DO NOT take your vehicle here unless you want more stuff messed up on it that they will not take responsibility for! Took my Buick Enclave in because my transmission went out .only problem I have ever had with my vehicle They seemed honest lady in the office was very helpful at first Went to pick up my vehicle after transmission was repaired paid $2500 and my check engine light is on now traction control needs serviced light is on my steering wheel is all messed up while driving forward (picture below) and speedometer is marking about 15 miles higher than what im actually going Took it back to them hoping they fixed these issues they had it a month at their shop and I had to be calling them to get an update on my vehicle and lady in the office even started ignoring my calls not once did they try to make things right Went to the shop when they were supposedly checking it and my vehicle was parked in the back DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

After speaking with a lady on the phone telling her exactly what I have including the issue - I loaded my classic truck on a trailer and Drove almost an hour to their shop. The mechanic looked under my hood, but NEVER looked at my transmission or drove my vehicle. This took less than 10. He was too busy walking back and forth to the bbq pit eating. I do NOT recommend this shop for classic vehicles. The mechanic tried to pop my hood from inside of the cab - that should ve been my clue I was at the wrong shop. It was a HUGE waste of my time. Hope this prevents someone else from wasting their time.Service: Transmission

I brought my car here after going to a local shop in humble who didnt treat me like i was supposed to be treated. Omar was very helpful and explained my situation in detail. took him an extra day for my repairs overall im pleased and my car is running strong still 3 months after the repair. i waited to review, and i recommend this shop if you're looking for a good shop.

Love the owner. Truly a professional running a shop full of highly skilled mechanics. Definitely worth the price! !Took my trashed 4WD Chevy S-10 Blazer in for transmission rebuild. Drives like new now with a 12 month or 12,000 miles warranty.

Got my tranny fixed, a bit pricey but totally worth it. Omar and his staff were very professional and had my 1998 Chevy 1500 ready within 3 days. Thanks guys! Will recommend others.

Took my 05 mustang in with transmission problems to Omar. He got it fixed up like new again. Been driving it for a couple of weeks now and I couldn't be happier! He even followed up with me to make sure everything was still good. Fast, Friendly and Professional service.

DO NOT take your vehicle here, trust me!! Terrible service, no communication with their customers. Took my truck in for service, they said it would be ready in a week, took almost 2months. They are a bunch of liars, never honest with you. They also take parts from your truck. When i picked mine up, it was missing the battery, they had to purchase another one. I would NOT recommend this shop!!!

Rene's Transmission is awesome from the secretary to the guys in the shop. I want to thank you guys for fixing my rear main seal, transmission lines, transmission change, oil change,water reservoir,air condition,power steering pump,fuel pump. Showed me everything under the car that had a problem i had my car sitting up for 3 years. Just want to thank you guys for the awsome work you have done got me back on the freeway safe!!!!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Air conditioning, Oil change

They fixed my truck n now it runs like a champ. Although I though the price was high but turns out they were the cheapest and offered me a year warranty. I would defiantly use them for any other problems I have with my truck.

WARNING!!!! This is the WORST TRANSMISSION SHOP in Texas!!! The only thing good that they have done was be patient with me for my payment. I have paid $1785 in full & picked my car up on March 27,2018 just for me to take it back 3 days later due to my car not going over 30mph. I have a year warranty so of course I took it back, after leaving it sitting for a week, the owner Rene told me my car wouldn t go over 30 due to my wheels. That was on April 6,2018. Three days later the car did the same thing! I again went back & had the owner (RENE) drive the car herself. That s when she agreed that something wasn t right with the transmission. Now today my car is still there. There is a huge lack of communication on their part, lack of professionalism & all out lies!! I m now in contact with my legal advisor due to the fact that they are now in breach of contract! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Not even a power wheel!!

Charged me over double after they got my truck I paid in full then I didn't even make it home and my truck was leaking on the front and back seals wouldn't shift right and I couldn't put my truck in park to get my key out of ignition. And I was told to bring it to them they would fix the park issues and they said there could be trash in it to drive it until it fixes it's self and I have to pay for gas to do so very unprofessional but lack of paper work I can't do anything about so I thought I would mention it to someone so up to u if you want this kind of work done on your vehicle

I want to thank Rene's Transmission for fixing my dad's truck, which my dad thought it was the transmission, but it was the fan clutch. Thank you for your honesty. Also thank you for fixing both vehicles The Altima ,and GMC SUV. You don't find to many shops that the owner has a passion to get everyone's car fix the first time. They are very Professional ,excellent price, and always ready on the date they tell you. Thank you again.

As for now I'm going to give 5 stars. Let's see how my transmission work for the next 60 days and then I will edit this review. I cant really give a full rating and then my transmission goes out. But for now it's running good

i recomend this shop to anyone. omar took care of us every step of the way. we brought in a 2008 3500 chevy silverado and had it ready with in 3 days. no hesitation. thanks guys!!!

Omar did the best he could to get my car ready in no time even though we went threw trouble to get the motor but we manage to get it and the shop was able to get it running the next day this is one shop I recommend and I already have to people and friends appreciate it for the good business

Garbage customer service.I would never recommend this place! They don't communicate with there customers and go by there own thing had to deal with them for over a month on getting a transmission done and at the end of the day never got back what I asked for!!

say they were going to do a rebuild on the transmission.. these ppl are scammers. thy bought a used transmission and painted all over it to make it looked lik new. stole some of my car parts and replace it for used ones.

This place is horrible if I could give it a 0 I would. They do f**** liar about everything and took parts. They are not reliable and will try an mess you over the 1st chance they get. Rainer the lady in the office is the biggest liar of all. If you don't mind getting f#### go there

That guys are stole money I had 2 times my transmission repair and until now waiting for.my money back cause they did repair 2 times and now I had only 6 months repaired and they dont answer my called to replace or my money back be careful with this place.
