We had a loose piece of plastic under our vehicle. We live over an hour away. We pulled in to this business and asked if they could look at it. They took it in immediately and fixed it right away. They weren't even going to charge us, we of course paid them for fixing it. Both people who worked there were amazingly kind and helpful.

They out here hooking it up. Had a great experience even at closing. Came in to pick up some differential oil. The guy talked to me about other racing items and offered good racing info I wanted to ask about the buggy with the chopped off roof LOL I'll get them next time.

Have been to ProAm auto on numerous occasions From valve covers,coil packs, oil change,spark plug replacement they do it all with quality workmanship . John and his staff are top notch

John is the perfect example of "outstanding customer service".I just purchased a 2016 Lexus Is200t Turbo and was really unsure who to take my car for for a suspension modification. John was not only extremely knowledgeable, but his staff took care of my car as if it was their own!Overall a 5 star review! Highly recommended and will be sure to return for my next project, exhaust mod....Thank you John!

I bought some wheels and tires from tirerack and had them shipped to ProAm. I also asked John if they could install some new suspension pieces which they did perfectly for a reasonable cost. Excellent communication and easy to reach. Will definitely use them again.

A+ for getting ready for race events and fair prices. Great mechanical knowledge of cars for both everyday use and track use. I recently moved to Houston and it's ALWAYS difficult to find someone you trust to work on your car. The team at ProAM are knowledgable and thorough. They also provided me with explanations of what my car needed and why. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Very helpful over the phone. called about my b16 coils and was immediately met with someone who knew exactly what I was talking about even though they dont touch bmw. Would recommend as a bilstein dealer
