They do great work! Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced the manager Robert s a great guy, always looking out for the customer.Update: The former manager, Robert, is no longer there. There s a noticeable decline in the service they provide not giving timely updates and not providing pricing upfront. They overcharged me $100 for a battery. Needless to say I ll be servicing my vehicles elsewhere.

Came in at the end of February for an oil change. Got quoted for brakes, so I went to a friend to help me replace those this past weekend (a little over a month after I got my oil changed). When we jacked up the car, he noticed my oil pan was leaking. The bolt wasn't tightened at all. Since quite a bit of oil had leaked out, we decided to do a drain and fill on my engine oil. When we drained it, it was clear this was REALLY old oil. It looked like it hadn't been changed at all. I know I haven't driven enough in a month for it to look that bad. When I called to let them know, they offered me a coupon off my next oil change. Thanks but no thanks.

Never leave reviews but felt the need to for this place, I had to return 3 times and ended going to a real reputable place to get my inspection done. My car failed 4/4/24 then I returned the next day 4/5 this time I was locked out of the system and told to return Monday. Friday 4/5 I asked for the managers name and a number to call for help regarding my cars situation, he refused to provide his name or give a number to call his reason was because I don't own a shop. Their has never been an issue with my car passing but he stated it was my car that caused his machine to malfunction when the guy in charge of the inspections told me on 4/5 that 2 other cars failed for the same reason on 4/4. The reason being their machine didn't make contact with my vehicle. Hamilton is a very shady guy and I would completely avoid this location, I took it to a shop down the street and it passed with 0 issues. He wasted my time on 3 occasions and seemed like he could care less, the instructions received from him were a waste of time. I called Austin and they gave me better information so I just opted to pay 25 to another shop instead of having to deal with Hamilton again.

Experience was beyond wonderful! Hamilton and Able were more than helpful and explained everything regarding my repairs! I was even given a ride to pick up my vehicle! Highly recommend getting service done here.

Went for a simple oil change since they sent me a coupon for a $44 synthetic oil change and they ended up trying to get me to pay $1200 to replace a part (oil filter housing) that ended up costing me $160 to repair somewhere else! Coincidentally the guy had the exact part sitting on his desk to show me what he was referring to and also had 2 other vehicle there that they were doing the same thing to how convenient! I ll never go back here!

I purchased a Groupon to use here which made the oil change cost $37.19. I walk in and talk to the man at the counter. I explain to him that I have a Groupon and show him it on my phone. He says okay and I wait about 2 hours with only one person in front of me for them to complete the oil change. He tells me it s ready and I walk to the counter. He shows me the total which is about $44. I tell him I have a Groupon once again that I already paid for. He then shows me on the computer the charges he says the oil change is $37.19 per the Groupon and then I have to pay the taxes or whatever else fee they charge that made it equal $44. I say ohh okay so I m only paying the difference of 44-37.19, correct? And he says yes. He charged my card the full $44. I told him I needed a refund and he proceeds to say he can t do so and that I would have to contact Groupon for the refund. He said that they had misunderstood and were trying to price match the Groupon instead of actually use the groupon I paid for. I guess common sense isn t so common. How would you think that when I first told you I had a Groupon and again when I was checking out. Would not recommend doing business with these people. Horrible customer service and also a huge waste of time. They will also offer you repair quotes that are way over the cost it would be to go elsewhere.

Do not come here. I bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. Halfway through the oil change, they asked me if I wanted to replace the air filters and I said yes.When it was time to pay, he spent 5 minutes typing in a bunch of stuff into the system, and then the total cost was $98 (after the Groupon discount). When I questioned what all I was paying for since I had already paid for the Groupon that covers the oil change, he was very vague with his answer, and mentioned a handful of random additional fees, plus the cost of the air filters. The total should have been $45-$55 for the air filters for my Corolla, but I was getting Charged almost $100. After noticing how visibly upset I was (though remaining calm) and how insistent I was on trying to understand why I was getting charged so much, he randomly dropped the price to $74.Save yourself some money and stress, go somewhere else.

This place is AMAZING!!!! And they are the kindest group of people. The other day I got something stuck under my Suburban and I couldn't get it out. It was affecting the way my car drove and I was with my 9 year old daughter and I didn't want to make matters worse and be stranded. I pulled in and asked if they could help me get it out. I didn't need an oil change. I wasn't giving them profitable business, so I felt so terrible asking, but I needed help. They stopped what they were doing, brought a jack out and got the object out from under my car. I offered to pay them for their generosity, but they refused it. It's so nice to see this act of kindness this day in age. The next time I need an oil change, I'LL BE GIVING THEM MY BUSINESS! Their generosity won't be forgotten. Thank you again, guys!

Bunch of thieves. They quoted me thousands of dollars for a repair that ended up costing me $188. I suggest everyone to get a second or third opinion before going forward with an expensive repair. If not, auto shop like Precision Tune Auto Care will take advantage of you.

This place has great customer service! Robert there was very helpful and assisted me quickly. I brought 2 vehicles without appointment and was serviced with no issues within a reasonable wait time . I came in for oil changes however upon inspection there were other issues that were explained to me thoroughly. They also have a couple financial options available. I definitely recommend this place for your auto care and needs !!!

My truck runs worst than it did before i let them touch it! I'm almost 3 grand in the hole and my truck runs like CRAP!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They are selective in who they want to provide quality service to. And if you want your vehicle to run WORSE Than it did when you came in.... this is the place to go!

Robert is an amazing mechanic! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome. His honesty regarding the repairs to my vehicle meant the world to me. He thoroughly explained why the repairs were needed. I had gone to 2 different mechanics, who both tried to take full advantage of me. I'm grateful to Robert @ Precision on FM 529 and plan to return for all my car repair needs. Ladies, I suggest you do the same.

AJ really helped us out. She explained everything well so we could understand what was wrong with our car. Showed us what was wrong & the pieces we needed to get fixed/replaced. Got us a great deal on the final bill too. White boy was the one who worked on our car and he did not disappoint. Took our car for a drive down 529 to test it out. No more rattling sounds and the car drove smooth. There are other fix ups we need to get taken care of and we will definitely be coming back here to get our car back into shape. Thanks so much to the whole crew!!

Small parking lot, not super easy to navigate. Friendly staff, but they didn't fully inform me of their diagnostic charges. Also, I didn't receive any diagnostic report with my receipt. More of a place for simple maintenance I guess.

I came here to Precision tune up care and if i could give a -0 star review i would. I came to get the oil change and they told me i had to do transmission fluid change and several other things to my truck. After a few days my transmission started giving me problems what a coincidence. Don t bring y all vehicles to this place worst place ever.

AJ took wonderful care of me. I got my brake pads, rotors, and oil change done. I m not a mechanically inclined person but she made things easier for me to understand. She was very knowledgeable in what she does. I felt very taken care of and that my car was in good hands. They even went the extra mile and gave me a discount where they could and made my state inspection free. They also offer 90 day financing same as cash which helped so much and eased the financial burden. I understand now why they were recommended to me and I will be back!

When I first walked in i was greeted by Robert, he was awesome. Got me checked in and told me there was someone in front of me and that he'd get me taken care of when they are done with him. They pulled my car in and the tech noticed the airfilter that I had bought and was going to put in myself. He came in and asked if it was okay if he went ahead and put it in himself! I felt like the services were very reasonable and price and worth it. They had no pushy upsell! My last interaction was with L, I'm sorry I don't know how to spell his name, he was very nice and checked me out. I came home and told my family how satisfied I was with my experience today. I'll be back next month for a few service and state inspection! This will be my new shop for as long as they are in business and keep the business tactics they have now!Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Awesome experience!! Very helpful with all my questions that i had. Came in because my ac wasnt working and they did a complete diagnostic and was able to tell me what was wrong! Will definitely recommend this place for future work.

I have had my oil changed twice at this Precision Tune. The price is fair for synthetic oil using the coupon in their web page. They pointed out other services on my car that will soon be due but did not get pushy to do them. They did give me a coupon book to use when I have these services performed. I do recommend Precision Tune Auto Care.
