My experience with this place has been terrific! I needed help with the lever on my driver's side seat not going back and fourth and frankly, Piece by Piece Houston were the only people in the area that were able to get the job done! Leslie was very helpful throughout the whole process and I GOT MY CAR BACK LESS THAN 6 HOURS! Talk about fast service! Thumbs up to you guys!!

8501 Galveston RdHouston, TX 77034. Horrendous. Unprofessional. Long story short. I paid 4200.00 for re-upholstery for my RV. Suppose to fix the RV afterwards and take my parents to visit family who lives long distance. My mom passed away Sept 2020 and my dad March 2021. Payments were made 06/01/2020. It has been almost 12 months. The work is not done. They gave all kind of excuses... I sent out a notice to give them til the end of March 2021 to get it done. I will take them out to court if they still stall the completion of the work. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASONS. If they can do this to me... it will be the same to everyone else. Terrible! and very disappointed.Service: Upholstery installation

Mario is super knowledgeable about what he does. Had a top installed on a '97 BMW Z3 and it only took a few hours. Looks great. Will likely go here for all my future upholstery needs.

These guys are thieves!! My car received water damage during Harvey. I made the mistake of showing them what my insurance company was willing to pay. After leaving my car for three days when I returned I was told by the detailer that he vaccuumed the water out. That's it. I wanted an itemized list of what was done and the diplorable owner would not give it to me. He called the cops who then made him give me a more detailed receipt, which he fabricated on the spot. $1,200 to get my car vaccuumed and it still smells like mold. Stay away from this con man!

My fisrt time using this place. The communication was poor causing an issue with the work. And I dropped off another small item to have some work done to it and it sat for two weeks with nothing done to it. I'll be getting my work done some where else.
