Alex, Robbie, Maria and the entire Rev team were fantastic when I brought them my car when it was t-boned. I had only had it a month and it was basically new and they fought to get the best parts and committed to returning to the car to how it was before the accident. They not only met that expectation but surpassed it. Highly recommend anyone in the Bear Creek/Cypress area use Rev Collision when you need your car repaired. Alex and Robbie were honest and transparent in all discussions and Maria made sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next. Thank you.

Before and after, Thank you to Rev Collision!!! I came here without knowing they would do a great job, especially on the color match! They made sure to take care of everything that was damaged during the accident. Another great thing is the warranty they give you with them. Very much recommended.

I took my 2022 BMW X3 here after I got into an accident and they did a fantastic job of repairing it. They made it look brand new! And not to mention, all of the employees were extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to come here and get their car fixed! They will most definitely take good care of you.

Awesome place, I definitely felt super comfortable the second I walked in there. Everyone was so nice & helpful with the crashing of my car. Being a female, I normally feel out of place in car shops but they made me feel comfortable. Great people, would recommend 10/10:)

I had the absolute best experience at Rev Collision. The team took great care of me and were quick and efficient to help assist me with my car damages. All of the staff were kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. I will recommend everyone I know in the Houston area to come here for any of their needs. Do not let the tow truck driver convince you to tow your vehicle here. We needed to transfer to another shop and was charged over 3.5K for storage and towing. Getting the vehicle transferred was a nightmare. Phone calls were not answered for days and when someone finally answered, the paperwork to transfer the vehicle needed additional information or they were having technical difficulties and could not print or email the information. These stall tactics delayed resolution an additional week. At one point I thought we were going to loose the vehicle. The tow truck driver for the new shop said that they demanded cash before allowing him to take the vehicle. I m sure they do a great job on repairs but the business practice seems shady and I would recommend towing the vehicle home or to a shop that the insurance company recommends to avoid this type of anxiety. If in a pinch, I would avoid this shop and go with a more trustworthy option.

This is the BEST Auto Shop I have gone to in a very long time. EXCELLENT service by Rabea as well as the girls in the office. Very clean and well kept office. Rev Collision is now my official repair shop! Thank you for all you did to get my car back on the road!

The entire staff here is BEYOND amazing! Very patient and did an exceptional job on my vehicle. Could improve their communication skills a lot but outside of that, they were great! Oh and they also lost my license plate

From any minor to major body work needed, Rev Collision got you covered. Anas and his team did an amazing job repairing my bumper damage. You could never tell anything ever happened. The staff is downright rude and unhelpful. I was told to leave as soon as I pulled into the lot. I asked if there was another place to park since the lot was visibly filled to capacity. The manager then proceeded to tell me I needed to leave and that people like me weren't a good fit for his business!!! WOW people like me huh? I called the company to complain and was told the manager has the right to refuse service to whomever he feels like and that I can't make a complaint. Do not take your vehicles here if you care about how they treat you. Unless your white or middle eastern.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! 5 stars all around from pricing to customer service and timeframe to get your vehicle ready, these guys are the PROS! Melissa and Maria in the front handle everything like champs! They even offered me a salad while I waited I couldn t believe the hospitality and I ve dealt with terrible untrustworthy mechanics but they gave me a home for any of my car repair needs! Robbie and Alex are the masterminds behind the whole operation with their expertise they are very professional and knowledgeable on the cost of everything and most importantly TRANSPARENT not hiding anything! Thank you so much REV Collision for taking care of my ride I will be back for anything I need!

The team here fixed my truck and made it look like new! They customized my exhaust and it didn't cost me anything!
