Called this location and spoke with Patrick to inquire about brake pads and resurfacing rotors on my vehicle. Once I arrived talking with Patrick in person, I knew he was very knowledgeable and about the service I needed for my car. They were very helpful at this location and prices is pretty reasonable; compared to other automatic shops. I recommend this location if you need auto care service.

Stopped here today to get an oil change and headlight replacement. I usually go to Firestone to get my car maintenance. But since they don t take Apple Pay, I came here since they do.Took about two hours which is not too bad on my end. Luckily, no major problems with the vehicle as they said. Staff were polite, got 25% off for the oil change. Happy I was able to get it taken care of, as I can t wait for another week and can t be driving when I have a light out and only 10 percent of the oil. Thank you! May return.

Cheaper than the dealership. Same service. A hella lot easier to manage with your schedule. Not sure if they fill up windshield washer fluid cause I ran out the next week. But overall great price. Great job. Convenience is a priority with work these days

My truck broke down near a Pep Boys. The manager, Patrick, could not have been more helpful and understanding. As the truck is older, the part had to be sourced. The truck was repaired and is back in working order. Thank you Patrick for making a traumatic time that much easier with your great customer service and mechanical expertise.

Patrick was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and very patient! I was worried that I got here too late to get my oil changed, but despite the time, he changed my oil with a great attitude, although he was working all by himself! He is truly an asset to your company!

My wiper on passenger side broke, found pep boys, Patrick had replacement wiper and also for back glass hadn t had one that worked in years.. I feel safer traveling back to Dallas in this pouring down rain. Thanks so much

STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY CAR WHEN I HAD SERVICE DONE! Some friendly advice take your car needs elsewhere!Further explained for those who d like to know- On Tuesday Jan 2,2024 i d went here to have my car serviced before a long road trip back home to Tennessee, a couple of hours before that i d gone to the bank to deposit money but kept $400 cash out incase of an emergency that required quick cash or incase my card got locked for some reason. While i was being checked out me and the white manager with glasses where having a conversation about why he d moved to texas from Ohio and how it was because he was a drug addict still recovering but told me how he d been clean for sometime. (This is imperative because I believe ge was the one who did it. And people like that have a history thats hard to erase .)After my car was serviced and i checked out something told me to check my arm rest, so i did but not all the way. I d just lifted the arm rest to see if the money was THERE without counting it. I seen it had a couple of dollars thrown over it but i d figured maybe i did that or it moved while driving. (Fact to be considered, i only have to stop 3 to 4 times and it only takes $40 to fill up my tank when driving back home to Tennessee / GEORGIA) as i made my first stop i grabbed a 50 still not thinking ti pick the entire stack of 50 s up. When i get 8 hours in about to make my next stop this time i do because something kept saying check your money. I go to count and realize i only had $250 (50 gone bcz of which i d broke because i stopped for gas a few hours earlier but i still had $15 from that transaction bcz again it doesnt take a whole 50 to fill my car ) i then search my car (though i d never picked the money up and out of the armrest to begin with and it is no where to be found & how could $100 out of a STACK of 50 s just grow legs and walk away.. i check all of my receipts bcz im like no they wouldnt take out of your i only had that one from that ONE prior stop i d made. So i then call this shop on fry road back and ask if he or they could check the cameras and he tells me that all of a sudden the cameras are down.. haha.. so i say okay when they are back up could you give them a check to make sure none of your employees took anything out of my car. We hang up and he calls me back to assure me that the only department they go in is the glove department to check the filters and that he himself was one to go in my car. I then tell him that no matter what he tells me i still want to see camera footage that you claim to be down all of a sudden at a world wide mechanic shop. I then wait a few hours before calling customer service because i was not trying to get law enforcement involved (which looks-like i am going to have to because customer service filed my complaint and gave me a complaint number but has yet to reach back and do a follow up. So if i were you be cautious of this shop and take valuables out if you have no choices.

I had a 2pm appt and called and was able to get in earlier. Performed Brake Check. Received a $50 offer off service if performed that day. No obligation. Of course I jumped on that. Showed me how Fast my car drives and Stop on a Dime. He was Spot On! Not good for the Brakes and Rotors but She was designed to Drive Fast! LOL . The techician was friendly. The facility was clean. Nice coffee area. I Love this Pep Boys Location. I ve had Oil Changes there and Everyone has been Very Nice! THANK YOU PEP BOYS FOR BEING OPEN ON A SUNDAY!!!!!!!

I will be back. They were thorough but I never felt they were trying to take advantage. They fixed the most pressing issue which were my brakes and I know from doing my homework it was a good price. Very professional and customer service oriented.

I ve had a wonderful service today. While I was in at the hours that was low in staff, the service I have received was outstanding. The sales associate has on-call helper to guide her through process needed to complete my transaction. I drove away very content with four new tires to my expectations. 505436.

I regretted having to fix my brakes at this place. My brakes were not fixed correctly. When i took my car back, they said the technician who did the job was not available. He was there, so i told the lady that. So i left my car there to be fixed. The next day, they said that i needed to fix something else that was wrong with my car and that i needed to pay more than what i paid them. Never in my life will i go to this place. Terrible service and not a trustworthy place to take your car.

Went for alignment, they couldn t do full job because technician on site did not know how to do other part of alignment. Even though technician was taking his time waited 2 hours to be told that 0 stars no wonder nobody was there. Lesson learned never going back to this pep boys

I went in with no appointment and asked how much it ll be for replacing all four tires. Miguel who was the guy at the front was very helpful and detailed with the prices and deals they had. He really cares about your vehicle being in good shape and has an excellent customer service. By they way he explained everything to me I felt my vehicle was in great hands. He s very outgoing and talkative, makes the time go by faster. I ll definitely be returning to this location and would highly recommend it to everyone. I appreciate the amazing service from Miguel and the other guys!!

It was my first time in this shop, I just came for a oil change! It took almost 3 hour to do it! When first got here there was one car that they were working on, later on another client came, they worked in his car and my car was still one wait ( I don t think that the guy had an appointment) 2 hours later my car was the only one in the store for at least 30 min, another client came, and they took his car right away! It Was 4 of July I saw 3 or more workers, so I don t think they were short of staff! For sure I won t back here!

I don't like writing bad reviews because i believe every company deserves a chance to prove themselves but this will be the first & LAST time im ever going to this location. I went in at 1pm for a oil change & a new rotor, it was insisted that i change my brakes & tire as well because it was bad? mind you, i just changed my brakes 2 weeks ago. When i dropped my car off i went back at 230pm for this guy to tell me that they haven't even LOOKED at my car yet because they had to take care of some job interviews? KEEP IN MIND, I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AT THE TIME. By the time they got done with everything i was late for work & i didn't get my car back until AFTER 5:30PM!! It Takes 4 & 1/2 hrs to complete everything??? OH and the most beautiful part about this whole ordeal is that now, not only do i have an outrageously LARGE tire on my car that scratches when i make turns or even LIGHTLY hit a speed bump, i left with a oil change sticker that you CANT EVEN READ & the guy (thick white dude with glasses, i don't know his name) kept saying that he had to take care of interviews & that he was the only mechanic in the shop (there was another dude there) yada yada yada & thats why it took god awful long to take care of a 5 MINUTE OIL CHANGE, ROTOR, TIRE & REAR END BRAKE CHANGE. 4 & 1/2 hours??? Is this a joke? I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER. His main excuse was the job interviews & i told him that ITS NOT A GOOD EXCUSE CONSIDERING I COULD'VE EITHER CAME BACK LATER OR WENT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.. 'oh i didn't think it would've taken that long because you were the only customer' Yeah, me too buddy. Spent 4 1/2 hrs here, late for work, overcharged, outrageously large tire with a oil change sticker i can't even read. Rubbish mechanics with sad customer service.

Lucky and Patrick are quality employees. They are caring , compassionate, and excellent at what they do. It's apparent they like serving the public, because I have never encountered the kind of service rendered today from anyone. What an awesome experience. I felt blessed while in their presence. Wow!

Diesel service seems difficult in this area. Called ahead the day before and they assured me and even called back to verify they had the correct oil and filter for my truck. The service took about 1.2 hours which seemed silly for an oil change. I believe an employee may have been late. After it was complete I was told it was still a quart low as they had not ordered enough oil. They offered to get the oil which would have taken more time as they have to go through their system to get it or release the truck to me and I could fill the last quart. I was just shaking my head in disbelief. I accepted the truck and went down the street to Advance auto parts and added the last quart. After that I was still charged full price even after I asked for a discount for the inconvenience. I had no idea a diesel oil change was so difficult, I should have just done it myself. Parking area in front of the shop is too small.

Wow. Amazing service from beginning to end. What was supposed to be a 30 minute alignment ended up taking 4 hours, but I was kept updated and informed the entire way. The service advisor, Miguel, and technician, Craig, both talked to me throughout the job to let me know what was going on. Apparently my vehicle has a very tricky system when it comes to front end alignment, and requires time to road test and align several times before the correct alignment is dialed in. Extremely friendly service from both Miguel and Craig. Both of them explained complex things in a way that made sense to me, and both did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied at the end.This is the only place I've been to who actually did a proper job with the alignment on my truck, and I greatly appreciate it.

Excellent service very very friendly and helpful staff I was there one night to oil change but it was pass their hours and the Manager Ivan was about to close but on my request he checked my car and I was told that I have no oil at all he opened the lights again and went inside brought some oil and suggested me to have oil changed ASAPI was so much thankful to him cause he really made my car able to run the next time I called on Sunday he wasn t there but his Associate Khaleeq said they will be close soon but then as soon as I reached there he did accept my and have the worker started my oil changeI was really thinking that still in this world people make differences in others life with their extra effortsI must go there again and have my all auto needs done there and I highly recommended this locationGreat staff Ivan and Khaleeq

Terrible costumer service! The guy who was yesterday in the reception tried to over charged me extra for an simple conventional( $49.99 price) oil exchange. He was charging me more than $89 dollars and also they took more than one hour ( just two clients in the store) to do the oil exchange because they did an inspection that I never asked for. Also He tried to push me to pay for a Synthetic oil. I will never go back to this location.
