Mario Cajic was a great salesman - super knowledgeable, fair negotiation, very helpful. The car (2018! Macan) is IMMACULATE to the point where it looks brand new. Fantastic dealership, great experience.

Although the car was scheduled to be completed the same day and I agreed to pick it up the next day, it wasn t done at noon which is when I was told to pick it up. That sort of irritated me, but what really bothered me is when Juan stated the car was washed. I looked at my vehicle and immediately saw that it wasn t. I immediately went back to Juan and informed him that the car wasn t washed. I would think in the service business, one thing you always do is inspect what you expect. Now Juan drove the car from the garage where the repair was completed. I would think he would have made sure what he told actually happened. Maybe someone told him the vehicle was washed, but that was not the case. My vehicle had pollen all over it prior to bringing it in for service, so I know it wasn t washed. It might seem as a small matter, but customer service is all about doing things right and more importantly ensuring things are as you say. I purchased the car from that dealership that s why I bring it there. Willie Gilder was an excellent Service Representative. Never had a problem with him, but he made sure I received the quality service Porsche exemplifies.Service: Tires

I am extremely satisfied with Porsche service. The technicians were professional and carried out the service with great efficiency. The process was quick(about 2 hours as their promised), and I noticed a positive impact on my vehicle's performance. The facility was clean and conveniently accessible with quality coffee and snacks. Also, the dealership provided a loaner car so I could my my work. I look forward to using this service again in the future. Thank you!

From initial booking to completion was excellent!The gentleman who took the call was friendly, pleasant and very helpful! (Sorry forgot your name!)Kayle, my service advisor was nice, friendly, courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable.There was no pushing of services nor overcharging of requested service.This dealership will be servicing my 2nd Porsche, and Kayle already added to the record! Thanks Kayle!I have been to other Porsche dealers around town and also Mercedes dealers around town (for my Benz), only the 2 North one are keepers.

Great service and parts department. The service bay looks cleaner than most restaurant kitchens and they do excellent work. The parts department is staffed with knowledgeable folks. Noe has been a great help getting parts for my 2003 Boxster. He s friendly, professional, and really knows his stuff.

The service is phenomenal and the service advisor explained and recommended what kind of work is needed for my vehicle. All of this took place in a very friendly atmosphere. If I ever need to purchase another Porsche this will be THE dealership I would go back to. Highly recommended Porsche dealership if you are shopping for one.

I have two Porsche dealerships within 7 miles of my house but I continue to drive 30 miles further to do business with Porsche North. Both the sales and the after sales experience has consistently been great. This is a relationship that is almost 20 years old.

All of the people at Porsche North Houston have always treated me extremely well. They serviced my car quickly and they have never overcharged. I was provided with a loaner car and my car was returned running and looking much better than when I dropped it off. The entire experience was very positive.

John Gosling was very friendly and informative - explained everything. The young man that greeted me was friendly - he took me to where I was supposed to go vs.just giving me direction. My 2 1/2 hr wait was very relaxing - the young lady offered me something eat and drink. Thank you

Chris with the service was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done on time. I came to change my stock exhaust. When I came back, he had the original exhaust in a box and helped carry to my truck. I asked about installing headers to my GT3 RS and he suggested that it wasn t needed. That s rare.

I have had wonderful experiences here the three times I have brought my car for service. They are above and beyond responsive and the showroom/waiting area is a great place to hang out if you just want to wait. It is a trek for me to get there (there is another Porsche dealer very close to me that I haven t had good experiences with) but Porsche of North Houston is totally worth it.

This was our third Porsche purchase from Porsche north but our first time buying a used vehicle. It was a recent trade in that needed very minor repair. Emmanuel was great to work with. His no nonsense approach and product knowledge made us feel great about the vehicle we chose. He went above and beyond to keep us updated with the repair as well as the ppf and ceramic products we purchased. We were able to receive our vehicle earlier than expected. 10/10 experience

The service advisor was first class great, and I always have liked the Porsche North dealer and personnel. They were able to provide a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was repaired.. Thank you.!!My vehicle was repaired and is riding impeccably now.. A great repair job for sure.. Cudos to all the employees/mechanics for a great job..Though, there are some glitches in their customer's service/charges/agreement software, which from what I understand, the software will be replaced soon and needs to..I definitely give it a five star but wish their prices will be a little more competitive to other German vehicle dealers/brands.I'm approaching 100K miles, and my Porsche vehicle still runs great..Overall, a big thanks to Porsche of Houston North..

This car is not just fun to drive, it is amazingly fun to drive!!! The acceleration, the cornering, and listening to the cool surround sound while I stroll is everything, and so much more. I love my new car. I am so grateful to GOD, and my daughter for helping me find the perfect car just for me. The dealership is very professionally, super kind and made my purchasing experience great. This was my first experience with service at a Porsche dealership and it did not disappoint!!! I was able to make an appointment online, no wait, one to one consultation. Chris was very informative and helpful since this is the first Porsche we have owned. I decided to stay and wait, the waiting room is spacious and comfortable, a barista is there to make specialty coffee and you can see into the service bat. Not to mention you get text updates. 10 0ut 0f 10 would recommend.

I LOVE Porsche North! Luis and Haider always take care of me and my Taycan! I ve had horrible experiences with another Porsche dealership, so I know for certain North is the best in the city hands down!
