Isn t this the place where the dog froze to death guarding that trash body shop?!? I can jus imagine wat new dogs are out there in these different weather elements! So sad! I would never give my monies to a business who have no care for life!

They should not be allowed to operate a business in Houston. They let an emancipated dog die in the freeze caged inside their gate.

I would never support a business that continually neglects animals. This business continually leaves dogs outside of their business in unsafe weather conditions. Most notably, they let one of their guard dogs freeze to death during last year s winter storm. After repeated requests to get their dogs indoors when the weather drops to 30 degrees, they refuse to cooperate. A business without ethics should not be allowed to operate.

Writing this from the waiting room. This is my go to shop. After being screwed over by the chevy dealer close by about a year ago, I needed a new mechanic. I can do some things on my own and actually enjoy it but with bigger projects I have no issue taking my chevy sonic. Ford f150. Or Honda civic to Rodrigo. And they let me be nosy and watch what they do and answer my questions. Good people with no complaints .

Rodrigos had my truck for a month and a half. I was told weekly it would be fixed the following week. Excuse after excuse how they did not have enough mechanics . Upon doing the repair, it took them 1/2 day .out of frustration I picked my truck up. The quality of work was poor and lacked completion. Rodrigo wanted to charge additional to complete the job. Out of frustration i picked up my truck and took it elsewhere. Carmen the receptionist and wife of Rodrigo was very rude and difficult to work with. I would NOT recommend using this shop

Terrible. Was forced to use them by R&R valet (terrible also by the way) who backed my car into a post. They did more damage than good, went to pick up my car, they backed it out unwashed and with a flat tire with a fresh screw in it from their garage and handed me the key....really?Definitely a chop shop, body work was wavy, black didn't match, they wet sanded past the area of work and damaged adjacent panels...plenty of good shops in Houston, avoid them. Should have trusted my instincts and known better to leave it with them.

I used them a few times for major auto repairs. They were priced very fairly with quick turnaround. Nice people and easy to deal with.
