They offer a rare Hyundai engine that most places wont (Even Hyundai wont sell me a replacement engine for their own 2019 model vehicle) Reman group does have some specific warranty instructions that need to be adhered to such as "break in oil change mileages" but that's understandable. The engine was in great shape, almost looked new and not remanufactured.

This company DOES NOT stand behind their products. Our service center installed one of their engines, and after 3 months the head gasket was leaking. They refused to repair it and wanted us to use some "glue" around the leaking area. This is not a correct, nor professional repair. They stated the claim was denied because the oil change was overdue by a couple of thousand miles. Anybody who understands engines KNOWS that an oil change being past due will have NO effect in causing a head gasket to leak coolant externally. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I recently purchased a 3.3 engine for my Santa Fe. At first I was skeptical but the dealer I was working with, Ken Graff suggested it and said they have worked with them in the past. Not only did I save so much money... They had a unit ready to ship. So I was back in my car in less than 2 weeks. Everything is working out really well. If the dealers use them they must build good products.

02/2023 - Great service and communication, Angelo was super pleasant, helpful and prompt with communication. Highly recommended.07/2023 UPDATE - 6k miles after installing the new engine the car broke down, the engine went. I have spent 2 months going back and forth with a mechanic and Reman Group to figure out if they will cover the engine under their so called warranty. However, I have to keep paying the mechanic to jump through hoops to provide an insane amount of info they are requiring and trying to put the blame on the install. They now want the engine taken apart for additional pics and info for which I cannot pay for. The engine and install put my investment into this vehicle almost double of what it is worth, making absolutely no sense to continue to shed money. I am now out of 10k engine replacement and stuck with a non-running vehicle. Please read and go over the "warranty" carefully when purchasing before you get caught in a blame pushing battle between the parts and labor people.

Reman Group engines have definitely improved a ton! Can't complain, I am a returning customer of theirs and purchased over 50 engines from these guys and they always take care of me and my customer. They have definitely improved not only from the business aspect but also their product line quality has extremely improved! Thanks RG team!

I bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra 1.8 engine from them last June. For a first time car owner like me, it was a stressful time apart from not having anything to use to and from anywhere. They helped me with all the information I need and even followed up after the engine got installed to make sure it's running smoothly. Thanks to their amazing team!

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Our experience started in December of 2021. First they sent the wrong engine. Then they sent the right one after 8 weeks. The correct engine leaked terribly. They agreed to warranty it but told us it would be June before we received it. We had several updates along the way telling us it was being worked on...still on track for June. June 27 we call asking where our engine is and they tell us, sorry we were never working on your engine and we don't have one to send, ever. We bought an engine from an alternate source to move forward. At that point they agreed to warranty the engine AND compensate us for all the lost time. Only to then decide NOT to do ANYTHING other than give us our money back. But a hitch, not until we send them the engine BACK. Now the new engine we bought has a core charge. We've already given these jokers a good core that they sold to someone else and they are not going to refund anything until they get a second core. I recommend NEVER USING this company.

We purchased a Reman engine and 1800 miles later, spun a bearing, motor failure. Reman group has denied our claim. This company is absolutely trash, any repair shop owners should steer clear, they will take your cash and forget about you.

Let me start by saying that I have NEVER wrote any negative review for any business in any social medias. I believe what they did to me they are going to do to YOU and take your money.We purchased an engine for $4,400.00 from reman group for a client with supposedly 50K warranty , within two weeks when car came for first oil change (it was driven only 815 miles), we heard the knocking noise from the engine, we let our client knows that there is an issue with that engine we are going to take care of it . We Contacted reman group and notified them with the problem, assuming they honor their warranty Right? Wrong?.They have been scamming people so much that they are expert of getting your initials about twenty pages contract that they can use any of those excuses to scape from their responsibility.in our case their excuse was that we did not change the oil at 600 miles we did it at 815 miles, therefore they don't have to warranty their engine. The worst part was when we opened the engine to find out what was wrong with it , we found that wrong piston rings and junkyard parts was used for that engine. I have been in the auto repair business for over 40 years reman group most likely is the number one Con Artist that I have experienced.

I work for an auto repair shop and I purchased a reman engine from these guys and it came in looking immaculate! Our technicians were amazed at the quality of work. We had to buy a few gaskets to get it back in the car but I can say the engine we got was awesome.

Update- Dealer is able to put a Jungyard engine 50k miles on it(Engine now Purrs like a kitten) with warranty of 12k miles with it .I don't pay a single dime again for this and everything is fine with minivan .Lesson learned1) Never go for a remanufactured engine bz they can't make engine on specifications of original ones2) You can trust jungard bz they have original engine and some of them give life time warranty if you are ready to pay3) Do not buy any thing from companies like this and You can file complaint on Respective Attorney General on consumer FraudsBeware of this Company Nice to have a consumer and warranty lawyer handy with you while approaching them , Please stay away from them and their distributors across US . we brought an engine for Kia Sedona 2016 through distributor Brandywine Auto Maryland. Engine was put on by Kia dealer after running less than 100 miles , leakage in oil pan and timing cover , later the dealer informed there is headgasket problem too.The manufacturer and distributor are telling customer big mouth 1 year 50000miles warranty ,but in our case engine runs less than 300 miles and shows problem, The dealer requested engine replacement but denied by both for the reason of not having oil change receipt . We never have to change oil in less 300 miles , but to deny engine replacement ,they are giving this excuse .If you saw 5 star reviews after this post, think about paid reviews .Since I don't have zero to choose ,I will give 1 ratingService: Auto engine diagnostic

I recently bought an engine from these guys and they are great! I have a 2016 Santa Fe with a 3.3 motor and got the engine shipped to my brother in Maine. Everything is great runs like new and my brother couldn t be happier! Wayyyy better than paying car notes. We didn t have all the money to purchase it but we used their PayPal credit option and we were approved with the engine on the way. Arrived in 4 says as promised. Thank you all!

Ordered a remanufactured BMW engine, which are not the easiest to find right now. Used or remanufactured. We installed the engine 3 months ago and still runs great with no issues. Definitely the easiest and most reliable of remanufactured import engines we have used.

HORRIBLE!!!!! We purchased an engine from them on 4/28/2021 for a Hyundai Genesis. The engine we received had multiple issues that we had to repair at cost. We again let the customer leave with the vehicle for them to return a short time later with oil pressure problems. Reman Group built the engine with such loose tolerances that the engine did not generate sufficient oil pressure to actuate the VVT system. We requested a complete refund from Reman Group, went through their process which included sending the "Remanufactured" engine back to them. They received the engine on 9/13/2021 and have yet to issue us a refund for the $4,302 they still owe us. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company, they are trash.

I cant say enough about Eloy and Bryan with Reman group in Houston. I needed an engine for my 2012 Kia Sorento. When I called to see if they had an engine Eloy was who I spoke with, He verified my number and said he needed to call the warehouse and verify if they had an engine. He stated he would call me back in 30 minutes or less. He did call back but at the time they did not have an engine for me. He told me that he should be getting more in within the week and asked me to call back. I called him back and he had an engine for me and it would be arriving in 2 days. When the engine arrived Bryan called me from the warehouse to let me know it had arrived and I was able to pick up the engine and take it directly to my mechanic. The engine is in the car and running great. I highly recommend this company for your engines needs.

Purchased engine from them for one of my customers, but it was out of timing. After several weeks of back and forth communication, they made things right. Following up with their customers should be a lot better. I'll give them another chance.

The best place to purchase fir a Re-Manufactured Engine, my car required an engine replacement and most of the companies will only offer used engines and limited warranties. My experience with Emilio is great and he is a professional and always communicate effectively. Im glad i found this place and highly recommend to anyone that needs a new engine.

We are a Full Service Automotive Repair Facility that purchased an engine from this company for the first time on behalf of a customer. We installed the engine and it was defective. We have called 36 times; spoke to a representative only 4 times. We have emailed dozens of times with no help or answers on how this company would fix the situation. Poor quality products, no customer service. We are presently filing legal paper work to seek reimbursement for our engine that we purchased. Highly recommend to stay away from this company.

Have purchased several engines from these folks and had no problems at all. Great bunch of folks and really appreciate the extra mile that Emilio goes for his customers. If your shopping for reman engines, these are your go to guys.

I purchased an engine from this company and first off it took forever for it to ship. Secondly when it was finally installed with everything brand new since it was a reman engine, within 2 months the vehicle overheated. It was the head gasket and this company refused to do anything about it. The head gasket is not touched during the installation of an engine. This is something that was assembled by Reman group and they should have stood by their warranty. I will never ever buy from them again! This is a horrible company with horrible customer service and not professional at all.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!Bought one of these so called reman engines for a 09 Scion through one of my regular suppliers. Engine wasn t remanufactured, it was repaired and painted. Once we installed it, it ran 20 miles. No joke, almost to the 10th of a mile. They tried to blame us because we used the S5w20 OE recommend oil in the engine, saying that we should have used 20w50, but we received no paperwork telling us to use different oil. So then they said they would send us another engine. It took over a month so I had to find different engine for my customer and when their engine showed out of blue I refused it, 3 months later I m still trying to collect the warranty labor from them. They don t call you back and when you finally get one of them to answer they just tell you lies. Very unprofessional

Bought Remanufactured 2.0L Hyundia engine and have 6500 miles on it so far and all went very well. No issues, no oil leaks, engine performs great. Perfect exchange for my hyundai elantra coupe, no surpises

Purchased a motor from Reman Group because it was a few hundred cheaper than any one else. Motor showed up and looked great. Obvious quality displayed. Ended up not needing it. Owner came to my shop personally and pick it up and even refunded me on the spot using Zelle. Great Service.

Found a motor that is priced better than the other places I inquired with. There was a bit of a delay with the shipment which is understandable but nevertheless, the engine worked and I still don't have any issues with it!
