I absolutely have no regrets purchasing from Porsche River Oaks! My service coordinator, Pam is extremely courteous, delightful, and most of all insightful! She always maintains an open line of communication regarding all my service needs. Pam truly cares and strives to ensure the best outcome for her clients. The technicians and the entire service department staff consistently exceed customers expectations. Kudos!

Chris Salonen in the service department was top notch. I called several times that day and was put off until he was the person I started dealing with. Phenomenal customer service. He really showed a sense of urgency and concern over the handling of my situation and got it taken care of before they closed that day. Great guy!

Professionalism at its finest. Was there for annual maintenance. They provided evidence of any problems found. Service advisor David was available to advise me and promptly answered any questions. The estimates were clear. I felt I was treated like a valued customer. No waiting around like at some other dealerships (i.g. Mercedes)

Beyond disappointed, dropped off my car for oil change and service on a Friday, they said my car will be ready on Saturday morning. They never called me back when called twice on Saturday to check on the status of my car. Now I not only don t have a car for the weekend to run needed errands but also I cannot drop off my kids at school on Monday, and I won t be able to go to work.

My service advisor was very pushy regarding recommended repairs that were not needed at this time. Additionally, this advisor pointed out many things that the company did not perform on my last annual check up. Nothing on the ad advisor but I m not sure why the company did not do all of the for your recommended maintenance. Most of all the service advisor was very snippy and literally hung up on me on the phone one day. When I picked up the car, finally after two visits, he did not say a single word to me, which was very cold and unprofessional. I will never return to the dealership, by the way, I m in the market by a new car, but it will not be from Porsche River Oaks

I was greeted by the friendly staff. They were able to help me in a speedy timeframe even though I did not have an appointment. David Riddle was my service advisor. He was quick, helpful , and kind.

Good service when my advisor Chris was present but others in the department showed little interest in helping when Chris was not around. Returing to collect my car, my advisor was at lunch. I had to ask for help from another advisor as no one approached me. The wait time to retrieve my car was almost 1 hour. My advisor Chris came back from lunch and immediately went to get my car personnaly.Not quite the level of service expected from Porsche but thanks to Chris for being attentive and helpful.

I would not take my car to this dealership. Everything is done via email and text, if there is a misunderstanding you will be the one to pay. And Pay you will. I feel so duped. I took my car in for one major issue and one minor. What I understood thru text one thing but the dealership said it was another. I replied but No one responded to inform me that I was incorrect. What I thought I agree to was the major issue and When I picked up my car the major issue was still an major issue with $3000 other things done. The lack of communication and non caring is appalling.I know we are in a technical world but customer service, talking one on one, is needed when you get a diagnostic estimate on your car of $18,000 for a 2014 with 100,000 miles.I would not recommend a company that seems to be sneaky with their customers. Consistently disappointing Customer Service. Ive taken my Taycan there twice and used 3 different service advisors with the same result. In the future I ll drive 20 miles to Porsche West Houston to see if I have a better experience

Chien was *outstanding* and very accommodating of my insane schedule. He made arrangements for a loaner car when the needed recall part was not available until the next day, even arranged for shuttle service to pick it up. Stellar service experience!

I recently bought my first Porsche last month. I took my Cayenne S in for a recall, services, and coolant leak. David Riddle was my service advisor and we went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. From the moment that I walked in he greeted me with open arms and made me feel like family. He got me into a loaner quicky and hassle free. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and the tech even completed the service ahead of schedule. Since having my vehicle serviced at Porsche River Oaks we have purchased a Panamera for my wife. We will defiantly be back to have hers serviced very soon.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

CPO warranty ran out and I bought the new 3rd party warranty as suggested by Momentum Porsche. They received my vehicle and made every move from taking apart my whole car to making every call to the warranty company keeping me up to date as the operation was underway. I now have my car home with a new starter and new engine. Thank Chien, Norma, and team!

Sent cayenne here for a fuel problem, concerning a sensor only available thru Porsche. Upon diagnosis, service tech recommended sensor change, plugs and ignition coil replacement I refused the plugs and ignition coil replacement, since OEM parts are readily available and it s a 30 min job, not worth approx 1800 thru dealer. Service tech told me if I didn t get it done this way, he would load up the vehicle and send it back to me. The only way he would work on the vehicle is if I agreed to fix it his way. It was not professional and somewhat bullied me to a repair, withholding the sensor job.On the plus, vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner.

Service was great: checked car in quickly, service managers were efficient.My only issue is this: my car only has 5,100 miles on it after 2 years. I question if all that was done is necessary for a car that is practically new! I very little wear here!

Porche River Oaks is five stars squared! Errol (Rockstar) Hughes is not your every day salesman- he truly CARES and gives 110% of his heart, expertise and stays within your financial blueprint. Danny Posey, head of pre owned is a wizard and you WILL drive away in your best yet car/suv. Finally Financing Fun, not! Ryan Jay turned what can be a stressful and unclear signature session into a private Life Coaching moment loaded with sound advice and clarity, which left me re- assured that my purchase was a A plus! Last but NOT least- Silvia and Sally THE front desk extraordinaire s! I was the last customer Saturday and they stayed til the bitter end, then escorted me to the swanky Porsche Podium bar and wecelebrated my awesome new wheels. From start to finish thank you, gracias, merci Porche River Oaks and Sonic Auto for setting the bar high.
