This place is amazing!Every person that works here is friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about the work they perform. Don't hesitate to ask question, they will guide you in what you need.Excellent prices on many of the services they perform.They set me up with brand new wheels and tires for a great price, along with doing custom work on my exhaust system.Returning customer for sure.

Don't do business with the Shop! They will destroy your Vehicle with the staff that they have now! Went there for something Simple. And left there with major issues... Broken studs and tried to swap my Pirelli tires with some No name brand tires that are made in MEXICO!! Also scratched up all 4 of my rims when changing tire sensors... Paid Hundreds of dollars.... Sensor still not working! Be aware of this shop! Owner is a THIEF!! And this is coming from a customer of 20 plus years with this shop! If I could give this shop 0 stars.. I would!!

They don't tell you nothing so I had alignment issue and they just put new tires on so now it voids the warranty so I had to buy new so that's bad business do not go here people thies people will rip you off

They have been in business long time, so I figured they must be doing something right. I would support a local privately owned business. Bought 4 tires @ $400. They said they had a 40,000 mile guarantee. (Didn't say it on the receipt). Went back @ 10,000miles. Needed new tires gave me the run a round and didn't acknowledge any warranty. Had to buy new tires. Also had to pay for rotation and plug that you get free at other places if you purchase tires. Never again.

Happy Happy Happy! Chris was awesome! He explained everything to me with great detail and I had my truck back in 24hrs. She's running like a racehorse to win in the Kentucky Derby. The entire staff is professional and calm. I love the receptionist she's very kind -small girl_BIG TRUCK

If you have mechanics issues with your vehicle this is the place to go. People are very friendly and prices are very reasonable. They do not try to cheat on you telling you need to buy extra stuff or services you don't really need. Excellent for women that don't know about mechanics. I know some other places that take advantage of them really bad. Not in this place.Great selection of fancy wheels for people into that stuff.

Worst place ever, over pricing in tires and they did not did my alignment right, I took it back so they can get it fix it, they just like to screw people over smh

The service I received was great. The personnel take their time with you. They explore every possible option based on your budget and your need. They don't just take your money and rip you off. Ive done business there three times already. Going back today!

This is a long review but please read. I am not here to bring down this shop or for rivalry purposes. Rather I am here mainly to state, complain, and review what I ve experienced from this shop and to share with others what I have gone through. I was browsing around for the best prices for some tire quotes around veteran s memorial road. Mainly to dismount some bald tires off my wheels and mount some tires I had on hand. I stumbled across plaza wheel and tire. Looks may be deceiving, the exterior of the shop is very convincing bright 2 toned white/royal blue painted tin panels, luminescent neon signs, and chrome wheel displayed out on the street held by a metal frame, wheels displayed behind tinted glass, and cars with custom wheels facing the street.I have gone to other shops around the area such as, pinnacle auto body for paint, and J Tran studio for aftermarket products and installs. Both served me well and satisfied my needs with superb service and price. Both owners are stand up guys no questions asked.First and foremost I will begin this review with stated this shop is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills.They do not speak a speck of English that well or even at all. But one guy did speak Span-glish but he was extremely rude. When I pulled up he ignored me I had to go up to him at ask him for help. When I did ask for help he stated What do you need? I told him dismount tires and mount tires I provided. He told me $15 each dismount I was surprised it would be that much. $15x4 = $60 and that does not even include mounting, balance, and valve stem service. I told him that seems too much He rudely told me No $15 each no mounting, balance, or valve stem. I replied Are you sure that s the correct price it seems a bit high than other retail shops . He replied with No $15 dismount each either you want or not get out this shop go down street look for another . With that remark I toke his advice went around the street found a shop that would do it for $7 each dismount, mount, and balance. Unbelievable, I was about to go back to plaza to thank him for the tip!The tires they carry are not even well known brands. Ling long? Decenti? Runway? Ironman? From my past experience with the knock off tires they are worthless recycled tires which are made from overlaying old worn tires with new thread. They do not grip well at all in the rain, extremely noisy, leaves rubber powder residue all over the car, and more issues. To top it off they do not even have warranty or road hazards like well known companies such as NTB, Discount tire co., Wal-Mart, sears, and etc. And lastly to mention the price of these knock off tires are at a outrageously high price I could get Michelins, Bridgestone, Continental, Dunlop, Bf goodrich, Hankook, and etc.This shop definitely needs a tune up in learning customer service in number 1 in this bad economy if they want to keep their business up and running in the coming future.

I bought two new front tires at Plaza Tire on Vet. Memorial. Beware, they put on the wrong size tires! I'm a single woman not mechanically inclined and I didn't realize that until I went to another tire shop and they told me the reason why my tires are rubbing on my car is because they put on the wrong size and he showed me how to check where the right size tire is labeled on the driver's door. I feel like I have been ripped off by a mechanic shop who takes advantage of women who are not mechanically inclined! It gets me so mad!!!

Terrible experience with that shop . Cheated me out of $2000 dollar on a set of wheels . Was quoted one price for a specific detail , that didn t happen but charged me for it after I had already invested thousands of dollars . Will neve go back . Also witnessed another bad transaction while there.

Sad, I take my truck to get it fix , they make me spend$3,000 and when I get my car back, have the same problem, nice place for tires but don't do mechanic there

Was here with a friend for tire work. Don't let the extremely high mount and balance prices fool you, this is the worst balance job in town. Had to have them redone at a better, name brand shop.

They don't have enough personal...One guy doing 2-3 jobs...I went for front end alignment waited almost an hour for the service I finally just left..If you don't mind waiting then it's the place for you.

Try to over charge me on a alignment just came up with a price after asking me if they told me a price when I said no he just thought of his own price a over price at that I was about to slap the sheep out of that dude never going there again

Cost 45.00 just to tell I have problem with rack and pinion I knew what the problem just to check if I can afford fix it he told it cost $600.00 I said no I can t afford that . Then charged me $45.00 .
