I've got a 2023 Corvette which needed repair. I also wanted some modifications done. I took it to a dealer and to 2 independent shops.After talking with Chris at Richey collision, it was apparent he was the one I wanted to work on my car. I wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else.Thanks Chris for an awesome job!

Greeting i wanted to take this moment to give a special thank you and a job well done to this company for fixing my target top on my 2022 corvette. What an excellent customer service (front desk and email correspondence) she and Chris kept me updated on the entire process. It wasn t a moment went by i wasn t able to get in touch with someone abt my car. When my car was ready for pickup it was raining cats and dog and they waited for me patiently after hours thank you. So I wasn t abt to see the repairs until the next morning. The craftsman ship and detail to repair my damaged top was outstanding no complaints from me at all. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs Great Work guys job well done.

I know these guys are corvette experts but the are masters at paint matching. I have the pictures to prove it. They handled my car with care and I will always be appreciative of that. Check out my before and after pictures. Exceptional work!

If you have a corvette and need paint or body work in the Houston area this is the place to go. Nobody has more experience with corvettes than Chris and his crew. They specialize in repairing corvettes. However, they repair other cars as well. I've had repairs there several times. I've witnessed that if they are not satisfied with their painting, they repainted a repair at no additional cost to the car owner.

This has become my go to body shop and i love there service and work quality. I have brought 3 of my cars here for damages and they have been great with me and Karen takes care of everything for you she will handle any insurance situations. I really recommend Richey Collision. Thanks Karen for your great service and Chris, as well as everyone who works there on the great attention to detail on the body repairs that i have experienced.

Took my corvette here after an accident, did not disappoint! Car was repaired on time, paint blended perfectly, was informed of the progress through the process, and you can tell their is pride in their work. Chris and his team are the best!

The workmanship and quality of this shop is just the tip of the iceberg. Chris and his team went the extra mile on my Corvette repairs - exceeding all of my expectations. Highly recommend this place. Went in for a small fender bender. Small chip on rear bumper and small dent on quarter panel. Richey Collision called the insurance and made sure they covered the additional costs to get my car repaired the right way. These guys don't take shortcuts. They painted my whole quarter panel and replaced my bumper. You can't tell there was any work done. The paint matched 100%. Karen, and all of their employees were great! This is my new body shop from now on.

Karen and Chris really have their customers best interest and take their work personally with great pride. The duration of the jobs are much longer than majority of most shops however they perform higher quality and detailed work compare to their competitors. Most importantly if they did something wrong they will do whatever it takes to make it right without cutting corners. I would highly recommend their services.

Really! Why would someone go somewhere else???Chris and Karen are wonderful, honest and professional people.They will take care of you and your car and deliver you perfection! It's that simple...There is no reason to drive anywhere else, if you can get your repair or paint job done one time with no regrets!This is my very first post here, and it took a long time to do it, but they deserve to be recognized for the amazing job they do!

I can't say enough about the outcome of my paint job and repairs to my C6 Z06. I've owned this car since the day that I found her on the showroom of Bill Heard Chevy and took her home. Needless to say it's like a child to me so I was devastated when some major road debris did some major damage to the front, rear and passenger rocker panel. After a little online research I went to Chris and Karen and had the estimates done. We have a little hiccup with the insurance company but with some simple communications we worked through everything and the work was able to get started.Since the car was sporting a 10 year old paint job, I decided to take advantage of having the car in the paint shop and have them refinish the surfaces that were not being repaired. I added a new color on the roof and window pillars(Lemans Blue to Black) and had all of the splash guard and wheel well moldings replaced along with new headlight lenses. I was able to negotiate a great deal on a new set of black C7 Grand Sport wheels which another customer was trying to sell which matched perfectly with the new black roof.I was amazed with the outcome, my 2007 ride looked brand new and it took me a while to feel comfortable driving her again:) Again I can't say enough about the level of quality which Chris's team provides. I would have to argue with anyone that says this is not the best Corvette paint shop in town.Thanks again guys!!!JPB

Chris and Karen are awesome. When my 2016 Hellcat was damaged, they took on the cheap rate insurance company that quoted bondo to fix my car. They took extra pictures and had the adjuster re-evaluate my car and I got all OEM Parts. They do great work, kept me informed of the status of my car, and met the time frame quoted. Hopefully no more damage to my car but if I need any type of paint or body work, they are my only choice.Thank you,Rob

My 99 C5 got hit on the front right bumper and even left large cracks because of the damage. They took care of all the insurance paperwork/supplements and the car looks great, cant even tell that there was previous damage. Best of all was their customer service. They went above and beyond for my satisfaction, will definitely go back if need any type of future repair.

I've been using them since about 2003, including minor damage to cars as well as repairing my wife's car after a serious crash. They have always done incredible work and I've never had any problems. Extremely friendly and helpful. No matter what part of town I live in, I will always drive out to their shop.

After being in a 3 car collision, my Nissan Rogue looked horrible, and the smooth ride that I used to cherish was gone. Karen and her crew offer excellent customer service!!! She even called the rental car company when they were running late to pick me up. She called me quickly when the repairs were over, so that I didn't have to pay for an extra day on my rental. When I arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes! My vehicle looked amazing!!! I didn't even recognize it. And OMG, the smooth ride I treasured was back!! If your vehicle needs repair after a collision, consider Richey Collision!!! You won't regret it!

brought my car to Karen after extensive research on where to bring my 76 stingray. the damage was received from a slingback toe truck and misaligned all of the body panels, damaged the shock tower and bent the rocker panels, and some minor fiber glass work on the rear fender. Was assured it would only take a couple months to repair. Asked Karen to keep it covered because the windshield and T tops seals were leaky. a couple months went by, and call after call, I was assured it would be ready in two weeks-it took 8 months to get my corvette back. when i did get it back, it had no gas, low on oil and the interior had mold and mildew because they did not keep it covered during the flash flood storms we had this year. plus there was maroon over-spray on every inch of the car so much that it would not buff out and I needed to have it clay-barred. plus, the brand new battery cratered because it sat so long, and the stereo no longer works because it probably had a foot of water in it while it was left to sit on the lot.THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRIS AND KAREN FOR THE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE YOU DID TO MY CORVETTE. OVER $1000 FOR ME TO FIX WHAT YOU DAMAGED. SUPER NICE FOLKS, BUT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Chris and Karen are the gold standard in customer service and quality of work. There isn't anyone more pleasant to deal with than them and they have an attention to detail that you just cannot find at any other collision shop. In the extremely rare occasion that you may have an issue with anything it will be taken care of immediately and fairly. The truth is if you have any issues dealing with Richey collision the issue is most likely with YOU rather than them. I will never bring any vehicle of mine anywhere else and you would be a fool to not do the same. Richey collision is the ONLY repair shop I trust with my cars and recommend to anyone I know.

The receptionist was friendly, contrary to the man who checked my car. Did not even introduced himself nor acknowledged me. Never got a call back with the quote.

Top notch body and paint work! This family owned and operated shop specializes in customizing and repairing higher end vehicles and they do it VERY well! If you have a Corvette this is your place!

I took my black Mustang to Richey after my front end was backed into in a parking lot. The bumper required complete replacement and the hood was scratched and bent. They did an excellent job with the repair and were very easy to work with.

Wonderful people! They did a wonderful job with my C5 Spectre Werks rear facia. It was a nightmare due to the crappy workmanship by the manufacuter. They were able to fix all the pin holes and got it fit perfectly. Took forever but turned out AMAZING! Massive post on the bad quality of that rear facia on corvette forum. For the longest time if you get a search for Spectre Werks, you'd see my post on Corvette forum.Anyway, talk to Karen & Chris the owners. They will should you straight with no BS. They do the best work I've ever seen!!

I have known of their shop since 2010. I want to say its the best body shop in Houston. Karen and Chris are great people. I've referred lots of people to them and never one complaint.

Yep hated it, terrible location and poor quality work perform on my vette. Yep Chris and Karen first appeared to be "custom vette people"'on their cars I later found out, I told them originally I would not post my disappointment however I found today more hidden damage from their poor performance, hood scoop pulled off instead of removing two screws, thanks guys!
