Too many times over the years even though I worked in automotive industry getting my car or a family member's car inspected was a disaster. Unlike a lot of people I do a state inspection on my car before going to the state inspection station are the windshield wipers in good shape? are there any warning lights on? do all the lights and signals work? Are the tires safe to drive on?When all the answers are yes, then off to the inspection station with an insurance card for what should be a 10 minute process. Only to find out I need blinker fluid or muffler bearings or low beam that worked 7 minutes before the inspection station is now burned out. Possible but somewhat unlikely...There's nothing wrong with having the inspection station change a windshield wipers or a light bulb. If the car actually needs it and if Pro State told me the car needed something I would believe them.Pro State is the opposite of all the horror stories, read the other reviews to confirm my experience . This is a nice guy doing a fair job for a fair price courteously and quickly. Highly recommended and delightful to deal with.

Went to this place for state inspection and found it nearly empty, but for one person sitting at a table in the garage. My car is over 25 years old and is exempted, so it is a simple process without any tailpipe hook-up for emission testing. The last time I had this done elsewhere it took only 15 minutes. The guy at this shop told me they can't do the inspection and to go elsewhere. No explanation, nothing and went back to his table reading.

I went around 4:30 pm on a Tuesday, the guy I believe owner was so kind and welcoming. My car inspection took less than 10 minutes. Friendly and fast service highly recommend. The only con was he did charge me a $1 fee for using card and did not tell me. Inspection should be 25.50. I still recommend just for FYI.

I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. I never have to wait long and they finish the job quickly. They charge $25 for state inspections, which is a great price. Today, I got my car inspected, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Hamid also buffed out one of the scratches on my bumper, free of charg, which was really sweet and helpful. Great place, I recommend it

I mean, I know this is a car repair shop, but the people here are very friendly, and has two cages full of budgies and lively ornament trees. In this spring weather, they are just singing away! There s a customer lounge with TV, Coffee, free sodas. Not what I expected from the car repair shop at all. Very courteous staff. I can see why people give this place a 5 star.

June 2021.Wanted my car inspection done. This place popped up in my search with good ratings and reviews. Visited this place on a weekday afternoon, told the representative that I wanted the inspection done and he told me to leave the keys inside and wait in the customer lounge area.The lounge was decent with big chairs and sofa, had a fridge with refreshments and restrooms. My service was done in under 15 minutes and the inspection cost me around $26 (prices may vary).Quick service, a decent waiting area and good prices. What more would you want?

Great customer service, fast cheap state inspection! Free drinks - cold soda, cold water, hot coffee. They have coloring books and crayons to keep your kid busy and a TV. I'll definitely be back.

Came here on February 15th around 2pm. No one even asked if I needed help when I pulled up AND got out the car. Just two men looking and ignoring me m. Came for state inspection and was told his machine was down.

Really great guys. The waiting room is awesome as well. When I arrived he started boiling water for me so I can make Fresh coffee. In the waiting room they had cold water and sodas, a tv, really nice couches. Come here if you want to relax like a king (or queen) while you wait on your inspection or oil change.

Great experience. The old fella was super nice and the waiting area is very homey with some snacks and drinks. The inspection was so fast I didn't even have enough time to finish my coffee, will becoming here every year from now on.

Absolutely great place. I went because of the 4.9 star rating and see why. Great service. In and out in no time even though a few cars were ahead of me. Highly recommend them. Will be my go to place for now on for car inspections.

Great and fast service. Courteous and professional. In and out in 15-20mins for two car inspections and two customers waiting ahead. Clean spacious waiting room with tv. Complementary water and soda available. The shop is a little hidden at the end of the driveway. There may be a small fee for using credit card ~$1.

I was so pleased with this company. I called several stations and they were closed and didnt answer. Finally David answered the back phone and was very informative and helped me get my inspection done quickly and effectively. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted with more helpful workers who knew what s Fa is had told me and knew how to help me get my inspection to work. Aside: my car works perfectly but because of Covid the non hybrid battery Ian on national back order. Very helpful shop

This place is a hidden gem. It's kind of hidden off of Blalock in an admittedly sketchy row of storage/office spaces.While my car was being inspected I set in a lounge with a leather couch and chair, a nice TV, clean bathroom, and free water/soda in the refrigerator.Sure, it's a bit rundown, but it was clean and comfortable and for the 20-minutes that it takes for an inspection, it felt right.

Agree with the other customers. The staff are very nice and friendly. Had my state inspection done quickly on a Monday afternoon. It's off of Blalock and once you turn in, keep driving to the end and you'll see Pro State Inspection. Easy to get to.They even have a refrigerator with bottled water and soda for guests, as well as coffee. There are ceiling fans and a large standing fan for customers while waiting inside.They also do auto repairs. Someone was getting an oil change while I was there. Would recommend for sure.

Today, I went to this location for state inspection. Everybody was kind and the service was completed in 10 minutes. And they even let you get a bottle of cold water and/or soft drink(coke and sprite) in the fridge at a waiting area. Never been to a Inspection place with free soda and bottle of water. Awesome ! I'm coming back next year. 5 Stars.

I went during COVID for an inspection so wasn t sure what to expect. They were professional and maintained social distancing. The guy that helped me didn t talk much but smiled the entire time and was very professional. He did my inspection quickly and the pricing was fair. He even gave a discount for using a credit card instead of cash.Very good business. I highly recommend this place for car inspection.

Quick no-nonsense inspection, friendly people.I needed to get my inspection done quickly and this business did not disappoint. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. No muss, no fuss.Everyone displayed a genuine concern for the customers. I will be returning and I'll certainly spread the word.Just one caveat, the location is a bit difficult to find so make sure you drive slowly and don't miss it!

Friendly and quick vehicle inspection with a comfy sofa alongside free bottled water, canned sodas, and coffee. I barely made a dent in my book when they finished. Highly recommend!

Wow! Just as other reviews stated, this is THE place. Very courteous, separate TV lounge with coffee, and quick turnaround. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
