I was referred to this guy, William.After he checked my car, he told meThe total ( parts and labor).when I asked him what country of origin this part is made of he is getting it for me? he said: " I don't get around with this question!, and you should trust me".in fact,he repeated twice instead of simply finding out about it,and then he brought my car upfront and gave me the keys!When asked what's this about? he said :"because you didn't trust me, and you should!"What a customer service!And I'm thinking what has the trust do with my question?! Trust on your customer service! or on no jobs done yet?!

Great service good prices always in and out they replaced my motor two years ago and my suv rides like a dream I go every three months for my oil change I love this place

Called before I went spoke with William, and he answered all my questions. Once I arrived there was very little wait time. I was there for the AAA inspection, which took about 15 minutes. They gave sound advice regarding future needed work and a quote. Answered a few more questions and concerns, and I was in my way.

I've been getting my car fix at Richmond auto repair for the last 15 years. Before they begin working on your car, they conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle and explain what they found in great detail, as well as the importance of it in relation to the upkeep of your vehicle. You're given all of the information they have to offer so you can make an informed decision in regards to repairs. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to take of my car

My review of Richmond Automotive, 8717 Richmond, Houston 77063 is long overdue.Over the past 6 months I've either dropped my 08 Chevy Cobalt or my 08 Nissan Titan truck off at Richmond Automotive for repair and eachtime Richmond Automotive exceeded my expectations with the quality of work performed, the pricing of the work performed, the turnaround time in completing the work, and the overall friendliness of the Shop Owner and his staff.So it goes without saying that if there's a problem with one of my vehicles, Richmond Automotive will definitely be my vehicle repair shop of choice.I'm giving Richmond Automotive a 5 Star rating and a grade of:A+++ for being so good at what they do.

Great service, quick answers and No Hassle. I bring my car here ever since it opened and haven't had to return for bad workmanship ever done on my car. Really recommend to anyone in Houston you will leave knowing your car is good to go.

Stopped by for an inspection mostly because they were open at 8am on a Saturday. I was told 15 minutes and car was inspected before I could finish the coffee I brought. Great service and a free soda to go!

Do not trust these guys. My husband was charged for a motor mount that was put in wrong. They overcharge and do patchwork to make sure you return so they can charge you all over again. This makes hardworking people not trust mechanics.

I have been using Richmond Auto since I moved here 10 years ago and would never trust my vehicles to anyone else. They are honest, quick, reliable and a pleasure to talk to.

I begin the day thinking I would get a haircut and spend one hour away from my wife and son. I ve come to learn that my battery was dead. When trying to get it repaired at a local Sam s Club I learned that my battery had been horribly corroded and they did not have the proper tools to fix it. I called Honda and they tried to break my pockets. I went to another known mechanic who did not have the tools. But finally he referred me to his friend at this local mechanic shop who replaced my damaged parts in record time and change my battery for a phenomenal price. Absolutely outstanding service ! Comfortable environment which allowed me to take a nap while they worked on my car. Not to mention this shop is open on weekends unlike my current primary mechanic. Thank you so much for helping me at the last moment after experiencing such an eventful morning.

Avoid this place. Over the years I spent thousands of dollars here on repairs. Then just recently I had a check engine light come on and they refused to test to see what the error code was because they were "too busy". They installed rebuilt transmission, and it wasn't working right. Turns out there was a broken cable path that they jury rigged with a tie-wrap. Looks like they broke the cable and did a quick/dirty patch job charging me top dollar for an incomplete and dangerous job.Plenty of other more professional and dependable garages around. When the previous owner left this establishment, it appears to have gone down the tubes.

Terrible customer service. Waited for almost 15 minutes before finally speaking with the owner about a state inspection for my vehicle. I d give this place 0 stars if it was possible.
