This place is a scam, used to be good but the manager is a crook, they tell you they can fix the tire, remove it from the car and the wheel, then they tell you it's impossible and want to sell you an overpriced new tire that might not be OEM; it happened to me twice: first time I was in a hurry so I had to bite the bullet and get a new tire but last week I didn't fall for their dirty tricks, I left and got my tire fixed 2 blocks away.Scam alert! Don't go!

Did a good job on my wheel repair. Also they have tons of new & (barely) used tires, and wheels. I was helped by Sabino. Good customer service and willing to work with you! I will definitely comeback and I would highly recommend.

I have worked with Rollos over the years from back when they were in Richmond and more recently since they moved to Star Lane. They have always provided great service, affordable pricing & financing options, and quality workmanship.Recently, I needed to get a new tire after a blowout on thy freeway and some alignment work to ensure that I didn't continue to have tire failures in the future and Sabino was very helpful in assisting me to resolve these issues and get me back on the road, he even arranged for me to dropped off and picked up and the work was finished.Rollos is always my first choice for new wheels, wheel repairs, tires, and everything else to keep my car on the road and should be yours too !!!

After finding these guys on line and reading the reviews, Made contact to get quote for windshield shield replacement.Transferred a few times to get to correct dept. Thought it was reasonable and went this past Saturday. Was given a car to use for a few hours until repairs where made which was very customer friendly. Confirmed the price again Pryor to leaving. Received a call shortly with cost change well over quote confirmation. I also inquired on some rim work due to curb rash. With the price quoted I could have purchased 2 new rims! I also showed this to the the Forman to no avail.Wasn t happening! Returned car and left. Appeared a bit disorganized and the left hand didn t know what the right was doing. Was considering using these for other work required on my rig I ll pass.

I ve been a happy customer for many years. Rollos has consistently provided me with excellent service and good tires at a reasonable price. The owner, Henry, and his wife, Alexandra, (or Sabino, their long time salesman) are usually there to make sure that their business maintains its stellar reputation. I d recommend them to anyone in need of tires and values doing business with good people!

Went to this place that was recommended From various people. I dropped off my wheels (5) to recondition to new sandblast and powder-coat. They said it would be 3-5 days. At day 5 I called since nobody called me and they said they had to get other wheels out before mine. Then the next day they didn t call me I just showed up and waiting an hour. If I didn t they wouldn t have called me either. They couldn t balance my wheels perfectly and said my brand new bfgoodrich tires were bad so I started a claim with tirerack. They sent me to discount tire where they said visually all my wheels were not straight. I went back to Rollos and they kept saying it was my tires. They then said I needed hub rings which I didn t. If my tires were bad then mount them on a new wheel and balance but they would bring out used wheels. Then I told them to balance a new tire on my wheels and they would bring the cheapest Chinese tire until I called them on it and they brought a good quality tire and wheel was still not balancing. At the end I left. Got readings from discount tire about how off balance my wheels were and surprisingly they were not too bad. That s when we realized Rollos road force machine readings were not accurate. Their machine is not properly calibrated or too old. Plus they could ve tried to road force balance them but said it was too much work. I went somewhere else and got it done correctly. All I m going to say is if you want wheels repaired and powdercoated there are better places. They should get before measurements of how bad your wheels are at the start and let you know if they re going to improve and then get you results after. They also over-torqued my wheel lug bolts. Shop around. This place does not cater to gearheads that know about cars.

To Whom it May Concern,Rollos Solutions is an excellent shop to have your rims repaired or painted.Recently came to have a set of Z06 rims powder coated to remove an ugly yellow design.The shop is very clean and the process seemed to be second to none.Nothing but luxury vehicles are being serviced here upon my visit.I was taken care of by Sabino and the staff is very friendly.The owner helped me get the services I needed at a price that was fair for the both of us.Do not hesitate to do business with Rollos, they will not disappoint you.Will definitely be coming back whenever I have any need for tire replacements or rim repairs.Thank you for everything!!-Alejandro

I bent the rim of my front wheel and was in need of a repair at a reasonable price. This shop was one of the closest and best reviewed in my area so I decided to stop by. The manager was very accommodating with my budget and I received quick and friendly service. I will definitely be back!

Drove in to Houston on Friday evening and noticed I started losing air pressure.i thought something was in my tire but they immediately noticed I had a slightly cracked rim. They was able to weld it back and now it s like it s never happened! Thank you Rollos Solutions for doing a great Job and so quickly!!!!GO SEE THIS TEAM !!

The 5 stars are an easy grade for me to give Rollo s Solutions. I ve been a customer since 1991 and have no intentions of going anywhere else for tires or service. Henry and his team always go out of their way to get me a quality product at a competitive rate. Not only do they appreciate your business but they care about you as a customer. For instance, I came to buy an inexpensive used tire but they only had a new one for my size. At the time I was in school and wasn t making much money. Henry refused to let me leave without the tire and gave it to me at the used price. To top it off I didn t get paid for another week. Henry allowed me to take the tire and pay him later and gave me his direct line to call if I had any problems whatsoever or need more time. Not only that but he had the tire installed, rotated, and my front end alignment checked without taking a dime that I didn t have at the time. Rollo s Solutions is here exclusively for their customers and will go out of their way to prove it. Give them an opportunity to address your car needs. Went in to buy a tire and get a rim repair I was informed it would take 4 days to repair my rim they gave me a loaner and for a unbeatable price they put my seat covers on for me! I will definitely go back whenever I need tires Henry is Super professional and down to earth personality the whole staff is amazing and awesome communication skills

I would say this is some of the best service I received if not the best. I've sent many friends,family,and co-workers here in which all have been satisfied. The quality of the used tires is very good. Hands down, I would recommend this place to anyone.
