I was like 2 months with a problem with my truck, and I already was expending a lot of money try to fix it with another people, when a friend of mine recommends this place and it was amazing, was fast and a good price...You need call him often for ask about your car, but basically they are good and fast and with good prices

This is a rare honest autoshop in our area, I recommend Pronto, even this is my first visit, they fixed my rear brakes with a reasonable price

Oscar has been my repair guy for 9 + years now, always fixes it right the first time and is super reasonable. However he cannot make a miracle happen if you choose to neglect your your car. He has saved me & my friends and neighbors alot of money.Word to the wise: Judge a relationship on all the times they have been there for you, not the 1 time they may fall short of perfection.Oscar you get an A+

Was referred to Oscar at pronto by a friend / employer. When I arrived I informed him I m a single dad and need the front end and air conditioner fixed ASAP because I m taking off work for the repairs as my truck is my kids and i s only transportation. Oscar said 2 days Oscar also said he would fix upper and lower control arm on one side and fix air for 800$. Cool after 2 days I called not ready call that Friday more excuses , the following week I m getting nervous because rents due and this guys 2 days off work is already at a week! I called Oscar and explained again my situation and said I can t wait I have to get back to work just do the front end work I will have to come back for the air conditioner after I pay my rent. Still two damn days later he finishes total of 10 days which cost me 1500$ in lost wages and he charged me 687$ to change the front end only I asked so when I brought it back it s 120$ to fix my air,..( original quote was 800$) he said no I asked so you lied about how long lied about what it cost and cost me an extra 1500$ for loosing 10 days work, this liar has the nerve to call himself a Christian in the same breath! Total liar, keep my truck knowing he was to busy to fix it in the time he said because he doesn t care about anyone but his $, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

The owner always make sure you leave satisfied. He is always willing to make sure he fixes my car for a reasonable price! He is courteous reasonable and helpful ,Thank you!!

Installed wrong parts, then blamed me for the error and refused to make things right...Oscar has young, inexperienced mechanics working for him but still tries to charge 80$ per hour shop rate..Brought my vehicle into Oscar on Monday, for some front suspension work - 2 idler arms, 2 upper control arms, and 4 tie rods.... Called Wednesday, Oscar told me vehicle would be ready but never called me, Called again Thursday left a VM and then Called Again and spoke to front desk person - ask what is the status? Told me Oscar would call back - never did - Called again Friday - Told me Vehicle would be ready after an alignment - Went up there Friday at 6pm Still on rack - waited til 630 to pick it up... 5 Days for a 1/2 day job -Found out at that time that the tie rods were incorrect and not installed and then was also told that he installed lower control arms - which was not part of the original deal - and something i did not want done - anyway - needed my vehicle and did not want to argue.. the invoice price also was higher - went from 300$ to 400$ - again - just needed my vehicle back and wanted to move on from bad experience...the experience had already cost me alot of money because I couldnt work without a vehicle - AFter Picking up the vehicle, I instantly noticed issues - First off the vehicle was not aligned and the front suspension was making horrible noises - Called and spoke to Oscar on Saturday to let him know that there were issues - He said to come back Monday -Went and visited him Monday - Day 7 of this experience so far - Told me that he couldnt align it and would refund me 35$ - LOL 35$ for wasting more of my time - I took the 35$ and headed to Alignment shop - 80$ later I was informed that the incorrect Lower Control Arms were installed and they needed to be changed - Called Oscar and told him that he had installed the wrong lower control arms and that I needed the job to be correct - He asked me to buy the HD ball joints and he would swap out the drivers side - Bought the ball joints that are inserted into the control arms and dropped the vehicle off on Thursday for him to fix.... Thursday goes by then its Friday - Now a total of 7 days in the shop for front suspension work - What a joke - He tells me friday that the ball joints wouldnt fit - then I told him well now its obvious you installed the wrong lower control arms and I needed it fixed correctly - told me it would be another 150$ for the HD control arm - I told him that it was his fault - the lower control arms were never supposed to be swapped out in the first place and he did anyway and installed wrong parts - Oscar was extremely dificult to work with, made mistakes only an amateur mechanic would do, and did not correct the problem - so now Ive spent 400$ on the initial repairs, 300$ on wrong control arms, 300$ on the right control arms, $200 on uber rides for the 7 days without a vehicle, 80$ on first alignment, 50$ and 200$ on second alignment and installation of passenger side HD control arm, and 7 days without a vehicle - Oscar refused to replace the bad part he had originally installed and had no interest in making things right - Just another Bad Mechanic wanting 80$ an hour for doing a horrible job - -- Also amount of calls from Oscar or Pronto during the 7 days my vehicle was there is ZERO - I had to constantly call to check on it and was never notified of any issues until I called to ask... Would not recommend - not even for an oil change - Please do not go there - Front suspension work is basic stuff and if they can't get that right - they cant do anything right...Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

My 2008 Honda Crv had engine light on. Took it to Pronto Auto service. He said I need to Replace Oil pressure switch. I paid $375.00 for parts and labor. But my car didn't fix.I took my car back to him..Back and forth 5 times in 2weeks.But he still didn't get it fix I was so upset .I took my car back from him .He didn't give me any refund or even any discout.Mannn I told my self no more Business with Pronto Auto service.

Pronto (Oscar) Could not even align my vehicle after 2 days..Gave me runaround - Doesnt call - you need to call to track him down - Would not recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, BrakesServices: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I don t know who these people are that's stating this is a great place to take your car..... but I say "DON'T DO IT, THEY THIEVES" we went there because the engine light came on in the truck and they told us we need to change the EGR Valve at $216.99 and the EGR Vacuum Pump at $724.50 plus $140 for labor, totaling $1,202.42. I was so shock, I started calling Nissan to see if that's really what they charge for these parts, Omg not even close the Pump was only 79.99 pluss tax, we end up paying about $200.00 for both parts. In all we pay about $350.00 and that's including Labor eith another Mechanic. They discussed me so much that I want to slap them, dam criminals. "DONT GO THERE"!!!!!

I dropped my truck off on Monday he said he d get on the next day which would be Tuesday I called on Wednesday since he didn t contact me on the day the job was to be done it wasn t ready so I go to the shop Thursday morning he hasn t touched my truck except somebody had been using my truck and the DEF injector still hadn t been replaced and factory reset of the the code wasn t done my $320 dealer part in the truck on the dashboard windows and key in the ignition
