My wife brought my MERCEDES BENZ 2022 S580 for a minor repair. Initially it was not done correctly... however despite the human error, the owner corrected the isusue with flawless results. Then he provided a ride to allow my wife to pick up the car on Easter Day even though they are normally closed. That is excellent constomer service and we appreciate it. I want to give them a five star. Happy Easter and Thank you.

I recently had an excellent experience with River Oaks Paint and Body after an uninsured driver hit my Porsche Macan GTS, which I had only purchased two months prior. Despite my apprehensions about having repairs done, the team at River Oaks was outstanding. They worked quickly and kept me updated every step of the way, making the process as painless as possible. Having used other shops before, I was genuinely impressed by their speed and communication. It s never fun to have your car in the shop, but River Oaks Paint and Body made the experience bearable and efficient. Highly recommended for their top-notch service!

has been nothing short of a nightmare. Over three weeks ago, I reluctantly took my car here upon my insurance company's recommendation. The damage seemed straightforward enough for repair or replacement. However, it's been over three weeks, and the incompetence displayed by this establishment is truly shocking. Despite continuous calls, they have failed to provide even a basic estimate for the repairs. As a 60-year-old, I've never encountered such blatant disregard for professionalism and customer service. Each time I call, I'm met with empty promises like, "Please provide your email, and we'll send it in 5 minutes," yet I receive nothing. This level of neglect and inefficiency is unacceptable. Avoid this body shop at all costs.

This place hustles!I had a pretty bad fender bender with my Tesla Model Y and they did a great job with the repairs. Car looks great, some tolerances seem even better than before.They did accidentally pop one of my tires after the repair. Accidents happen though (otherwise I wouldn't have needed them in the first place!). They sent out the wheel+tire to get fixed up overnight but I really had to head out of Houston that night so they pulled some miraculous strings to get me a different wheel to get me on my way.Immensely thankful for the level of service overall. They seem to run a tight ship.Most painful part of the whole thing was Tesla being a little late on parts which I don't think surprises anyone at all who owns a Tesla.Service: Body & Trim

AWFUL! The repair work was horrible. I would have NEVER taken my vehicle to this body shop had I done my due diligence and read all of the prior bad reviews first. This shop was recommended by the insurance company as one of their preferred body shops. BIG MISTAKE!

Work looked good at first but after 3 years now the paint doesn t quite match in certain angles of sunlight, and the replaced headlight is faded yellow while the original is still crystal clear! So they put in a used light that had the coating buffed off of it.I went over there about the paint color but they just shrugged and said there was no difference.

Ali was a joy to work with, he kept his word, and delivered on all of his promises. I was worried after my Tesla was hit, but they delivered it better than it was before the accident. I highly recommend them.

What they charge does not match the quality of work done. This part was put on my car April 19, 2023 and this photo was taken April 21, 2023 a little after 6pm. (See photo).When i brought anything to their attention the excuse that the car is old, could be more problems, etc. I was told by the receptionist that had not even seen the car that it was knocked off which implies i did it. Buyer beware. Take a picture of the condition of your car before you leave it. I was very disappointed and have yet to get a phone call about correcting their problem. My intial visit to pick up my car there was a customer who ask me how I felt about the company because he was not happy with the service. I told him i had noticed a change in the service too. I was not offered a loaner car and felt the need to say i could manage because i could sense i might not be a client they would offer one too. For days about a week i had to ride the bus to work . I had to call to ask if the car was ready. Excuse was it was close to closing and i was going to call you tomorrow. Again they charge way to much for this quality of work and customer service. They put a fender on the car and you can literally see the trash they didn't brother moving before sealing tge car back up. The dealer has them as number 1 on their list of certified Mercedes repair shops and i called the first one. I will let the dealer know my concerns too. Buyer beware

Good as new. Spoke with Sam and Gilbert. Polite, professional , felt taken care of the whole time. They sent emails daily and answered my questions immediately. Cost was exactly as quoted.

A Nightmare Experience at River Oaks Paint and Body ShopI recently had the misfortune of visiting River Oaks Paint and Body Shop, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I cannot express my disappointment enough with the quality of their work and the overall experience I had.To begin with, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic knowledge about their own services. It was as if they couldn't care less about helping customers or providing any sort of guidance throughout the process. I found myself constantly having to chase them for updates, and even then, the information I received was vague and unhelpful.Now, let's talk about the actual paint and bodywork. To put it bluntly, it was a complete disaster. The paint job was sloppy and uneven, with visible streaks and imperfections all over the car. It was clear that they didn't take their time or pay attention to detail. Additionally, they managed to scratch the surface in multiple places, leaving me with even more damage than I had initially. It was evident that they lacked the necessary skills and expertise to handle even the simplest of tasks.To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their work, they were incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than taking responsibility and trying to rectify the situation, they simply brushed off my concerns and made excuses. It was clear that they had no intention of providing any sort of customer satisfaction.In conclusion, my experience at River oaks Paint and Body Shop was a complete nightmare. From the lackluster customer service to the shoddy paint job and the overall unprofessionalism, I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by avoiding this place at all costs.

Geico sent me here to have my vehicle repaired from a fender bender. Workmanship and replacement parts used were very poor quality. Paint didn t match, had major sanding scratches showing through paint, and had primer spatter all over original paint. Replacement chrome was dull and cheap looking compared to factory. I came here needing to get some work done (getting rust off of a grille), and the manager recommended some products that ended up costing a fraction of the price of buying the parts new or doing it in the shop. I was ready, willing, and able to pay for them to do it but they really looked out for me and recommended a solution that saved me a ton of money.Their customer service is second to none.

Do not take your car here! Awful staff and terrible body work. Car sat in shop for 4 weeks and came out with mistakes all over. Paint peeling, scratches, missing parts, glue on the tail lights, and more. This was literally the worst experience ever. Their communication is awful. After 6 months of waiting for parts and my car to be fixed, there were still things inside the car that were broken. The lining for the roof was coming out. Things were not buffed out like they said it would be. I would avoid this body shop.

Went to get an estimate on a scraped up front bumper. We also wanted to see if we could get small knick the size of a pinhead in the back repainted. The employee said it would cost $800 just for the knick. When we questioned the price, he said "fix it yourself then, I'm not giving you an estimate."Worst service I've experienced from a business. The front bumper needed to be replaced and we already knew it would cost over a $1000 but just because we asked why a small scratch in the back costs so much he denied us any estimate. Do y'all want to go out of business? I'm still in shock over how unnecessarily rude the employee was.GO TO UPTOWN AUTOMOTIVE INSTEAD. They'll take care of you. They were kind and welcoming right when I walked in the door, and straightforward about their pricing. Skip this place and save yourself the frustration.

Would give zero stars if possible. Paint and body work done on my vehicle with no quality in mind paint is peeling and crack on the car and no dents where fixed just touch up paint applied. As disappointing as it is, I give a one star. I have had my vehicle here before and called for some assistance to understand how much a frame pull would be on a couple horns that are not kinked and would not need engineer removal or anything major. Regardless, they refuse to talk ANY numbers whatsoever unless the car is there which I find amazing. It seems like the game is let s have the car here then you pretty much have to stay here because towing costs would get ya. I completely understand that an estimate means just that, and you can t replace sticking your head under a hood over a conversation and a photo, but ZERO insight into costs kind boggles me. For example a shop with that much experience could say a simple pull for a few hours labor is $$ but iif we get into the this situation , I ve seen it go to $$$. They were not willing to work with me unless I tow the car from up north down to then in person.Edit: I never asked for an exact estimate because that is ridiculous, but you offered absolutely zero insight into frame damage costs. None! I have contacted shops who did were helpful and provided insight if they needed to replace a fender or radiator support it could be x amount or if it is simply measuring the frame with a laser and pulling a little it could be more in a different ballpark. You sir would not have any discussion whatsoever. Hidden damage is also any concern which your visual inspection would not find either. You did not help AT ALL where others have. And yes another shop is as mystifying in the frame pulling arts as you are. Others have been much more transparent.

Someone hit my truck last week at work. So of course I scheduled an appointment with one of the body shops my insurance company uses. Long story short. I m here today and the receptionist Michelle customer service is excellent. She spoke to me in a nice calm voice no attitude. She even made sure to let me know about their nice coffee/cappuccino ensemble and to help myself to it all. She was also giving me information to the rental company I had reservations for and as I was walking up to get it she said oh no, you sit down and relax I ll bring it to you . Great customer service! And now my vehicle is repaired all thanks to Salif Ndama he s great and very professional. Go to this place for all your vehicle body needs. Thanks!Service: Body & Trim

I have a GLC and they told me they could fix head light which in fact they could not. Tomas became argumentative and quite rude to me when I questioned things. I paid almost 2,000$ and my front headlight still doesn t work. He did not tell me that only mercedes can program it. Save yourself a headache (especially as a female) and go somewhere else!

River Oaks Paint & Body replaced and restored the left front fender on my classic Green 1995 Mercedes Benz E300D. They did an excellent job. The technicians were able to install a new fender and paint it with extraordinary accuracy considering the car is 25 years old! Mr Ali and Mr Fernando made sure I was pleased with the process and results. They took care of me in a friendly, professional manner. This place is a rip off. Went for an estimate and the guy is not an honest person. Little did this man know that when I was younger I painted cars for a Lincoln dealership for almost ten years. He first off tried to charge for unnecessary things like my car having three stage paint which it doesn't. Then he added multiple upcharges which some people wouldn't have realized. STAY AWAY FOLKS!

My insurance company recommended me to go to this location to fix the hood of my car after it got dented. They were very professional and had my car finished on time with 100% satisfaction. They even gave my car back even cleaner than when I left it here. After they finished the job, I was able to bring my car here when I noticed a rattling in the car and they helped me resolve the issue.
