If I could get this place 0 stars. I would unfortunately Google makes you give at least one star. Just to leave a review understand this was my first time and last time ever going here upon arrival, the guy at the desk was already coming off. Rude put at least 3 cars in front of me. When all I wanted was my fluids checked There for a hour and 30 minutes. I counted from the time I checked in. I was told give them 10 more minutes. They pulled the car inside the shop for 3 minutes. Pulled it out and back to the guy at the front desk. Slams, the key on the desk and tells me I'm good. Did not tell me anything any results any pay. So I know nothing was checked. I would not recommend anybody go here to this shop.

If you re looking for honest mechanics I d choose Pit Stop. My car was squeaking very loud and frequently and I was having acceleration issues Every now and then. My check engine light went off right before I took my car to the shop so the diagnostic didn t pick Up any issues. Pit stop fixed my squeaky noise and ran a full diagnostic and couldn t find anything wrong with my car. Instead of finding something to charge me for, they checked out my car and didn t charge me a dime and my squeak is gone.I appreciate they didn t just find something to fix and charge me. Instead they fixed my issue and didn t charge me anything and my car drives and sounds fine now.

I came Wednesday 7A and stayed till almost 5p, they said come back tomorrow, I was there Thursday at 7:10 they waited on me after noon, I had recept from 3/15/23, steering angel sensor rechecked. Receipt 286421.They said I was finished and my car had a plastic strip tied around a part. I didn't bring it to them like that. I took pictures today. Im very Dissappointed. My car it puffed all the way home as if it wouldfall dead. Came Friday for inspection. Nick said they didn't have time. I was there at 7A, there were no other cars in the 1st and 2nd stall.they knew who messed my car up. I want it fixed fairly

I work near from here and i went to 5 different shops no one was available on my hour lunch break. Wasted 30 mins driving around finally i saw this place stop in for an Inspection. I had to park my car and let the guy at the front desk know I'm getting an oil change. He asked for the year make and model of my car and type of oil. I said synthetic since its every 5,000 miles you change it. I gave him the keys and told me his workers will take care of it now. So I sit in waiting room for 30-45 minutes. After time passed, he gave my keys and a slip back with no problems. They also put a sticker for my next oil change.I recommend getting your oil change here for an affordable price! Even though you have to wait, it is worth it. Better than going to those other oil change places if you're on a budget.

Pit Stop is the best auto repair shop in town. These are highly skilled and honest automotive technicians. They are a local neighborhood standout - don't get it twisted, they are not in business to give their work away for free but they will do a great job and you can definitely trust them - that alone is a reason to patronize this business. This is a family-owned family-operated garage and they definitely treat their many loyal customers like family - Nick, Chris, Spiro and Alex are the best. I highly recommend this business.

This place use to be top notch . My wife took her car to get serviced that had several issues with it . We needed the brakes checked as it was making a horrible noise . Pit stop told her that the brakes were good. It was still making a noise so we took it to Firestone and the pad and rotor were grinded all the way down and needed to be replaced. Disappointed at pit stop. Felt like they told my wife what she wanted to hear and sent her on her way . I will not be taking our cars or suggesting anyone of my friends and family to go there anymore. Risked my family's life on that one.

I've been here for many repairs for multiple cars as this shop is close to home.Every fix that's been done has needed to come back to be fixed again .. thankfully they do offer warranty (as most places do) but they rarely fix it right the first time. Cutting corners and fixed with silicone that should be parts replaced.Not to mention, after shopping around.... Often the prices are significantly higher than other places. Alternator change was more than $200 here vs another shop.Do not recommend.

Very disrespectful staff. Mechanics will easily misdiagnose a problem and have you spending more money to eventually find out what is actually wrong. STAY AWAY.

These mechanics do great work. I've taken 5 vehicles there regularly over 7 years. I've never been made to wait and the two times pieces weren't installed correctly (one distributor cap was loose and one belt was the wrong size) both were fixed for free (and they paid for towing in one case). Affordable, helpful, and good work.

They have always done a remarkable job for me and many others I know . I use them on any mechanical issues I have as well as send others to them for thier mechanical needs. I have yet to hear anything negative from anyone I've sent there and they are always up front and honest. Glad to have found this place.

This was my first time coming up here! My husband the one who told me about this place! I didn t know why my radio in my car and air conditioner kept turning off while I was driving. To find out, my battery was un losed, so the manager tight it. He charged me $24! Not bad at all! I recommend anybody to come here! Good customer service, good customer satisfaction, organized and patients. My car was ready really quick!

Good service and honest owners that can be trusted to take good care of you repair needs. Good priced when compared to dealers. I have been using this shop over 10 years plus. Alex and Nick will take good care of you.

Go to any other shop if you can. They have terrible customer service, they are over priced, and take extremely long for any type of repair. And the worst part of all your car is not guaranteed to be fixed I ve had to bring my car back 3 times in less than a month and pay over $300s every time all for the same repair to fix an issue I m convinced they created.

The service is always quick. I didn't give five stars because they have a sign stating that customers must wear a mask upon entry, yet one of the front desk employees WAS NOT WEARING A MASK?!?

Took almost 2 hours!! for an oil change and it wasn t even a busy day. I literally had to stand outside and watch what was happening for them to start working on my car.We get it guys you re good at your job but please don t take advantage of your customers time

Very neat place, Nick was very friendly and upfront with me about the pricing to get an oil change. Same applies to the mechanics. The service they provided for me was excellent. I'm certainly planning on coming back again.

The work is very good and thorough. They have a problem communicating to let you know what's going on with your vehicle. They're expensive but worth it.

How anyone can rate this place less than five stars is beyond my comprehension. My family and I have brought our vehicles here for years. We always get the same great customer service and the same outstanding, excellent vehicle repair. We would not think of going elsewhere.

Horrible! I repeat horrible! Took my car in for something simple. An inspection and resetting a sensor. 400 dollars later I had my car back. Two days later my car leaves me stranded, I bring it back. Now my radiator needs to be replaced, almost 400 dollars again I have my car back. But wait not even a week later my car leaves me stranded again. I still bring the car back and now my traction is off and again the price is almost 400 dollars. Never again will I bring my car or any other vehicle to this establishment. I feel I was taken advantage off. My car had never given me problems prior to coming here. Overpriced and definitely not worth it!

First Time here -Not bad, just came for oil change $27. In-out in less than 20 minues.HOWEVER, I asked how much they charge per hour for labor... $100 Crazy! If you look around, you can definitely find mechanics around the $60-80 range.

I have been going to Pit Stop since 2008. They have always been professional and fair. They treat me, a woman, with respect. Unlike other mechanic shops, they don't talk down to me or price gouge. I'm lucky to have found them, won't go anywhere else.
