**BE AWARE**I came in for a used tire. They immediately started jacking up the car and removing the tire without showing me what they have in stock (first red flag). They showed me the pile (only four) and I picked one of them (all four have noticable wear but this was the least). Paid $55 and went home. At home I noticed the number next to DOT (4310) so I went back to the store to ask about this number. The boss came out and then I pointed to the number and asked does this mean made in 2010? He said no, this is a different series number (lying to customers)! Then I asked can you please tell me which year this tire was made? He talked with the other guy (chubby kid) then got a little bit defensive and told me this is a used tire and he blamed me for picking it in first place (like I'm a tire expert)! He gave me a hand-light and told me to pick another one! I picked another one (much worse shaped with side wall wear and about 3/23 thread but at least newer). SEE PHOTOSI don't recommend coming here, they sell trash tries that are due to disposal. If you absolutely have to come here, PLEASE CHECK MANUFACTURER DATE! these guys will happily sell you 13 years old tire!

Amazing service, I stopped by Ricky shop today because I had a flat tire. He was very polite and helpful with getting me a replacement tire in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend his services

I found this hidden gem by chance on my first time going to Mr. Ricky's shop. I needed a tire a.s.a.p. and it was raining outside. Mr Ricky came outside with his assistant and opened an umbrella so he wouldn't get so wet while changing my tire. I've never seen an employer show that type of compassion for their worker. They were quick and Mr. Ricky will show you different affordable tires. I got a great tire and asked if he could call me when he receives another same brand tire. Mr. Ricky called as promised.I highly recommend this place, as they were quick, Mr. Ricky is very personable, and reliable. Although I don't live on that side of town, I will drive out of my way for his great service. No wonder why they have been in business for 10 years. Thank you for your continued help Mr. Ricky!

Very nasty attitude!! As a customer u should be able to ask questions if you're gonna spend money. They sit inside like they don't see u pull up. Very unprofessional and rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NEVER INDURED SUCH RUDENESS FROM A TIRE SHOP TIL I WENT HERE.

I always come to Ricky s they are kind and have the best energy. They are fast! Which I love. And I am always pleased with my tires. I highly recommend. Every experience has been great :)

Met Ricky, came here based on reviews and wasn t disappointed. My car has odd size tires that I get charged way too much for and his, with service were a great price! Will def come back for all my tire needs. Thanks Ricky and staff!

Awesome Great, Small Shop. This Shop was very reasonable. The customer service was impeccable. All in all this is my new home for tires. Every other shop within 3-5 mile radius wanted $5-10 more for Plugs and Patches. Very thorough...Totally satisfied and will be a return customer.

Mr. Ricky and his assistants helped me fix my tire in a well timely manner and very professional. I recommend this place. They all seem very caring for their customers and knowledgeable when it comes to their tire expertise.

This is my go-to used tire shop. I always get used tires that look brand new and he treats me like family. I have coming here for over 5yrs and wouldn't go anywhere else.And customer service is the best.

I just want to leave a review for FUTURE CUSTOMERS. I came in with happy joy to get air in my tires. Usually tire shops around houston gives free air because its only AIR right? Mind you i was only asking air for one tire. The man looked me dead in my face and said air is $2 ! Like excuse me ? Then try to be funny saying the air you breathe is free but my air is not . I would understand if i was asking air for all 4 of my tires but i was only asking for one & my tire was extremely low. He seen that at first before even acknowledging me and didnt even care of my safety and still sent me along to get my free air somewhere else. That is not a good first impression from a customer & definitely not was not good customer service. Its already hard out here and again it was only for ONE TIRE! Long story short, dont go to them because they dont care about nothing but money but cant give great customer service

Thought I needed a patch but my tire was just messed up beyond repair . Was there this morning in and out quickly was not late for work!! Thank you I appreciate your help today !!!!
