I believe they chipped my custom paint on my car. There's scratches near the front wheel where they put the new tires on. If they can't take of your car without your visual on them, they arent to be trusted. It's not cheap to fix paint. I wouldnt go here again.Update: they claimed they watch the their cameras to see if the mechanic scratched the car. I didn't have scratches going there. Now I have them.

I'm Glad I decided to purchase my wheels an tires at this location...The young lady that does the financing was very nice and helpful..They young man tht worked the counter made sure i got the tires i wanted ...great service highly recommend..

Got 2 Tires put on (195s onto 15x8 rim) had them done within 10 minutes and have low prices! Definitely recommend.

After seeing all the good reviews on Google I visited the store as I needed two new tires for the front and one of the back checked for a leak. The team immediately took care of me and provided great customer service. With the experience I had I'll be coming back with my wife's car to get four new tires later this week. This is now my go to store for tires. If you're looking for tires, please consider checking them out.

awesome place and very nice and helpful, they helped me swap around wheels and tires on multiple vehicles I had and no other shop would ve helped besides them, it s gonna be the only place I m gonna go to from now on.

The guys are very professional. AWESOME is the only word that describes my tire shop! I have been going to them for years. They always do a great job! and have great prices, they are located on 2204 fry rd, Houston 77084

It's alright. Not the friendliest employees. I had to tell the employees multiple times about my issue. (air loss in the back right tire) only for the girl in the front to tell the mechanics that I just needed air. It also took me nearly walking out just to get them to acknowledge me when there was only one other guy I the room.In all its a cheap and fast fix, but wouldn't be my first choice. You won't feel welcomed.

I went in there for alignment. They did a great job on it, finally my steering wheel is straight when I drive. The price was great. They are fairly busy so expect to wait a bit.

I went to get a tune up last week for my Toyota at a great price. I could not ask for a better service. They noticed a nail on my tire I didn't know about and they fixed it for me. Thanks!

Called this place last Saturday to get a price on mounting and balancing some tires I got a quote for 50 dollars called Thursday to see if I can bring it in and the guy told me that it was going to be 80 dollars more since the boss isn t there. and then he said he was going to have the boss call me back and still no phone call.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Never ever go to these people for tires because these people only care about getting your money and not your tires!! They sold us used tires that had had dry rot on both of them! My husband didn't even see it till he got home. My husband went back to complain and get another tire and all he got was attitude and a door closed on his face! After my husband gets mad and tell him our kids ride in that car and Roberto told him our kids are not his problem!! Seriously?!?!?! After you sell us a dry rot tire my husband goes back and gets it done again now were still stuck with a dry rot tire! Do not go to these people with your car they will not care about your tires just your money

Woo horrible place manager is rude and unprofessional I took my car to put tire and balance. Manager and employee. Break others. Part My car call manager to let him know my car is not running 100% he told me bring back so i bring my car Again and they never fix the problem what they did to my car. So i have to take some where else This place need to closed out services and they dont know what they doing. Este lugar eata orible los empleados nosaben lo k asen manager. Es un grosero no tiene educacion . mi caro lo lleve por balance y ponerle llantas me quebraron otras cosa de mi caro

Do not come here. The owner is beyond rude and insulting. He tells me to come in to replace 2 tires as they had plenty of openings and then turns me away when I got here because I was white. That was his own words. Couldn't believe it!!!!.....This place should be reported to the IRS!!!!bbbb
