I bought some wheels. It didn't fit the car. But they didn't want to change them or return them because it took away their warranty. The problem is that no one told me that without a guarantee I couldn't return them not did I look at any sign or on the receipt it says. They are practically stealing $400 dollars from me and no one wants to refund my money

Prices are stupid high. The rent a cop guard wanted to search my person and told her no way anyone was searching me without a warrant. If she would have, I would have owned that facility after my lawsuit.

They were great. They process the core quickly. Even though I had the location of the cars I was looking for they still make sure I knew how to get to them. Great service. Maybe a few more cashiers would be my only thought.

if Lkq sell you part that don t work you are stuck with it not fair why should they profit off selling useless parts and if u get the gaurantee the still profit by keeping the guarantee on a uselee part this policy must change entrance fee increased there parts have increased it cheaper and less time consuming to go somewhere else

Looked up online if they had the car I needed. Luckily it was mostly intact and I was able to get what I was looking for.It s a huge dirt lot with cars everywhere. Be prepared to work to remove your parts but that s what makes it fun.Lines were long but that is expected since the place is always packed. Thanks guys!

TL;DR: LKQ big greedy, lose my business. In LKQ's eternal quest to find new ways to screw with our brains they have begun to refuse to price out individual engine components, only selling whole engine assemblies. I'm talking heads, camshafts, lifters, etc. They're thinking they're going to sell more big ticket items, but it's simply not economical for me to pull parts anymore and they are counter-productively choosing to crush what I would have paid for.Whenever a vintage domestic vehicle enters the yard, the accessible kind that doesn't bring a lot of money, it feels like it was crushed already as their out-of-touch pricing limits what makes sense to pull.LKQ is bad for the car community, don't play their game. I will make an effort to avoid LKQ for my future needs and you should too.LKQ, don't bother replying. If you were earnest about improving customer experience you wouldn't have gotten so consistently and progressively worse over the last years.

Sheistiest, shadiest, office personnel I've ever encountered! No parts pricelist. No parts knowledge-tried to charge me for a way more expensive part than the one I had, even after pulling up pictures on Google to prove what the part was. Mind you, this was after getting a list of parts I needed and pricing them out ONLINE FIRST OFF OF THEIR WEBSITE and was charged over $300 more in person. CROOKS!!!!!!! Worse yet, IGNORANT crooks!!! Only gave one star because I had to to post.

This is where fat, man hating rejects from the $1 pole dancing shows go to work. They are useless and on a power trip. They don't know their job which includes parts. Better experience at a dentist having a root canal with out any pain killer.

Never go to this place. If I could I will give negative stars to this place. Just a big SCAM. First they charge you to get in and then try to charge you enormous amount of money for the parts. You can get new for the money they are charging after spending time and money taking it off yourself. We tried to buy tow hooks which should cost around $3-7 and they tried to charge us $20 for each hook. We tried to show them how much they go for and they said they have to charge a bracket price for it. I don t understand how they can charge $20 for one tow hook and expect us to buy it after spending our own time and energy on it. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

I was looking for 2012 Honda Civic. I was told that it was there but the pictures were too out of date. The car was completely dismantled but was told that it wasn't. Payed to get in but found nothing.

** check prices online or on the app before u come to take off a partPrices here have gotten high. Some times buying something new might even be cheaper.****if you do not have your own tools, then this is not for you. It's hot, muddy, oil every where, and dirty. Bring water because you will get thirsty and exhausted from the sun. Holidays they always have deals. Sunday's tires are like $9 or $10, but good luck taking it off the rim with out proper tools. rims are $35.Also download their app! It will tell you where the cars you re looking for are at. You input the vehicles info and it will tell you what row and spot the vehicle is in, some times they even have picture of the vehicle so u can have a good idea of the condition they are in.****WORD OF ADVICEThey always charge you for warranty wether you want it or not!! If the piece you have is plastic tell them no u do not want warranty. They really charged me for warranty on two plastic trim pieces. I don t see why I would need warranty. Check your receipt before you leave the location.

They showed us un-updated pictures of a car we needed to take parts.Turns out the car was half gone nothing near the picture they showed. Wasted our money and time. Bad customer service as well.

There is no way to contact this particular location, don t even try. They want you to drive all of the way there to pay $5 entry just to learn that the parts you are looking for were already taken.

My two stars are because this business is not accommodating for its customers. The main service is pick your part but they no longer have anyone to answer the phone and confirm prices. It keep saying prices are online but I only see the car I have at one location 40min away with no prices. You might drive a hour and they are too expensive now you waisted a hour drive with whatever is wrong with your car

If you value your time, don t waste it here. Just call a used auto parts place at least they have the decency of answering the phone to give you information. You never know if the parts is good or bad.Just come to practice doing the job. they go online to look up OEM brand new prices and that s exactly how much they charge, full price with taxes. Prejudice AF too. Yea they give 90 day warranty but if there s no more available you ll have to wait until they get another one.(junk car). The whole business is a scheme. Bad experience overall. They need to be more reasonable.

Waited in line 40 minutes at the 40% off sale on 12/28 because they didn't have enough staff to run all of the registers only to be told that remanufactured (previously USED) batteries are excluded from the 40% off all USED parts sale although this was not mentioned by the admission clerk, on the in store signage, or on the website. I asked an employee for a written list of details/exclusions on my way out and he was unable to provide one.

Fantastic funland of everything you can think of. Bring your tools, use the online inventory to find vehicles you need parts for, and good luck. I had a blast.

Very long wait to pay for purchases and used parts are way too expensive, considering you have to pay to get in and then remove the parts yourself. Now they force optional warranty on you, and get angry when you refuseit. Some hard-to-find parts are here, though. Go to Wallersville if you can, customer service there is a lot better.

Not too bad but sometimes time waisted looking and pulling out a part is too much.It keeps me bussy though.

SCAM! DO NOT SHOP HERE! The warranty was not made aware to us that it was an extra charge. It was only after that we saw the receipt and seen the absurd extra charges to parts that wouldn't even make sense! I can understand a warranty on something like engine parts, alternator, etc, but on a sun visor? Really? A piece of cardboard that sits in the trunk under the carpet? Not everything needs a warranty!

Poor customer experience. Simple math says that 6.99 x 2 = $13.98 but for some reason LKQ thinks that 6.99 x 2 adds up to $17.98 (or so I thought)? I asked the lady at the register to double check and she just wanted to argue with me about it and say that the computers are correct, which is probably true in most cases, but why does it need to turn into a heated conversation? I asked to borrow her calculator and I showed her that 6.99 x 2 = $13.98. I wasn't gonna sit there and argue over $4, but poor customer experience. **Turns out when I got home and took a picture of my receipt I was able to better make out that the 6.99 was actually an 8.99, just VERY poor ink on the printed receipt. Why couldn't the lady just look at her computer screen and verify that to begin with? Would have saved everyone a bunch of grief.I agree with other reviewers that you need to check prices before you go and be ready to challenge some of the random entries that the people at the registers enter in for your parts if the price doesn't seem correct. And the warranty... yes it is OPTIONAL! All the prices are increased 25-30% by adding the warranty, so depending on the part(s) you are are buying, you have the option to decline the warranty. As per the LKQ website: The optional 90-Day Worry-Free Guarantee is added automatically in our system "for your convenience". If you do not want this assurance, advise your sales associate at checkout and they will remove the optional 90-Day Worry-Free Guarantee from your purchase.

Just buy new parts for cheaper delivered without the harassment and stupidity from junkyard staff. Not worth it.

  Michael Calvillo

Me and my friend went there and checked out later, looking at the receipt they automatically added (was not asked) "warranty" correction they now call "90 day guarantee" to the 3 parts we purchased a total 47.00 extra. A bumper cover, sway bar, and complete door. Seriously?? Overall LKQ has become very greedy. Not first experience with this. I would suggest You-Pull-&-Pay on Tavenor in Houston if they have your parts. Better employee's and prices are better. Just a more professional and put together yard and experience.
