars later and after not having my phantom over a month, I was finally told to pick it up. I took it home and was with my colleague physicians when the screen went out again. This was humiliating. I took it back and they took it for another week and told me they reset sensors and it is now working fine. Again same problem took it home and few days later it stopped working. Needless to say, I will not be taking my vehicle back to Rolls Royce Motor Cars North Houston, a company of the indigo auto group. This is beyond frustrating. Not to mention, they do not provide any loaners or accommodations while the vehicle is in repair. I will never purchase a vehicle from Indigo nor go back to there dealership for any repairs.

The serivce we received from Billy the General manager and from Justin has been better than a 5 stars serivce. We have shopped for a car for many months and this dealership had the best customer service and the best deal around. The staff goes out of their way to make your that you are 100% satisfied, nothing less. Anyone that is looking to buy a Lambo, Rolls or Prosche must call these guys and experience what a true dealership service should be like. We can t wait until our car gets shipped. Thank you guys for a job well done.
