The car dealer named Ali promised me that the car I bought from him was in good condition, with no issues, but not even a week later the steering wheel was having issues and the car began smoking. The smoke turned out to be coming from the engine as the pcv valve was broke and oil was leaking into the engine. The power in the engine was also very weak. My mechanic even told me not to drive the car again as it could cost me my life. I spent my savings on this car and it turned out to be a big waste. I am furious. IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A CAR, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING IT FROM HERE!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They sold my sick mother a lemon that cost her entire savings and claimed it was a great car that worked like new. The day after purchasing, the check engine light came on. A week and a half after purchasing the car won't even start. Now my mom is down several thousand dollars after being promised a good car with no way to get to her doctors appointments or work. This is a very shady and unreliable business. Save yourself from getting scammed and buy from anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM RELIABLE AUTO SALES!I guess I bought a LEMON from them last Monday, June 12, 2023.The check engine light came on the next day, I had it checked out, called Ali Jr., he reminded me I bought the car without warranty but he would fix whatever code came up when I had it checked out. He kept it for a day, when I got it back, the check engine light came on again. Now today, the following Tuesday, I get in, and the vehicle will not start at all.I am dealing with AML Cancer right now and don't have much money to spare, but my vehicle was totalled in an accident the Saturday before, and I still work, so I needed a vehicle right away with a cash budget of only $6000., which is what I paid for the LEMON.I can not believe some people do business like this.I'd give them no stars, but then I wouldn't be able to leave a review.

I have been taking my Toyota Rav4 to this place for several years now. They have always been very honest about what repairs are needed and done the repairs at a good price. If there is ever an issue with the repairs, I know I can go back and they will make it right.

Sold my car to them and then a few months later, I get a bill from a towing company for my old car. Turns out they let the new owner drive around without the title being fully transferred over. I asked if the title was transferred and they responded " Not yet as they owe us money". Simply irresponsible and greedy! They did advise me to "ignore it" but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. All I know is that these charges better be resolved so it does not reflect negatively on my credit down the line. Otherwise, legal action will be taken.

Genuinely listen to these reviews, I bought an 04 Santa fe and it was a serious lemon. Only offer they gave was that they would do the repairs at a "discount". There was an oil leak, and it caused the alternator to fail. Along with the brakes being in terrible condition along with the tires, I would've been better off buying off facebook. Don't spend your money here, most importantly don't buy used cars from a tire shop like i did.

Bought my car from a dealer, and the dealer prepaid to have my oil change here. Took my car here, left it, called and asked is my oil changed yet and they replied yes. Came to pick it up. After a couple days I got a message to check the coolant (doesn t have anything to do with them), while I was refilling my coolant I checked my engine oil and it was black and low level. They didn t change it.Was going to bring my car here to fix my fan on my vehicle but I definitely won t after this experience, they are dishonest

Best automotive repair experience yet! Extremely friendly staff and hospitable towards kids as we waited for our van to be fixed.RELIABLE is not just their name but who they are- as they worked tirelessly to make sure we got our parts covered with our warranty and saved us $! Incredible people. Pass up the big,fancy auto mechanics and go with this business!

I got a Quote from Steve's Automotive well over $800 and it would take over a day to repair my motor sensors. I check out local shops in the area and found a gem, Reliable Auto was able to take me right away and 3 hours later they not only fixed my car but saved me $600! Thank you!

You know, we bought a vehicle here and we trusted these people to not screw us over, but they did. They knowingly sold a vehicle that had issues and at the end of the day, they tricked us. It was nice at first until they showed their true colors. They sold us a lemon and there s nothing we can do about it. Beware.
