I want to tell everyone how amazing and blessed I was to choose this body shop. I literally was LAUGHED at a few places before I came to this one. Michelle and Jazz were some of the best ladies I have encountered and everyone else was just as amazing. I can t tell you how much care and effort was put into it. From day one, they kept me updated and fought to give me the best price. Even detailing the car themselves along with Mr. Manriquez himself. I couldn t ask for a better crew to work on my car. Definitely earned a loyal customer today!

This would be the worst place you ever take your vehicle too. A few months ago the owner Jerry Had worked on my car, the front bumper and a headlight fog light a rim tires. He put used tires on my car. All my lights are still on charged for things. That never got fixed a little over $12000 that he charged. I guess he did not expect a woman to take the car and have it. Put on a lift to take pictures in a video of things. He charged for that he did not repair. And so now I've had to go and purchase new tires after he charged for tires. Definitely filing with the Better Business Bureau. That is not $12000 worth the work.

had my car repaired here after it was hit and unable to drive, and it looks and drives great! it looks like my car was never even hit, amazing work. will definitely be recommending to friends and family :)

Highly recommend David and his team of All-stars!What ever issue you might have with your vehicle, they will definitely repair it and exceed all expectations.I brought my vehicle to Professional s choice for some minor damage that occurred at my work place. They had to get couple dents out that were in some tough spots (creases), and also color match it. While being at the shop, aside from the company related damages. I went ahead and paid for some additional work to be done and had the vehicle wrapped. I was a bit nervous, but when I went to pick up the truck I couldn t believe what an amazing job they did. Throughout the repair they kept me inform on the vehicle and the process and really had a good turn around to get the work completed.Thank you again David and team at Professional s choice, I will be letting friends and family know this is the place to go.

THIS IS NOT THE REAL MANRIQUEZ. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I was recommended to Manriquez by several people and was led to this address by google because of a mixup with the name. The owner lied and told me they were affiliated with the shop I wanted to repair my car at when they in fact, are most definitely not. When I realized this, I simply asked that they stop taking my car apart so I could have it towed to the right shop. The owner and his employees, Michelle & Rick, REFUSED TO RELEASE MY VEHICLE until they received a ridiculous payment from my insurance. They VERY STRANGELY made it personal and ignored calls from my insurance company for about 5 days. My insurance finally got them to release it and upon inspection at the correct shop, Pro Choice Manriquez further damaged my car out of spite. I now have to deal with more repairs when I initially took it in with minor damages as you can see in the last photo. The most horrible professional experience with horrible people as staff. I hope no one else has to go through this. Crooked people with no business licenses or storage permits and they most likely paid people to write the positive reviews. Save your money and get your vehicles rightfully repaired elsewhere.

Mr. Manriquez, Janie and all his staff were friendly, helpful, and the service I received far surpassed my expectations. They will help you understand the problem and walk you through every aspect of the repair. They will make you feel comfortable with the process and will give you the sense that you got a great value for your money they are willing to work out a way for you to have your car up and running as soon as possible.

They took care of out truck and fixed it really quickly, when we received our truck we were happy with the results! Looked brand new! Will highly recommend this place! They keep you updated and communication is amazing! The first photo was after, the second was before! Its amazing. Cant thank them enough for the amazing work they did!

Always great service! My son has brought his car for additions and repair after an accident. They exceed our expectations every time. Also, the staff including Crystal is very helpful and great with communicating even with the insurance. David also followed up to make sure we were taken care of. It s now our go to shop .

They did a great job fixing my Impala!Can t even tell it was ever crashed !.The paint job was flawless , everything on point..The turn around for myself was 3 weeks which tops off many stories I ve heard about people getting into accidents..I definitely recommend this business to anyone..The staff is very friendly and professionals as well !Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

I highly recommend them to anyone seeking not only a repair to any vehicle that was damaged BUT more importantly customer understanding and satisfaction . My daughters car ( an oldie but goodie) was damaged by an old tree that fell on it ( see picture) . Unfortunately i was informed it was a total loss and I didn't have a lot of funds to purchase a new vehicle . David and his team understood my situation and said they could make it whole again , this was an affordable resolution for me . Not only did they do exactly what they said and updated me on the progress but had it done in 2 business days ! Definitely appreciate these guys on everything they did for me. Making the process quick and easy. They don't treat you like a customer, they treat you like family. Taking importance into other people's vehicles as if it was there own. Huge shot out to Krystal for staying on top of everything. For good and quick Profesional service go to these guys. Definitely got my business. And also, quick service while Houston was going thru a freeze.

From start to finish, David was exceptional with his service. He saw my wife s car being inspected by an insurance adjuster he knew, so he stopped by to give a friendly introduction and leave a card. After going out of his way to introduce himself, we decided to get our car serviced at his shop. Considering the holidays thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, they had our car turned around pretty quick and with excellent quality. David fought tooth and nail for us to make sure the insurance covered all the damages from the accident even though they didn t want to pay out, even if it meant he had to call us in front of the insurance adjuster and tell us what was going on. His wife Janey was excellent as well, making sure that we were up to date on what was going on with the car as well as changes when they occurred. Hands down the best body shop in Houston! My front end was damaged in an accident and Professional Choice Manr�quez Collision auto shop had my car repaired in no time given the holidays and we couldn t be more grateful. Usually dealing with insurance can be a pain and confusing, but Ms. Janey kept me updated with every step of the way and called to let me know was going on with the insurance and every decision that was being made. Mr. David and Mrs. Janey answered all of our questions and were very reassuring. I couldn t have asked for a better outcome. We will definitely continue to bring our vehicles here for any necessities!

I recently took my car here for body work after an accident and I cannot speak highly enough of the service. David Manriquez was absolutely great all the way through as well everyone else there. I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking for work. They helped me with the insurance claim and also did a great job on my car. Again, I would highly recommend using this place!

For starters let me say they are highly recommended very nice awesome truthful people. Crystal is the one that help me she gave battle to my insurance she went above and beyond to get a respond once she did my truck was fixed in about a week (maybe less) she helped a lot, after coming from another collision shop that lied to us and I had to pay the deductible (I wasn t supposed to) the other shop took about two months but that s something else.. this shop is the bomb!!!! My Tahoe looks like new! Their work is impeccable. It feels like the first day I brought my truck home from the dealership! I was so happy when I got my "new" truck back. Had to write this review. Easily a 10 star shop. This is family run collision shop that focuses on going above and beyond. Crystal runs the shop and is on top of everything. Progressive gave me a hard time about working on some stuff from the accident and Crystal handled it the same day and got it fixed. David the owner and Michelle make you feel like your family and does a great job running everything smooth. Michelle was very nice and kept me up to date during the whole process. Extremely quick. Would highly recommend for all collision needs.

The whole Staff was Amazing! They are really knowledgeable! Family owned which is a plus for me. Great Price too! I ve officially decided they are going to take care of my car for now on! Service was super Fast the fastest mechanic shop I ve ever dealt with and helped me good a good price on my insurance! I was a victim of a hit and run and my car needed several repairs. David and his crew helped me with my car and made the whole process very easy. They took care of everything and all I did was wait till my car was ready. They communicated consistently and detailed my car before they handed to me. Everyone there is very professional and treated me as if I was a VIP customer. I highly recommend them.

I was involved in a incident where my suv got rear ended. Took my vehicle to Mr. Manr�quez shop, not only did I get a quick estimate of damages but a quick turn around of my car all fixed and cleaned. The service and explanation of what my car was getting work on, was always promptly and well explained by them. If I could give them an extra star I would! So very pleased with Manriquez Collision Center. Thanks to everyone there!
