I would not recommend this place. We had our car up at this place for 2 months. No curtsey vehicle so, our car rental bill was getting stacked up. There no accountability or ownership for the delay.

They did an amazing job on my car even though it took longer than usual but it was worth it thank you to the staff for all there hard work and everything. Happy holidays

I had an awesome experience. The customer service was superb. Houston addressed all my concerns and the work was done in a timely matter. I would recommend everyone to go there for any of there auto body repairs. I had a great experience. Everything from the receptionist to the manager to the actual work they did. This job was through insurance. My insurance company is notorious for cutting corners and they made sure every part was high quality along with the work. I m very happy with the service and the communication.

I read the bad reviews and took them into consideration but I have been going to PC for 6 years now and I disagree. Houston is amazing, positive, optimistic and just an all around stand up guy. Fixed both of my cars with no remaining issues. Unbelievably great service from this guy.Update: 07/08/21 came here again and they made my car look brand new. I'm so happy to do business with these guys! They communicate so well i NEVER have a problem and don't plan to use anyone else to fix my cars!Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I had a friend who needed help getting their car fixed and she asked me to tag along. I kid you not as soon as I seen the workers I got scam vibes, the unprofessionalism was on 100+, no one was helpful and all said different things when it came to her car being fix. Im sure this place only care about getting as much money out of a person instead of helping and when I pulled it up online this location did not mach the performance collision with the Gold Class Certification.

My car was stolen and the police found it. The police called a tow truck driver and the driver told me he wouldn t charge me anything to bring it to that shop and they could fix my car for cheap. Beings it was my first time ever having to deal with this I said ok. And then it sat in that shop all weekend from Friday- Tuesday. And I was told they don t have anyone to fix my car there and nothing they could do. So literally waisted my time and money being tricked to tow my car to that place. And the lady in the front is super rude! Out 267$ for absolutely nothing!!!

Mr. Houston told me my car was gonna be fully repaired before given back to me however they tried handing me my vehicle with no registration sticker and all the dashboard lights on and my radio not fixed . Was told my car would be waiting for me in the front when I got there due to me leaving work to go get it I was in a hurry was 3 hrs late back to work. Called me again saying dashboard lights were fixed but radio was still broken.. so I told him I was not taking my vehicle back till 100% fixed as was told by him. An after I already paid for my deductible. Accident happened July 31st we are now in September SMH definitely wouldn't take my vehicle here for anything else.

Very good quality work and precision. My car looks and drives like new. The customer service was awesome. They kept me up to date on the process the entire time they worked on a part of my vehicle. I'm not a relative of someone who works here and I'm writing my own experience. This place is one of the best and Houston + his staff are extremely nice people. I had at fault accident in November and though my insurance took time for approval, Houston made sure to work tirelessly to get my car ready before Christmas. They also gave me updates on the progress every 2-3 days. My advice is to let them do their work and trust the process. I also want to thank Mr. Arturo, the tow truck driver, who took me to this shop. All these guys really helped me at very crucial time. I have told all my friends/co-workers to use this shop if they ever need any body work done.

Been a customer twice and both times I have had the best service delivered. My car had to be fixed and the whole process which included getting a rental car that partners with them was smooth as well as the duration of the waiting for my car to get fixed. They kept me updated on the whole process which was also a plus. I would recommend this place if you need your car fixed.

This place is absolutely the best place to have your car repaired. They are constantly updating you on changes or timeframe of when your car will be done. They dealt directly with the insurance company, which saved me time. They provided a rental car for me on the spot. The turnaround on repairing my car was no longer than 5 days, which in my book that is a big plus. Bernice followed up after pick up of the vehicle to make sure I was extremely satisified with their work and customer service. I will definitely refer people and continue to bring my car to this place of business. Great job! Bernice is awesome!!

This Is a place that ONLY cares about your money not if your car gets fixed properly or if you had a good experience on top of that this place gives off scammer vibes. I would not recommend anyone to get any type service from here.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Extremely professional!! I would recommend this company to anyone!! They are very particular about doing the proper job. They are constantly calling with updates on the insurance process, and what stage my vehicle is in. Not only are they very professional and informative. The craftsmanship of the employees have my truck back to original condition

I purchased a vehicle with a couple of dents in the hood. After stopping at around 10 shops for estimates, I decided to go with Performance Collision to have my hood repaired and painted.Houston gave me an estimate of cost and time required within minutes when I stopped by. I was able to drop the vehicle off the next morning on my way to work (on a Wednesday). It was just before they opened when I dropped it off so I went back during my lunch hour to get my copy of the paper work. Houston offered to let me take a look at the progress they had already made on the repair. They called me Friday just after lunch (two days after dropping it off) to let me know the repair was finished and I picked the vehicle up that day after work. The hood looks great, the paint matches and blends with the rest of the vehicle, you'd never know it was repaired. The price was exactly as quoted and the whole experience was as smooth as I hoped it would be. If I have a need for repair in the future, which could happen at any time with our traffic around here, I'll definitely go back to Performance.

This place is just after your money they don't want to consider what are your thoughts of trying to save your car. My car got hit from behind and slightly in the front and gave me an estimate of border line total loss and my air bags didn't deploy its a2015 model. Spoke to the owner and all he kept saying was im confused i don't know what I'm talking about and what not . All he wanted was to buy the car from me and leave me with nothing, overall this place is horrible they say the storage fee is $25 plus tax but don't get fooled their fees includes other bullshit fees and you will pay up the a** . Please do not go here for any reason !!

I can t even begin to tell you how amazing this place is. I first came here around September because of a minor accident I was in. Houston took great care of me and had my car done within a few days. He told me he had my back in the beginning and he means it! I had a few other things happen to my car over the last months and he answered my texts/calls within minutes with a solution to my problem. I appreciate him and the business so much! I am from Iowa and moved down here all by myself and Houston is the only one who has constantly been here to take care of me and my car! I can t express enough how wonderful Houston and his crew are. They stick to their word and do an amazing job. Highly highly suggest this place!

I ve dealt with this place before and let me be honest with you. I would never take my car to a small Mexican shop in my life ever again. They are crook and will make you Pay. Be very careful with those receptionist front desk lady!!!!! You will not going to get away easy from them. Also, DO NOT rent a car from this place because it s belong to a 3rd party and once you return it, they will claim your insurance without you noticing. Trust me, take your business somewhere else. Read all the negative reviews because it s TRUE!!!!!!!!!

Houston and his team really helped me out . Text updates from Verenice and multiple calls to Houston, all my questions and concerns were answered. My car looks great and back like brand new. Houston takes care of his customers and knows how frustrating the process is . Thanks for the patience and due diligence ! Definitely recommend !!!

They did a great job on my car, Thank you performance. I had a wreck Thursday my car was fixed and returned to me on Wednesday. Less than a week, they were extremely professional. Thank you again. I couldn't have asked for more

I would give a 0 stars if there was an option.The incident happened a while back, but I remember the incident every time I see a tow truck. Basically their tow truck picked up my car and when they dropped it off the tow truck ripped off my front bumper. At first the wrecker said he was going to take care of it and so did Performance. He dad the nerve to still charge me. I left the car for them to repair and when I came to pick up the car after a week they did nothing claiming that my bumper was already damaged. My car has never been in any accidents so they were completely lying to avoid paying for the repair. I spoke to the manager and then the owner and both did nothing. I filed a claim with the BBB and also filed the claim with my insurance company who took care of the repair minus the deductible I had to pay for. Never trust this company.

I bring my vehicle here all the time there customer service is always excellent I'm very grateful with the way they treat me as a person and they always keep their promise with me I am very satisfied and I would recommend friends and family. So I am asking to give them a chance to with you and your vehicle the staff is very nice over there.

I was stranded on the side of the road in an unsafe location with my 7 week old baby when Alfredo showed up. Alfredo took great care of us. He even helped put the carseat in the car when my mom picked me up and made sure everything was good before we left. He towed my vehicle to Performance Collision and talked to the mechanic who had my truck up and running a few hours later. My husband and I thank you, because things could have turned out a lot worse if you didn't show up when you did. We will definitely be coming back to y'all if we need any work done on our truck. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by and my truck is running great.

GREAT EXPERIENCE I was having trouble finding a place to fix my car after my accident. The insurance company suggested a few shops to go to but One of my friends told me she had her car fixed here and liked the service so she told me to call them. I set up an appointment to go in and everyone there was very helpful. I took my car Feb 15th to get repairs after they looked at the damage they told me when it would be ready and they explained to me everything that needed to be done to my car. I left my car there that day and got updates on how everything was going with the repairs. Sure enough the day they told me the car would be ready they called me and told me that it was ready for pick up. They did an excellent job and im very pleased with the work they did. No doubt i would recommend anyone to go there.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR REPAIRS. My car was in a minor accident. Just needed a few minor repairs. Just cosmetic at that. It took two months to fix. Well, what they consider fixed. They NEVER return phone calls. You will have to call over and over and over to get an update. They never have any information and will tell you what ever you want to hear. The other insurance company said they had dragged it out so long that they were no longer going to pay for my rental. ( I had at first used thir rental car, charged me $50 with out my permission. Then waited two weeks for it to be put back on my card and it never happened. So i had to go up there and get my money back. ) So finally i get to pick up my car. I get there and what do i see?? The same busted grill that should have been replaced. Houston lied to me and told me it was because he had ran out of money relacing the headlights.. Well that is crap because the insurance company paid for the replacememnt. Then i fill up the windshield washer fluid and it all pours out. They didn't replace that either. So i call and I get Tavi. He said no problem, he will order a new one right away. Two weeks later that still have not returned my call. Have not ordered either part. My car looks like crap and they don't care.

Rosie is such a sweetheart. She made me feel so much at ease after my sons accident. She reached out to me and help me through my sons accident. After the car was totalled she was still supportive. I recommend Performance Collision to anyone. They treat you like family and remember what you going through instead of trying to just take your money.

Omg never in my 30 years of my life had a car accident, first time ever I didn't know what to do or where do go,I was so scared to leave my truck on some people that I didn't know.. I when to to PERFORMANCE COLLISION it was late it was at 6:00pm (store was close) but Mr.Houston open the door and talk to me and my husband. If I tell you Houston and his crew did an amazing job with my Chevrolet 2018 Silverado..Thank you soooooo much for everything ooo the best part I only pay 350 they gave me a discount first time costumer...

This was my first ever knowing of this company I was referred by a friend who has done business with this company on her vehicle and others the insurance company was trying to total my vehicle it was pretty messed up in the back but it wasn t totaled. One call to performance collision they came and picked up my vehicle and stated it can be fixed I just picked up my car yesterday and from the damage to now it look smack brand new thanks again for working on my vehicle and being very transparent
