The issue was not resolved after all what I paid , and I received no feedback or follow-up. For two weeks, no one even answered my calls or returned them to inform me of the truck's status. Even after two weeks of paying for repairs, they ended up returning the truck to me with an overall failed inspection.

Tabatha was great to work with and I really like to the text message system for communication during the service experience. The computed assisted service scheduling did not work so make sure to speak with a service representative

I had my transmission serviced. And they also did the recall that was my car for the brake line. I made it there around 7:00. And he gave me an estimated time frame to be done by 8:30. I went to Russell & Smith Ford dealer for the state inspection with out an appointment, because the day before I was told I don t need an appointment. To my surprise I was denied the service at the beginning, but the manager was closed, he just may everything works, and the car has the inspection. I was treated with respect and I appreciated very much the help.Mr. Eric Rodriguez was in charge, he was very nice. I forgot the name of the manager.

I was able to get the mechanical issue with my car resolved, but the process was quite frustrating. I dropped my car off on a Monday at 7am. I did not have an appointment, but they did take my car in almost immediately. I did not hear back from my service advisor for several hours, so I gave her a call to inquire about the status of my car late that afternoon. She informed me that she hadn't received an update from the technician yet. Long story short, I didn't get my car back until Wednesday evening and this was after several calls that I had to make to the service advisor asking for updates. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and updates on the status of my car. She claimed that she informed me that there was a 48 hour delay on cars with the service engine lights. If she would've told me that from the beginning, I guarantee that I wouldn't have left my car there because I was going out of town that Thursday and didn't want to risk leaving my car there for that long. Car issues are always frustrating, so overall, I just wish she would've been more proactive with updating me to try to give me more peace of mind throughout this process.

The team here did a great job. They were up front and clear with all of the pricing, they explained the features of the vehicles to me, and got me out of there quickly. I would recommend Russell Smith for a great car buying experience.

I went into the 610 location hoping Connie Ford was still working. And was I happy when I walked in and she was still in her same office that she was in when I met her 10 years ago. I told Connie what I was looking for and we started looking at a Ford Edge. Connie is very friendly, courteous, understanding and knowledgeable. Go for oil change and was told I needed rear brakes and rotors. I agreed to this being performed, but now brakes a making squeaking noise. I brought it back in for them to look at again and noise is still there. I would have been better served going somewhere else. I have been using them for me service for eight years and have noticed a decline in service. This was the last straw and I won't be back. Use them at your on risk!

Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect. They made buying my new bronco a horrible experience. The salespeople are not knowledgeable. Working through financing here is a nightmare. Go to another Ford dealership.

This REVIEW is STRICTLY for the,"FORD MOBILE" service.The mechanic/tech did exactly what he came to do. He was kind & explained everything that needed to be done. I will always recommend the FORD MOBILE service. The tech who arrived didn't mind questions about the work he was performing. The mobile service is the best thing Russell & Smith has done, as far as, adding a program that works for the customer. My last experiences with going to Russell & Smith Service was not favorable & left me feeling under valued as a Ford owner & as a Customer of Russell & Smiths Service Dept./ Quick lane. Again 5 's for the MOBILE SERVICE ONLY.

Work was incomplete had to return the next day to have a part put on that was left off my vehicle. Charged for misc. Items to replace a battery and when I inquired about the charge the explanation was ridiculous. They had no excuse for the extra charge. I came to this place a couple of months ago for a recall on my wife's Expedition. They took a good care of us and I was very happy with the service we received during our initial visit.Her vehicle was due for an oil change so I brought it back here this morning expecting the same service. Well, I was wrong about that. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that their drive-thru lanes were almost empty with only one other vehicle parked which made me think they were not too busy and that I could be out of there pretty fast. Well, I was wrong about that too. Upon walking into the service department (Quick Lane office was closed with a sign pointing to the service department) the service advisor asked me if had an appointment, and I said no. He then told me that it would take them about 4 hours to change the oil if I wanted to wait and that I can also leave it there and they will have it done by the end of the day. I asked him: what about the "quick" Quick Lane service? His response was: you have to make an appointment. I was very disappointed in his response and I just left. I'm coming back here that's for sure. The only reason I did not give them 1 star is because of the good service I received during my first visit.

I gave them my truck the day before so I could pick up the next evening. The main issue I had did get resolved until I came for my truck. After waiting another 2 hours, I was then over charged for the issue. I was late for work already so I thought I would handle it later, only to find out that my truck had been broke into. They had not secured my truck the day before and my stuff is gone. The service people made me feel that I was over reacting.

First oil change for my Bronco. Not only did my vehicle let me know it was time, the dealership service department called to set up the appointment. Service was thorough and they even took the time to solve my mistaken missing wheel lock key!

They didn't do a thorough check up on work performed. I had an oil change done, and got home, and noticed oil running down the side of the oil filter. I have a truck that is less than a year old, now they are saying it the oil filter housing. I feel that the technician didn't remove the the old oil gasket, and double gasketed it, leading to seepage of oil.Service: Oil change
