I chose this shop based strictly on the reviews and they were rated higher than other shops in the area. My experience started great but soon turned into the worst service I've experienced at a shop. On top of that, the rates were higher. "You get what you pay for" did not equate in this case. In previous experiences with a body shop, once the estimate and appraisal were done, I didn't have to do anything else. With this experience I had to do the follow-up with the insurance company and the body shop. Otherwise, I'd still be waiting for supplements to be approved and work to be done. After the work was done the shop said we're waiting for the check from the insurance company and we'll call you as soon as we receive it. I followed up with the shop a week later on a Wednesday and they said there is no check. That same week the check clears the bank on Friday. Still no call from the body shop. I only knew this because I asked the insurance company on Tuesday after not receiving a call from the shop. I arrive at the shop on Wednesday at 2pm and they are still oblivious to fact that they received and deposited the check. To top it off, the work was not right, and my car was dirty from the work dust and wax that they didn't clean off. This is definitely my first and last time using this shop.Unfortunately, I'm adding a part 2 to this review and updating the rating (Jan 24th). (First review was Jan 3rd). I'm only adding this because I've given Pro-Color three weeks to make things right. No follow-up from Nelson and no return call from Jack, the owner. As you will see there are clear damages to my car. My car went into the shop nearly flawless, with the exception of the repair. The car came back with these issues.1. Hood emblem was broken during the repair and replaced without my knowledge, resulting in the wrong emblem on the car.2. Hood weather strip missing. Per Nelson, he ordered one and would call me when it arrived. I'm still waiting for that call.3. Shop residue/paint dust all over the car, leaving a rough surface. Visible in the windshield pic.4. Scratches on both sides of the windshield frame.5. Rim damage6. Other scratches, scrapes, and clear coat drippings. I'll just stop there.

I want to thank Nelson and his team of professionals who worked on my car. They were incredible since the initial phone call I made to get a quote. The price was reasonable, the customer service was outstanding and the work on my car was incredibly. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to have their car worked on. Great job guys!!

Hey guys let me start by saying the service at Procolor was tremendously satisfying. Nelson got me in and out and I really loved the job that they did on my truck. Nelson kept me up to speed with everything while they had my truck in there care. I want to thank you guys for a job well done.

Let me start with WOW !! I am overjoyed with this company. I was in a n accident hit dead on the driver s side. Jack(Owner) helped me understand the process was always pleasant when I called. My car is a limited edition so it took time to find parts. He had my vehicle for just a little over a month. So that was a speedy recovery for my baby. She was detailed and shiny as a brand new penny.The location is very professional and there is a complimentary water, and coffee for the customers. He is the best.I suggest if you need any service completed these group of guys are the experts. I rate his service a 10. I am truly impressed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my sons truck to get some front end damage repaired and painted, and I m glad I did.So far from what I can see, they did an awesome job.The gentleman who assisted me were very nice and even gave me a discount since I decided to pay out of pocket versus using my insurance, not to mention some other courtesy touch ups they did for me on their own.Definitely would recommend them to take care of all your needs. Here are some before and after pictures. They were awesome! Always available to answer calls and questions. Treated my car well, and returned in great condition. They were also extremely informative, about the insurance process, keeping me updated on all changes or disruption. I appreciate Copperfield Collision Center making this process easy, and being so friendly and professional.I will never be back (I m claiming that), but I will refer everyone I know (:

I came because a piece of metal got jammed under my car and they were so helpful and nice. They were able to remove the piece instantly which was really a life saver because it was scrapping on the ground as i drove. I just wanna say thank you for helping me it really meant a lot. They were also fast and efficient which i loved. 10/10 would recommend if you have any problems with your car. Gustavo was a great help!!!

CCC was a pleasure to do business with. They even had a battery for my truck, due to the old one giving out during the wait for parts, I purchased and was on my way! I would recommend CCC. My Toyota Sienna looks BRAND NEW again thanks to Nelson and his crew at Copperfield Collision Center. I would DEFINITELY recommend this center to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired/painted. I was in a fender bender a few weeks back and saw this place had great reviews, so I figured I would go here. Communication wasn't great, and it was basically me communicating to check the status of my vehicle and was informed by a 3rd party about my vehicle being ready that day.I had a quiet bit of things in the back and never removed it since I wasn't sure if the back door would close or not after being hit. Dropped it off and informed Nelson of the situation and stated it was fine and asked if I wanted to take my fishing pole I had back there and I didn't need it, so I said no. Got my vehicle back yesterday and cleaned it up today and reorganized everything since all my stuff was just thrown back in. From pulling everything out and organizing and saw my fishing pole was gone, my tackle box is gone, I had 2 moving blankets, and one is gone. I leave change up front for just in case situations and basically were gone except pennies. Saw my console was dug through, and a couple of things were broken. I have a car organizer in the back that looked like stuff was taken out because it was not how I had my things organized.I'm glad my own money didn't go towards them and will definitely find somewhere else next time if they like to break and take people's stuff. If all that stuff needed to go, a simple phone call could have taken place, and I would have been right up there to remove everything.

Picked this shop after reading their reviews and calling in because they were local to me. The entire crew is top notch. Extremely knowledgeable and always on hand to answer questions. The insurance company wasn t as helpful but these guys dealt with them in a very professional manner and all issues were resolved. The work done on the vehicle is without a doubt a work of art. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends, family and anyone reading this review. The work I received was immaculate - my car honestly looks better than it did before the wreck ever happened. Perfect paint job, etc.The shop was willing to communicate with me about parts shortages and address any questions/concerns I had in a timely manner.I would rate the quality of the work a 10/10. My car was fixed and works flawlessly, good as new.

Nelson and Robert did a great job with restoring my vehicle to it s original state and it only took a little over a month. They were able to repair the damage to my car to where it looks like new. Perfect paint matching/blending. They were very timely, actually done before I expected. The price while not "cheap", auto body work is never cheap, was less than I was quoted by two other shops. Robert was very friendly but professional with the estimate process. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Supply chain issues caused a delay i getting a replacement bumper cover for my Infiniti. After waiting a few weeks for one to come in, CCC was able to repair mine even though it is typically not the right thing to do. They did such an awesome job, you can t even tell there was ever an issue. On top of that it saved me $300. Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend bring your car this shop. They get the job done right and in a timely fashion. Also got the best customer service ever and learned a couple of new things from Robert and Nelson so make sure you ask for them. This place is absolutely amazing! I was referred to Copperfield Collision by a good friend. I had never been in an accident before so I was unsure what to expect. They treat you like family and make sure you are well taken care of! My car in the end did have to be totaled but it still was the best experience for a first time accident! If you had an accident go to Copperfield Collision Center! If it ever happens that I get into another accident I will 100% come back!Service: Body & Trim

They are fine if the insurance is paying for the repair because they will charge top dollar to fix absolutely everything possible. I was lied to multiple times about the cost of a repair but did not want to keep the conversation going. If you have a car that is older and does not need a perfect/top-dollar repair then you'd be wise to take it somewhere else. Not that there's anything illegal about how they're making money but they have definitely turned into an Insurance-based type of repair shop...and that is a shame. They used to do such incredible work for a reasonable price.

Everyone I spoke to before Robert told me I would need to replace my tailgate on my Range Rover because a hole couldn t be fixed but Copperfield Collision were able to repair it without replacing it. Robert and his team were very polite from the first phone call till the job was done. The finished work looks exactly like it was before the damage and I got a very good price for the repair. I highly recommend Copperfield Collision and thank you to Robert for the great service and for the punctual finish.

I went to repair my car and I was impressed. My car came out better than it was before, they cleaned it inside and out beautifully. The people there were very nice and helped me with everything I needed and they fixed it in record time. I am very satisfied with my car and I would definitely recommend this place for you!

Robert is very pleasant to talk to and fair. Long story short, I had an accident with my bumper a few months ago and he had it attached for free. Because of this, I decided to patronize them when I was finacially prepared to get it replaced. I also asked them to buff my headlights. Everything turned out PERFECT. My Lexus was like new. He also checked the lights inside of my car because he noticed the over head would not turn on. He told me not to worry about the fee because it was very minor. That's going above and beyond, right? As a newly divorced mom, I really appreciated that. Hence, the reason for this review! He's great. The staff is great with giving a ride home and back, too. Great work and they will only let your car leave their shop once they make sure it meets their high standards and quality work. Talk to Robert for any concern he s friendly and will take care of you. Overall very satisfied with their work and would definitely do business with Copperfield Collision Center and Robert again

1. ACTUAL PRICE 20% more than quote.2. The car was restored to a trim that it was not after MULTIPLE times notifying3. It took 3 weeks longer than expected4. I had to pay for the extra pieces they added that I told them not toI had to keep calling to ask what was being done after waiting patiently for 3 weeks. Nobody ever consulted me on anything. 2 bolts that secure the bumper were missing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I looked around for quotes after I was involved in a hit and run. Came across Copperfield Collision since it s by my job, best quote, great service, Robert is the best. The first go round he said I didn t want to give your car until I was satisfied with it ,so he had them redo the paint and came out Beautifully. From beginning to end the service here was superb. Robert kept me up to date on my repairs and even went as far as to make a reservation for me with enterprise for a rental. Their technician, Jose, was very helpful in explaining the process to me and any questions that I had. He is very knowledgeable in his field and did an amazing job on the repair.
