Chris hodges went out of his way to find out the name of a part on my Ford bronco. Which parts had no idea what the name of the part was nor could they find someone who could.

Hands down the best experience I have had dealing with a Service center!! Kelli does a knock out job at making sure our vehicles are completed in a timely manner. Our organization deals with patient care and transport and she understands the crucial sensitivity of downtime. Great communication is key and Kelli is a master of it!!! Hat off for her and her team that has helped get our fleet of 150+ vehicles up to par!! Quick Lane has been fantastic at Chastang. Kelli Campbell is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly communicates exceptionally well.Service industries have a tough time right now between staffing and supply chain issues but Chastang s team works well within that environment and is efficient with my time.I choose Chastang over closer dealer service department because of this service and my confidence they will do things right.Service: Oil change

What an exceptional experience I had for my visit through the express service. I went in for an oil change, but got way more than that! Kelli is an absolutely amazing representative who not only met, but far surpassed any expectation I could have had! My vehicle hasn t ever had such care given to it when it s just an oil change . Kelli never treated it as such. It was like I was the only client and their sole responsibility was to ensure impeccable service, and that s exactly what I got! Let me express my sincere gratitude to Chris Hodges (service representative) and the Chastang Ford family. My 2002 f150 had a multitude of problems. But it held a sentimental value. (Chris understood and valued my business) Because it old, some parts needed to be ordered out. Whenever there was a delay, Chris would immediately call me. Needless to say, "my baby" now ride like new!...During this period of pandemic, its important to make customers feel valued. Thanks to Kelli Campbell I was able to get my truck in and repaired under my warranty before it ran out. She worked with me and my crazy -hectic schedule. I wouldn t go anywhere else. This is the second time I have called this location for information, and I received anything but. I previously had a bad experience with this location and decided against better judgement to try again. All I wanted was a quote for a repair (I already know what the problem is) the person would not even give an estimate without me spending $130 to diagnose the already known issue. This is the last time I will attempt to take my business here. Do yourself a favor and find another honest mechanic or a different Ford dealership. Next.

I think they should have a mechanic for customers that walk in to get oil changes. It was going to take hours to do oil change no a lot of people have the time to wait this long. And the fact that they are a service department they know they re going to have walk-ins.
