Most rude person have ever called in business. He has heavy accent and he answered phone I did not understand what he said and ask if he spoke English? Made him instantly mad and he called me racist and told me "to get off his phone" so ok does not take much to make this man mad, imagine doing business with him... ohhh NO!

I don't usually do reviews but not happy! Went To Ramy's to have a headliner replaced, dropped the car off and I have to say my first experience with Ramy was good and we seemed to hit it off. He calls me the next day to say the cause of my headliner issue was a leaky sunroof, and offers to fix it for $425. As this is my wife's car, I say go ahead. The next day I get a call that the sunroof mechanism is broken, and it will be $1800 to repair that. Claims it was nothing he did. After some heated discussion, I asked him to just get the car back together and I would be by to pick it up later. I go to pick up the car and Ramy tells me he is not going to charge me for the sunroof work that he did. Fine, Im cutting my losses now and thanked him. Go to leave and my car is showing a check engine light! Ramy sent me to a garage and they checked the code at no charge and were able to clear the code. I figured this was just a coincidence, but good service on Ramys part. The issue with the repair, which looks great is that the fabric has a terrible smell. I initially thought it was the glue, but Ramy says the glue doesn't smell. I brought the car back for him to see it and experience the smell, to which he says I don't smell anything. His guys and a fellow customer confirmed there was a smell. After asking to smell the glue used, and finding a leftover piece of headliner material it was determined the material was the source of the smell. Use Febreeze they said!! I said since you not going to do anything, I got in my car and left. So not only do I have a sunroof that is no longer functional I have a car that smells like a chemical factory. I will need to redo the headliner otherwise the car is ruined. Use this shop at your own risk. I personally will never return, or refer sunroof king to anyone.

Took care of me really quickly. I was lucky they had in stock one last Nissan Altima sunroof. They cleaned up the mess that was there and the broken pieces of glass and installed it flawlessly. Price seemed very reasonable. Super friendly even said he'd take care of some other problems I had with a ding on my car door for a lot less than what I was thinking it was going to be. Definitely would take him up on that offer sometime later. All in all I was in good hands.

Ramy's Garage was recommended to me by River Oaks Automotive. I thought I had an issue with my headliner. It turned out it wan just the stripping for the rear window that was sagging. They fixed that issue plus another issue with my back seat while I waited. Ramy said the repairs were so minor that he would not accept any payment. I had heard that they were people of integrity that did excellent work, but this was beyond any reasonable expectation. I'll certainly will be back when I have more serious issues.Thanks, Ramy!

Been a regular customer for years. Takes care of sunroofs headliners etc. Took special care of my M3, and Turbo S. Most recently my son decided to lose a glass marble in the floor vents of the B9 SQ5. Rattled in there for months. Finally took it to Ramy and he took care of the issue promptly. Highly recommend.

Two reasons for this negative review. This is not a honest business, and they don t respect their customers at all. I really should follow that 100+ negative reviews just FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER!Don t trust the quote, that is how they got you in. They gonna charge you a higher price for sure. I did my headliner replacement for $350( quote $250). I have already tell them the year,made,model of my car. I don t think it is reasonable to increase 30% of the quote after looking at my car for 30 second.They don t care about the guest you can tell from the way the manager/owner talks. They let you pay first, and the business is done. They have no patience and empathy with their guest.Let me give you an example. They owe me four dollars change, and they tell me come back tomorrow to pick it up. Can you believe that ?Go somewhere better, the quality of their work is mediocre and the price is not competitive at all.

Plain and simple, I would definitely recommend this place. My windshield needed replacing right as I moved to Houston. I did not know any garage's personally so I looked up highly rated ones close to me and found Ramy's. He was incredibly nice from the start and even offered to get my windshield replaced that day even though he was supposed to close in an hour. After bending over backwards to fit me, the repair was done in a timely matter with no hidden charges and no hassle. The price was even $100 lower than other garages I had called for the same repair. While I waited, Ramy himself checked in on me several times and even gave me a complimentary water because of the Houston heat. He assured me that he could check my fluids for free if I came back for a discounted oil change. Ramy's Garage seems honest, straight-forward, and willing to take very good care of you for repeat business. I will definitely go back.

I saw online that Ramy's had good reviews so I gave them a try. A crazy ex boyfriend decided to throw a brick in my front windshield and they made everything look like new again! The owner was incredibly nice after I told him what had happened with my situation.They gave me a really good price with everything and it was ready within hours. They offer pick up/drop off service which is extremely convenient!I will look forward to coming back here to fix other mishaps :pThank you, Ramy's!

I had my 2010 Honda Crosstour's Headliner replaced by Ramy & Polo this week, & they did an excellent job! Polo's craftsmanship is outstanding! And Ramy is very professional & accommodating. Thanks, guys! My car looks & feels brandnew! (From E. Silvas)

Issue#1Their website stated $150 for most of the cars. I only had a compact car with no sunroof. After they checked they quoted $300!! I asked why that gap in price but no proper answer or real justification was given.In fact, I tried to know the cost before I go by calling them but they said we only able to quote after we check. I only needed a compact headliner, why I was charged $300 not $150??Issue#2When I was seeming not happy with their overpriced quote, they offered me to include extra work that my car needs, I felt it was a fair compromise. Later, when they called me to receive the car nothing was done other than the basic headliner. I went like why you haven t fixed the other issues as promised? He coldly said, our time was tight but u may come another day & we will do it ONLY IF we have nothing else to do but wasting our time for nothing in return! I mean seriously, that how you treat your customers?Respect customer, and delivering what you ve promised is above everything, I am just saying!

I had called over ten places to get quotes for a headliner and he was by far the best price. I dropped my car off and not only did I get an amazing job done on my replacement headliner, he also sent me a video as they were working on it. From the start, Ramy was incredibly responsive to all my messages, from inquiry, to drop off, all the way to pick up. To me, VALUE means you get a great price and quality work, and that s exactly what I received!

I received amazing service here! They redid the headliner in my Chrysler Crossfire perfectly and even went the extra mile to take me back to work a few blocks away and picked me back up at the end of my shift to go get my car. I really enjoyed the quick, professional service and everyone was very nice. I would defiantly recommend them. It's been a few months now and everything is holding up perfectly! They have great prices and do great work!

Ramy and his crew did a fantastic job with my Buick. The sunroof works perfectly. They were very professional and courteous. I ran it thru the carwash after I left... no leaks. I'll take it there for other work as needed.

I love Ramy's Garage. I go here for absolutely everything my car needs.I recently got into 2 car accidents and my car needed a lot of serious work both on the engine and body. Ramy's Garage took care of everything, for me, no problem. The price was reasonable and it didn't take too long.And just today I stopped in to get my left blinker light replaced and they took care of it in about 5 minutes.The best part about Ramy's Garage is the customer service. Ramy is so friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. He doesn't look for nonexistent problems, or try to over charge (which is rare in a car shop). He is so accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. And the mechanics themselves are all very helpful and friendly.I strongly recommend Ramy's Garage for all of your car needs!!

I called to inquire about a car window but spoke upon the coupon they have floating on the web. He said the coupon is old, i said I m not sure what you want me to say about that but i need a *click*!! He hangs the phone up on me. I called back, sent me to voice mail, called back no answer!! Called again he finally picks up. He asks how can he help me, i said i tried to tell you but you hung the phone up on me, he says I m very busy what do you want (2x) I m very busy. This person is very rude and disrespectful and will never get my service!!! EVER!!

A year ago I've brought my 2008 Mercedes e550 to get my panoramic sunroof fixed. For a good price. This time brought my 2012 f150. Also had my sunroof fixed. Ramy is reasonable and up front with he's prices. Really professional work. At half of the price of the dealership. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

Mr. Ramy s Garage is one of the best place around when it comes to moon roof, sunroof etc. The owner is a wonderful no mess around type guy. He can diagnose what needs to be done on the spot. There is a wait to get get in, be ready to get your money ready and prepare to pay. Check out his Warranty. Ramy s workers are Awesome. I cannot remember both their names however they are quick and check their work. I am thankful for this business. ( )

Use Ramy's Garage! This place is the best body shop I have ever used in my life. The entire staff and everyone I dealt with was friendly and gave me the highest quality of service. I am very satisfied with Ramy's Garage! Ramy ordered, painted and installed my passenger side mirror on my 2013 Dodge Dart in record time! He was very courteous and professional! The wait for the service was very fast and he made sure I was satisfied with the results! The paint matched perfect. I am a very happy customer and will recommend him to others! Thanks again....I'm coming back...the 40 mile drive was worth it!

I just had Ramy's Garage replace my rear window in my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am thrilled with the professional treatment and quality workmanship!I was skeptical at first because the price they quoted was very competitive and I kept asking if the glass was the same quality and same tint. I was also concerned the low price was just a way to get me in the door and then they would be calling me trying to increase the price for additional "work". I am very happy to report the glass is perfect, the tint matches the original glass and Ramy stood by the original quote and delivered exactly as promised.Ramy is a kind man running an honest shop! I would definitely recommend this shop!!

Great customer service and great work. I called and talked to him over the phone and explained to him what had happened to my sunroof on my 2012 king ranch expedition . He quoted me a price over the phone but stated it could be more depending what they found when they looked at it . I explained to him that I would not be able to leave the vehicle with him because we live so far from Houston and that my wife would be taking it in because I had to go out of town . He assured me he could get it done in one day but it might take @ 8hrs . My wife arrived early that morning and he assigned two employees to work on it and gave my wife a ride to the gallaria mall so she did not have to wait in the lobby all day . Six hours later she was picked up and on her way home with a perfectly working sunroof .

Ramy took good care of me. I went in stressing over a headliner that was in need of desperate repair. He quoted me over the phone and when I went in, he took a look and told me to trust him. He priced me much lower of the quoted price. It took about 4 hours. When it was complete, he sends a text and call to come pick up your car. I arrived to some amazing results. It look like it just came off the show room floor. The color of the material match perfectly and the overall customer was awesome. I will recommend anyone who need headliner repair. He does offer other services so I will definitely hold on to his contact information for future business. I am a very satisfied customer.

The window in my truck had been broken by a thief a day before a planned weekend vacation. These guys had the glass in stock, fixed it within an hour, amazing. Everything came together thanks to the awesome team here. When they had finished, no damage could be seen, no broken glass, no glass remained inside the door, again, kudos to these guys. The manager was extremely nice, all around great experience.

I was going to bring in my car to have the A/C checked but when I called Ramy's no one answered all day. I tried on a couple of different days but it would just keep ringing. My dad was also having issues with his a/c and he thought he would check out Ramy's since I mentioned that I had read several great reviews on this garage. He brought in his car, paid the fee for the a/c inspection and the quote he received was written so small, he had a hard time reading it. He inquired about it and was told "oh well, that's just how it prints." The items listed for repair from Ramy's were totally different than what the dealer had stated. When my dad asked about their warranty and if they would stand behind their work, he was told yes but only if another issue didn't mess up their work. If you are having a/c work repair done, then shouldn't that be covered by warranty and how is something my dad might do make that not coverable? Everything just seemed shoddy and suspicious. My father stated they seemed like they really didn't know what they were talking about when he asked about the repair items. I'm sure this is a good place for body work but I wouldn't trust them with any other repairs. It doesn't seem like they really understood the repairs required. We took my dad's car into another shop who came up with the exact same repairs as the initial dealer and way different than Ramy's. Also the other shop warrantied the a/c for 2 years. I felt horrible for recommending this place and ended up taking my car to the dealer who will actually warranty their work.

Absolutely great experience!! Had a broken window regulator and motor on Thursday, got the quote from ramys after work at 3:30pm and went ahead and left the car overnight. Car was ready same time next day like it never happened. Great customer service and lightning fast repairs!This is the place to go for anything window or paint related!

I had a nice size flying rock to hit the roof of my car on my way to work this morning. When I opened my shade to my sunroof I saw the glass was shattered. I suppose the rock had bounced off but I chose to come here after looking online and seeing the good ratings this placed had and Ramy would not let me leave until I was well taken care off. I am very grateful to him and his exceptional service. My experience was awesome and I would definitely recommend others I know.

Absolutely straight up. I called in the afternoon and received a quote over the phone for my sunroof. He said he would have to look at it, but it was a common problem. I showed up the next day to find out that I received the quote from the owner himself. The work on my truck was finished in about 6 hours to my surprise because every other quote was 8-12 hours labor. I paid exactly what he quoted. He showed me pictures and videos of the work being done and waranteed it for a year. Completely straight forward. Would recommend to anyone!

PLEASE READ!!!The owner is a GREMLIN that only has two functioning brain cells to his name. There is no reasoning or problem solving because it s beyond his capacity.Do not choose to give this man your money/business when you could give it to an honest and humble business owners who deserves it.Wouldn t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.Basic math skills teach us that when the bad reviews outweigh the good ones by a long hall your probability of having a good experience are not going to be worth the risk.Don t do it. Plenty of shops behind this place just quote around

Such a wonderful place. Very reasonable and professional. They took really good care of me and my vehicle. They cleaned up the broken glass and vacuumed my Nissan. I recommend this place for any window repair for your car. He is such a nice man. He has a customer for life.

I was in a parking lot accident in which my bumper was trashed. I arrived in a hurry right before class and these people finished my car so quickly! And my bumper looks perfect, good as new. Ramy, the owner, was so amazing. I paid a really low price and I was out of there in 90 minutes! I also got a free oil change. Everyone was friendly and really turned my bad morning around. I will be coming to this shop for all my car related need because this was the best experience I have ever had at a shop!
