Been coming here for years with my mom. They are very good and do all they can to get your car up and running. I never feel misinformed or like I m being taken advantage of. They work with you within reason. Great experience. My personal favorite is their dog. She s a sweetie.

This place is awesome. I brought my classic car in for a fuel problem. It was the fuel pump changed a little over a year ago. But R K covered it. It was so appreciated.

When I asked Butch from Ayers AAA Body Shop who he would recommended to work on my car, Butch recommended his neighbors next door R K Automotive. I wasn't sure what to expect because I have never done business with Butch. However, I needed work done on my car and since Butch was recommended to me by a friend I felt confident enough to take in Butch's recommendation as well.Here are my impressions on R K Automotive, they are phenomenal people who run a family owned automotive business. First off, David and Jackie are some the kindest folks you'll ever meet. They took the time to get to know who I am and were very friendly about it. It was like visiting my aunt and uncle who I've never meet.As for service, they have exceeded my expectations with quality work and a honest assessment on the condition of my car. All the expensive work the dealership recommended, wasn't necessary and won't be for at least a few more years. They also provided me with services that they do not routinely perform. Services such-as inspections and tire work were done by other businesses that they trust. This was a real convenience and time saver for me, and I really appreciate the though and effort they go to when it comes to customer service.Communication was excellent, Jackie was always available to answer the phone and quick to replying my emails. Most importantly they understood what I came in for. As I mentioned above, they only recommended services that were needed. You'll be hard pressed to find people like that these days.Overall It was a pleasure doing business with R K Automotive and I will be back for my transmission service when the time comes.

I have been here many times. I thought the owner was an honest guy but i was really wrong. Took my Mazda 2008 due too transmission slipping David the owner changed the speed censor after paying 344.00 $ while driving home it slipped again i called to talk with him his wife Kathy said he would call me back a day later he called and said i was busy to call what's going on after i told him about the car not being fixed. He said well i dont do transmission but my friend does i said then why would u change what u said u changed. After that he never answered did say ooop's didn't say anything. Just b careful about this place.
