Prompt and efficient. Offered to use my Ford points instead of cash without me asking. The inspection part was real. They caught something the original dealer missed. Great communication.

Mr Ross Brumley went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. It is hard to find staff that will go way out of their way for you like they will here.

I have been coming here for almost a decade. Without exception, every single time I come in I am greeted with a smile. The advisors remember my name and ask how I m doing. The service is quick and thorough. If I need additional services, everything is explained to me. I have to mention Lisa as she treats me like a friend each time I see her. She is not only personable and caring, she is exceptional at her job. Thanks to Lisa and to Tommy Vaughn Quick Lane!Services: Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

My fianc brought her company car in for an oil change and air added to her tires. After leaving she noticed her air pressure light was still on, and drove back into the shop. She was assured that air pressure had been added to the tires and she needed to drive around on them. I drove the car, saw the light on, and she told me the story. I went to fill the tires with air and every tire was at 25 psi or below when the recommended air pressure is 33. I understand people make mistakes, but this was lazy customer service that could have easily led to a blowout on any of the 4 tires.Services: Tires, Oil change

Word of warning: Tommie Vaughn adds a 3.5% fee to the total when paying by credit card. Maybe they have this posted somewhere, but I didn t notice it till I got home. I don t know about you, but I don t usually anticipate having to bring cash when doing ~$400 bucks in service costs. I made my appointment online, but you they have two separate areas on their website to make appointments, one for service and one for the quick lane. I guess I chose the quick lane which does not do diagnostics or recalls. They should just have one place to make a appointment that sends you to the right place based on what you need. At the end, they the service advisors were nice and I got what I needed done.

A 4 hour visit to the Tommie Vaughn quick lane resulted in significant damage ($2,000+ estimated repair; more than the car was even worth) to the backside of my Ford Focus. The Tommie Vaughn reps made no mention of this damage upon picking up my car, which cannot be missed as shown in the attached pictures. Will not be returning to either the Tommie Vaughn Ford dealer, Body Shop or Quick Lane after my recent experience. It is impossible that a camera nor a human saw the accident occur, given the small footprint of this facility and size of the damage. I met with the service rep, service manager, and even the owner who all refused to take any responsibility for the incident. The service manager tried to push the entire event off by not returning my calls, leaving me to initiate all conversation. I asked if they would simply meet me in the middle for a mere rebate on my (overpriced) service, and the service manager said "We will not do anything." This is all after they tried to claim there was no obstruction in the facility with the same color as the scrape and dent on my car (red i.e. the same color as the red poles on the premise). The color scrape was the same diameter as the entire dent on the car, undoubtedly proving that the incident occurred on their property and from a single incident. The most stressful facet of this experience was that I was trying to sell this car at the time to trade in for a vehicle for our expanding family as I am pregnant. When (a month+ later) I was able to sit down with the owner, I was offered a gift card to their Quicklane for future service. Laughable considering I would NEVER take my car here again and because I had already purchased a new vehicle by this time. The negligence of this facility regarding care of my car while in their possession and attempts to push off my incident or sweep it under the rug was incomprehensible. The dent on my car came on the heels of my standard oil change and repairs to my car running up a $500 bill, because they did not share an estimate of these repairs while in possession of my car before completing them. I should be able to trust my dealership to provide obvious upfront information regarding repairs to my car; no upstanding dealership or maintenance center performs repairs at that amount without providing details of the repairs with estimates. Just another example of poor customer service. If you want your car to be cared for and provide honest, transparent service, I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.I will be transparent in that this incident occurred months ago. At the time I thought I would let my emotions simmer before posting the review. Also being pregnant during all of this was an added stressor. I still would hate for someone to go through the months long saga and run around that I did.

Growing up I was always told to never take a vehicle back to the dealership.Tommie Vaughn Ford proved that theory wrong by offering above and beyond customer service paired with vehicle services to match! From the people in the parts department helping me find schematics to go with parts for my 97 f250 7.3l diesel to the quick lane department, I m amazed at their knowledge and willingness to help out. Also they re pricing for vehicle maintenance is unbeatable even compared to other ford dealerships.I will not take my Ford anywhere else in town. I appreciate y all!

Stayed at an Air BnB and woke up to a flare tire. On a Saturday they were able to get us in fix the tire and get us to our first house showing. We are moving to Houston and they were very solution oriented, affordable and kind. We had our dog with us and they let him hang in the waiting area with us. Thank you Quick Lane!

The team was so fast - in and out with no appointment and a fixed tire in 30 mins! The front desk, Vicky, is so kind and makes the experience pleasant and stress free. I will hands down be coming back for oil changes and all else. Also very reasonably priced!Service: TiresService: Tires

I had an 8:30 am appointment today. When I arrived for my appointment the man behind the desk said, "we are running late". I said ok, well I have an appointment and he kept replying that they were running late. I said, well are you trying to tell me to come back later and he said no but we are running late. So I waited.....for 2 hours....for an oil change. Then of course they come and try to up sell me. I need new spark plugs because of the mileage on my car (65k) and my breaks are yellow so I need them replaced too, basically a 700 upcharge. I called my brother-in-law who told me that spark plugs usually are good to 150k and that the breaks do not need to be replaced just yet.I go out to my car and there is a humongous boot print stain. They didn't even have the decency to put down a paper mat, which I thought was a requirement, before working on my car. Now I will have to pay for someone to get the stain out. This will be my last time brining my car to this location. I will take it another service center that will 1. where it won't take 2 hours for an oil change and 2. where they respect a car enough to not ruin the car matts.

My ford dealer of choice for any maintenance and service, bar none! Elizabeth, Ross and anyone else involved, always provide a high level of customer service. We used to go to Helfman Ford in Stafford, but no more. We go our way to do business with Tommie Vaughn. The staff at Tommie Vaughn not only offers bonafide appointments, but they honor those appointments and they never keep your vehicle longer than needed, compared to competitors. Always honest and upfront about any needed repairs, and if repairs are needed parts are never too far away.

Recently went for a Oil Change, tire rotation and inspection and the next day my F150 Stalled on the highway. Turns out During the multipoint inspection the technician let dirt and bugs into the air filter causing my mass airflow sensor to get clogged. Of course we didn't know this was the cause until we had it towed ($250) and put the computer to run the code which was code P2195 and P2197. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose so i could take my truck back and cost Thousands of dollars, but thank god we had the code reader and all we had to do was clean the sensor. Be careful with this place.

Excellent service. Superb customer service. Fair price.I recommend to set an appointment, a few days in advance. They will stick with it and get you in and out.I wanted a trans flush and oil change. They recommended just a drain and fill on the trans, Which saved me money. First time I was never up sold on an oil change as well.Very friendly and supportive counter staff, extreamly knowledgeable service techs.Overall extreamly Happy with the service they provided me and my '15 3.5 Ecoboost. Thanks I will return for all my service needs.

It s a 5 star or a 1 star depending on the day. Walk-in on a busy day and you won t be happy with the waiting time and service. Make an appointment in a weekday morning and you will have the best service and almost no waiting. I m changing my review from 1 star to 4 to average the experience. I liked that I wasn t pushed into buying services I didn t need.

Lady at quick lane tried to make me come back seem like they didn t want my business. Simple oil change should not take 3 hours. Ppl with appointments kept coming in pushing me back. I don t have the luxury of dropping my work vehicle off for the day. No tech working on the walk-in just appointments. They never talk to me and took ppl the was familiar with cars over mine even after I came in before them, they just made them a fake appointment to skip ahead the line. Either more help is needed or training. My time is just as important as the next person!!! I will shop we re I am not wanted anymore!!!

Had a good experience here came in after damaging my tire hitting a curb. Service tech was professional and knowledgeable and my tire was changed pretty quickly. They could have taken advantage of us (we weren t sure if the rim needed to be replaced also, which would have taken a lot more time and money) but didn t. I plan on coming here again

The customer service is lacking. I had an appointment at 7:00 AM, but my car didn't get looked at for almost 2 hours. If you get service done here, do not wait with your car. Reserve a loaner car from them, or make other arrangements.... even for routine maintenance like an oil change. Positives: They have self serve coffee (Katz brand- very good local brand), and the waiting area is spacious and clean. They also have vending machines so your blood sugar doesn't drop too low while you wait the entire morning for service.

Two other Ford dealerships refused to top off transmission fluid in my F150. Those other two insisted on a transmission service at $250. Lisa in service was kind enough to ask a tech there that was willing to help. Very short wait time. Also, the location is stand alone from the dealership, so it is much easier to navigate than a crowded dealership lot.

I made an online appointment for a time that worked with my schedule. I called the day before to see how long the service takes to make sure I would be back in my office in time for an afternoon appointment and was assured that the service would take less than half an hour. Received an email the day of changing my appointment to a later time. Turns out their techs are at lunch from 11-12 so the 1130 appointment i scheduled wasn't even an option in the first place.

I went in for an oil change and general checkup. Everyone was wearing masks. Easy to social distance while I waited. Everybody was friendly. It was a saturday morning and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Great experience.

Don't go here on a Saturday. I have been coming to the Quick Lane at Tommie Vaughn Ford ever since I bought my 2014 Ford Explorer brand new from Tommie Vaughn, and have never had an issue, until this last time that I went. I went out of my way to get there on a Saturday after checking their website, which said that they were open until 3PM. I showed up around 12:30, but was turned away because they were "too backed up". They didn't seem very crowded to me, and I just needed an oil change. Don't say you're open until 3PM if you stop taking customers at noon. That is certainly not "Quick", and they weren't very friendly about it either. I went to Jiffy Lube down the street, which was super quick and probably a lot cheaper too. I'll be going there from now on.

Terrible service. When I called around 9:00 a.m. the woman who answered stated she had openings from 930 to 4 so i Made an appointment for 1030 am.I arrived 10 minutes early. It's now 1 pm and my truck hasn't moved since i parked when i got here. What's the use in making an appointment if you're still gonna be put at the bottom of the list. Poor communication when I got here as well. Never coming back.

CHECK THAT ALL SERVICES ARE DONE AND DONE PROPERLY BEFORE LEAVING. I like the convenience but don't assume work is done fully.I went a few weeks back for the works package. This includes fluid check, tire rotation, oil and filter change, and overall inspection. Only the oil and filter were changed. My tires were old and I was aware that they needed to be changed. Therefore they decided to not bother checking the tire pressure or rotating the tires. I always remove one of the valve caps when I go to make sure it is done. After noticing the tire pressure was not checked I checked the fluids. Fluids were not topped off. After going back in they were able to take the car back in to complete the job. Tech filled tires way past recommended pressures of 32 psi. He filled them close to 40 psi. According to sales rep they fill to 38psi? Most cars with minimal load are listed at 32psi. Keep in mind these were tires that needed to be replaced...mainly from cracking in the rubber from sun exposure. Seems quite dangerous to over inflate the tires. Also, the windshield fluid looked and felt like plain water. Also, they are polite but did try to UP SELL me on transmission flush, engine coolant flush, and new tires. Checked my service manual and it actually recommended replacing spark plugs and doing those other services much later on. Bottom-line...DO YOUR HOMEWORK when it comes to car maintenance. Also, was able to get better quality tires at nearly half the price elsewhere.

I was not very happy with my experience. I came in to get my oil changed and brake pads. The tech guy said he looked at my car and said I needed a new air filter that mine was really dirty. I asked if they looked at mine and the guy said yes. I then asked him if he could change mine out. He said yes. I processed to tell him I have an aftermarket cold air intake that has a different air filter that I had put in two months ago. There was name way it was dirty and they can't change mine out because they don't carry the Cobb cone filter (nor did it need it). He paused and didn't say anything except he will talk to the tech. When it came to pay I was told my brake would be $100. It was $100 plus labor of $40. I felt that I was lied to because when I asked how much my cost would be he said a $100 for the brakes and about $70 for the oil change. He was right the price for the oil change. But the brakes cost me $140. When the lady rang me up, she was to busy watching a movie on her iPhone and keep watching it while she charged my card. I will not be going back.

It's an ok place... person who assisted me was good... (hispanic guy). Why I did notice that they had the mask requirement at the door, but some entitled white guys where not addressed to use it. They need to follow Quick Lane rules...

Polite customer service reps in the office. However, you will be nickel and dimed for your cars "recommended" needs. Also, the service tech scratched my driver side door while getting into the car - AWESOME! (hit it against the lift pole). Fast service, but lacks in detail and professionalism. Makes me miss my old location even more.
