This is the best repair shop that I ve ever visited. Greg and Nate were so transparent with me during the diagnosis that I understood what was going on with my car.I did not feel that the business was taking advantage like some mechanic shops and dealerships. I usually would take my car to Tom Peacock but I WILL NOT be going back there!As I sat waiting for my car I loved the teamwork displayed by the mechanics at the shop! They are a ASE Certified shop and everyone is very knowledgeable!Great Repair shop! Go here and you won t be disappointed.

Robert is the most professional mechanic you will come across. He always does a thorough inspection and only advises what is absolutely needed. All the staff are knowledgeable. I take all my cars here. Ignore those negative reviews.

Brought in a 2016 Hyundai that was having issues where the car would just stall. They had the car for 2 days and did a series of diagnostics and determined it was most likely the rod bearing issue that is known on the 2.4L engines. They called the Hyundai dealership and confirmed it was covered under the warranty program for that issue and let me know. Had the car towed and Hyundai confirmed and is replacing the motor free of charge. The guys at Reliable were very professional and HONEST throughout the whole process. I'm an engineer and I know engines and these guys were spot on throughout the troubleshooting process. I highly recommend them for any repair needs and will be going back for any future needs. Good repair shops are hard to find and I just found one.

September 2023, I dropped the (Discount tire paperwork form) off to this Perry Rd location, so that I can get my tire bolt stem fixed. I gave the form to the guy that states he's the owner of the company, which is the guy that sits on the Left end when you first walk into their establishment. This same person held on to my document for 30 days. Once it got close to the 30-day expiring date, the owner reached out to me via voicemail while I was out of town on vacation. He stated on my VM "they now have my part, and to call them so they can schedule me to come get my Tire stem repaired". Which I did as soon as I got back in town. I contacted the owner to schedule my appointment to have the repair done, He then began to go back and forth with me on "how he wants me to go back up to Discount Tire so they can print me out another Form because the form that he originally had has expired after 30 days". I then stated to him "why did it take him to the end of 30 days to finally reach out to me". I also asked him, "why did he hold on to my document close to the time expiration date to finally reach out to me", he avoided my questions, in begin to put all the blame on Discount Tires, he also began to say multiple times how "he's not the one that broke my tire stem, and that I need to go back and get another form". I asked him if I could speak to a manager, he stated to me that "he's the owner of the company, and there's no one else above him". I didn't think that it was fair for him to make me do more running around. I also informed him that I was out of the way and it would be a drive for me, But he didn't care, he continue to cut me off and repeat that "it's not his fault". I then asked him "is there another way he can get the form from Discount Tires without having me to drive out of my way to go get another form" he stated "no".He didn't care, didn't have any compassion, no understanding, nor respectful. I told him that I will go back to Discount Tire like he want me to do, and redo the forms all over again, and bring it back up to him as he told me to.December 8th I arrived back at his business and handed him the form, he looked at me with a funny sideways smile on his face as if he wanted to say something to me, which he did. He stated "wasn't you the one that I spoke with on the phone 3 weeks ago", what a fake side ways smile on his face. I stated, "yes I'm the one that you spoke to". So he felt like being real petty, worse than a woman, and felt the need to point out on the paper about the 30 day on the document. And then he kept saying over and over again "is this a Honda Civic", with a funny sideways smile on his face, I said "no it's a Honda accord", twice, I'm not quite sure what he was getting at. Then he goes back talking about the conversation we had over the phone 3 weeks ago, as if he couldn't let it go. At this point, I know he can see the frustration clearly on my face, So I stated to him, "what is the problem, I thought we already talked about this and got everything squashed 3 weeks ago, I thought that we came up with an understanding and we let it go, you really made me come all this way just so you can see me face to face and talk mess to me about a conversation that happened 3 weeks ago over the phone". He looked at me and he giggled and pushed my paper back towards my face, and stated "this is my company, I'm the owner of this shop, and I do not have to do the work for you, I can refuse to do the work for you". So I then asked him "so what is it that you want me to do", he stated "go back up to Discount Tire, and have them to send you somewhere else so you can get the work done, because I am refusing to do it for you". I stated "okay that's fine".Let me say this, God sees everything. He saw your wicked heart and your Wicked Ways. Clearly you don't believe in the higher power. I am here to let you know how powerful God is. I don't have to pray for karma to come your way in the most harsh way, because God is going to get you when you least expect it.

This is my best repair shop, it was my first repair shop that my sister recommended to me when I moved in Houston, Tx that s before 11 years ago and I m still with them until now. I love everyone works their specially Robert he is such a nice guy he loves and take care of his customers and he was my first helper to check my car and get it done for me and he always give me a good opinion when my car needs repairs. The repair shop is too far for me but I don t like to go any other places because Robert and Josh and other guys are an amazing people and I really appreciate for all they do to keep their customers happy. Thank you for all of you .

These guys have worked on our 2013 Chevy van and our 2020 Durango SRT. They diagnose the issues, quote a fair price, and do (correctly) what they say they are going to do. AND they don't drag their feet.I highly recommend them.

*** SCAM WARNNING ***This place is scammer. They kept my car for 3 days. Did zero repair and forced me to pay labor cost for no repair.The guy who claimed to be the owner (Robert) was lucky today that I controlled myself while he was racist and nonsense .. You are lucky man today ROBERT!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Reliable service. Chris the service mgr was very helpful. I was in and out in 30 min for and oil change. I would recommend Reliable Service to anyone.Thank you Chris for all your help

They totally live up to their name, reliable! Best prices, very honest, and bay window from waiting area so you can actually see them working on your vehicle and what's being done! No just taking their word for it! I'm a single mother and I've been going here for years! Nate, the master tech found in just 45 minutes what was wrong w/my car when the dealership never could figure it out! Turns out the dealership destroyed my car's throttle body! He not only explained to me how, but showed me the part so I could see for myself! They had me back on the road fast, where the dealership never could! I've even learned a lot about vehicle maintenance & repairs from these guys so much, I blow the sales minds of the sales guys at dealerships because I now know more than they do! Haha!

Scam shop. Went to get my battery cables clamped and hooked to terminal they told me $200 and an hour of labor . Went down the road to another shop and they did it for $40 were done in 10 minutes. STAY AWAY

I have been using the Perry road location for almost 10 years. Josh and his team are extremely helpful and honest. I highly recommend them for all your automotive maintenance and repair needs.

First of all the front desk Josh and Robert are extremely RUDE. I was sent over by Discount Tire for a stud repair. I was told I was RUDE by Josh for missing my appointment. I expressed to him that I didn t need him to judge me for missing my appointment I need my car fixed. While I was speaking to him I was then confronted by Robert. I had already spoken to Robert on the phone prior to coming in and told him that I was going to hang up the phone because he was speaking so fast and being rude. Robert tells me I have to listen to what he has to say, I told him I don t have to listen or speak to you I m speaking to Josh. Robert then says we ll I don t have to fix your car, I said that s fine I m only here because discount tire sent me here. Then to add insult to injury I asked to see the paper that Discount Tire sent me there with Josh tells me I don t own the paper discount tire does, I said that s fine I just need to know which stud it is that needs repairing. He asks me do o want to take a picture of it I said yes and went to grab the paper to sit it down and take a photo, he snatches it from me and says get discount tire to research it for you. I told him to grow up and get his life together. Needless to say all of this took place in front of a lobby full of people. The excuse for the rudeness is that they were overwhelmed . I went back to discount tire and told them they should NEVER refer anyone else to Reliant Auto Care, you don t treat people that way! I will never grace that place with my presence again, too many emotional men in one place if a bad thing. Thank goodness Discount Tire has a back up plan, and I can avoid these CHILDREN for good!

These guys are great.Disregard the negative reviews, there are always two sides to the story.They did a great job with my jeep, alignment and lug nut removal.Robert and Josh did a great job of getting the job done.

RUDE.I literally had work done on my truck less than two months ago.I REFERRED my mother-in-law here because I had a great experience with service and customer service when I went.She calls me back to say they were RUDE.She was cut off when asked what may be the issue with her vehicle. (Diagnostic)Cut throat about dropping and leaving her car for them to get to it whenever. Dismissed. her.Extremely, disappointing because I spoke so highly of this place.If you all are so overwhelmed hire more employees to manage this place. Treating PAYING customers poorly when they re the reason the business thrives is not it.Service: Auto maintenance

Went to the dealership to get my vehicle diagnosed, and they couldn't figure it out. They replaced a part I didn't really need. Went to reliable after my check engine light came on and they took care of it . Great job guys!

I have been a customer of this shop for over 7 years. This shop has grown so busy, they will rip you off. Robert and Eric are both very acquainted with how to overcharge and provide extremely bad service. Reliable Auto does not fix the problem, they only make it worse by breaking other parts and lying about their work. Don't waste your time with this place. They already have too many sucker, mechanically non-inclined, customers to deal with. This place must make a few million a year over-charging customers. I hope that this review helps to slow down their work load so they can properly fix vehicles. They literally got into an argument with me about their work while I was only courteous and polite and told me, "I hope your car gets fixed." These people will tear your vehicle apart and laugh. If I could give negative stars, they receive -10. (Amendment- they are now threatening me with a lawsuit for my true actual experience with them. I have every right to put the truth on google reviews)

I called yesterday 9/1 to have a part installed that I bought online myself and the man I spoke to on the phone looked up the make, model and year of my car then gave me an exact quote of $68to have it replaced. When I came in today 9/2 to have it installed the price was $103. I then proceeded to say I would have to have someone else do it and the man helping me did not even look up from his computer. He said great have a nice day like I was crazy for wanting the price quoted over the phone. My mom and I have been coming here for years and will not be returning after the way I was treated today.

Went in today for a state inspection and I will never go anywhere else. I plan to start coming here for all my car matters. They were actually recommended by a discount tire near me. I m so glad I came here, great customer service. The shop was closing in 30 minutes when I arrived, the staff was able to get me in and out within 15 minutes. I can t remember the managers name but he was very nice and respectful.

Great mechanic shop. Took my Mercedes Cls for new brake pads. I did some shopping and they had the best prices. Clean shop. Customer service was great, they kept me updated with the time frame and the service was fast. Ask for Robert. Extremely knowledgeable.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
