Does not matter how loyal you would be and pay off your first set of wheels in 110 days. Go to get another set of wheels but the cost would have been difficult to pay off in the allowed window. So they were okay to return them because it s policy. A couple months later things get better and go to get a set for a new car purchase. Was ignored and said they recommend to use some other company s. Well . We did and XCLUSIVE took care and went above and beyond. I recommend to check them out. Has a new shop in Montgomery and one in Houston.

Had a drive from Washington state to texas, had a blow out and ready for all 4 new tires. RENT A TIRE was amazing experience working with other locations to get them to me. Cas MTZ very outstanding and knows how to explain everything perfectly. Knows he's job and what's best. So happy my silver wolf will have new wheels

Okay so I got my tires stolen while visiting Houston for a few days. & I was desperate for a set of wheels so I could go home. A friend told me about RAW now I need to tell y all. So CAS at this location was so so so amazing, he helped me get a set that looks similar to the originals. He went out of his way to make sure I walked away very very satisfied. & he really hooked me up. CAS at RAW deserves a raise!!! Thank you CAS!!!!( pics: OG s vs. new ones )

Kash was amazing when I first got my tires!! I wasn t able to afford them anymore and Eddie let me bring them back. I highly recommend this place for tires. They are VERY understanding :)

Cas was amazing. The service was great! I had to come in today due to my 4 tires & rims were taken off of my car. Everywhere I called and the places I went to they were no help whatsoever; I then arrive to RAW wheels and tires and my experience was pleasant. With their customer service, they put their feet in the other person shows and they try to help the best they can. I appreciate them understanding!

Absolutely disgusted with this establishment & its workers. Returned tires & had old ones put back on. After waiting 3 hours we leave only to have to get off the interstate because they did not air the tires. We were almost killed!! Not only did they fail to air the tires, they did not align them and did not put all the lug nuts back on!! We're still trying to make it home, the car is shaking horribly & we called them to let them know the issues only for them to tell us we can bring it back but we'll have to wait.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CHEAPSKATES! It's not worth your life

Smooth process and very good customer service. The prices and paperwork was very transparent and affordable on my terms. Shoutout to Tai and Cas for the great customer service and for helping get new rims and tires.

This place is run like an irresponsible group of employees with a mob mentality. They literally harass you and tell you that you re irresponsible and unprofessional for not paying your bill on time. Well my wallet got stolen and everything that was on auto pay got messed up due to switching cards. I own my own business and actually do the same thing as these people but with other merchandise and I would never ever treat someone the way these people have treated me. Especially with TY being a racist and the district manager Chris not ever answering his phone like an area manager should be doing. The whole Company is now a joke to me till someone can renew my hope for them. Horrible service. Horrible Experience.

If I could rate this a zero, I would, but here we are & I never write reviews, but this one is needed. The way the TIRE TECH treated me while I was trying to get information from a purchase I made, last month. Didn t know he was a tire tech until AFTER a different rent a tire manager called the store. He couldn t figure out the answer to my question and tried to get aggressive with me, and i couldn t believe what I was hearing, luckily I was in another Rent-A-Tire getting information while I was getting disrespected for no reason because he couldn t find me in the computer system. I couldn t believe the way he was talking to me, so I decided to put it on speaker and the manager heard the way he was speaking to me, I asked him what s his store number at least FOUR times and he rudely said I m asking you a question, you don t ask me anything (He s a tire tech, why was he on the phone) he had no phone etiquette once so ever. So I ended the phone call and the manager called and he spoke rudely with her and denied anything I said, so she asked for the MANAGER and he said he s at lunch so she called back on the store cell phone and the manager Todd answered and said he was right there while he answered and said I didn t hear him, but didn t you say he was at lunch!? They are so RUDE!!!!! The manager made it worse, an email was to district and I would love feedback I been with R-A-T for 7 years and from that phone call alone I will NOT be back & I ll never refer anyone here until that matter is fixed. Bad communication skills just lost you a good customer!!

First time customer here -I didn t know that financing tires was a thing.My experience with Brandon and the whole team at this store has been every bit of 5 stars, and then some.Brandon was not only professional, but patient and friendly. Oh, and they were fast in getting me out of there! From start to finish, I was on my way in less than 2 hours. The exceptional customer service didn t end once I walked out the door.Since February, these guys have gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with my tires. I walked in desperately needing tires and expecting to leave with a feeling of being taken advantage of... Instead, I m here leaving a well deserved review and would definitely, without any reservation, recommend Brandon and his team.Thank you Brandon & all the guys at store 88 for raising the bar and giving excellent customer service and support.

Cas was excellent! He was very nice, I have never rented a wheel or tire- He made my time spent in the store worth while. Very patient, awnsered all my questions on point! I will definitely recommend others.

Brian and his associate was great! They took their time with me. I came in with a slight attitude because I didn t want to be taken advantage of since i was coming in as a female alone.He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the payment options, the policies, and the way their business was conducted. He said that if I couldn t make payment in time to just let him know and they were willing to work with me ... his associate even took a couple rims out to my car so I could get an idea of what they would look like ... helping me make an informed decision.I opted for the 90 day same as cash ... paid our negotiated down payment and signed my contract.They had two cars in front of me so they gave me the approximate wait time. My car was completed a few minutes before that time which was a plus.These are guys that deal with metal and rubber all day so in that type of environment... they were really nice and warm!

I called prior to arriving to the location and spoke to Brandon, he was very helpful and obtain minimal Information over the phone to get approved. As soon as I arrived I was assisted and completed the paperwork and provided more detailed Information. This process was pretty quick and easy. Everyone was helpful. The wait for the tires to get changed took longer than expected but I didn t mind. Would continue to shop for my tires here.

I generally don t do reviews, but in this instance I felt it was warranted due to the exceptional customer service. Bryan is a godsend and an asset to this company! Not only has he assisted me through the entire process, but recently I was impacted financially by the covid-19 pandemic and have been unable to work for sometime. Bryan went above and beyond any expectations I had, and was able to accommodate my situation and find a solution that worked for me and alleviated a mountain of stress. They treat you like a human being here, not just another number. Very refreshing experience, It s small situations like these that renew my faith in humanity. Special thanks to Bryan, your an excellent representation of your company and have earned my business and gratitude! 5 stars

Just want to give a shout out to the people here at Rent-A-Tire!! They were amazing helping me find the right rims and tires for my car. The manager was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Seriously if you are looking or needing the right rims and tires for your car, I suggest going here! Very helpful and reasonable! Plus I didn't have to wait all day!! Thanks, guys!! I'm definitely recommending this location!!

When I was desperate with a flat tire in the rain and all the other repair shops (Firestone, Pep Boys, etc.) were full, these guys worked to get me in between other customers and the team repaired my flat out in the rain. And best of all, they did it for free! 10/10 great staff. Will buy my next set of tires from here!

My tire popped right this second. Thankfully these people were just close to me. I pull up and this nice gentleman Brandon helped me out super quickly, found me a good pre owned tire, that will absolutely do for right now, and gave me even better news....The price!!!! It was so doable in these times when there is no work. Super nice people here, I was meant to stop here. Thank you so much for your service.

Me and my husband got wheels for his truck. It was super easy. Everybody was very nice and the whole process only took about an hour. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for wheels and tires. Ask for the manager Bryan he will take great care of you and your ride.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for a new set of wheels and tires you should definantly check these guys out! The salesmen were so helpful and patient with me and all my questions and especially my last minute change on which rims I wanted to put on my truck! They were so nice and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything I got before I left. They have my families business for life!!Thank you Rent-A-Tire!!!

The great customer service and plentiful inventory will have me buying tires from 1960 Rent a Tire from now on. There was very little wait time, the approval yo get a full set of tires took only minutes and the best part is, I did it from my phone. So convenient!With the help of Brandon especially, I was able to acquire a full set of fuel efficient tires for a bargain!
