I came in to get my sun visors replaced. Oscar helped me in no time! Like 30 minutes or less. I am so grateful to him. And I will definitely be coming back if I have any other problems. Hopefully not in a long while. I am very happy with my results.

Wow great job! Took my Jeep Renegade here after being referred. My check engine light kept repeatedly coming on and was just getting told it's fixed but clearly getting the code just cleared. After coming here I was not disappointed. Very reliable. This is the place; Affordable Diagnostic! Fixed my evap problem quickly and Affordably with hands down best customer service. Go see Oscar!

Called in the day before for price on 4 wheel alignment and battery; spoke to Miguel who looked for coupon and discounts to reduce price. Came into store the next day to get work done where Oscar completed my order and guaranteed all the work.Oscar replaced my remote key battery at no additional cost. My expectations were met.

My fianc� and I got a flat tire 20 minutes before they closed and we were not only welcomed to come in but they patched our tire well after the closing time came about. I am so grateful to the team and workers and if you find yourself needing help I would recommend them 10/10.

If I had left a review the first time leaving it would ve been terrible due to one of the employees but Miguel definitely gave me a new view and Pablo and all the other guys this is really a great shop to come to and the initial person who gave me a bad impression which I won t name actually came back to me and apologized to me before I left genuinely! Great prices here for the labor and they really want to help you man so check this location out!!! Thank you team!!!

Came here for simple wheel alignment on my 2021 Genesis GV80. I was the only customer in the store. I waited almost two hours to have my wheel alignment done. I would hate if they were busy. I witnessed the employee just sitting around on their phones. Please keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle, I only came to get an alignment after having tires rotated. Needless to say, I will never be back to this location for servicing.

Staff at Pep Boys at Hwy 6N, Houston, have always treated me with respect, and they are very truthful about my repair expectations. They are detail oriented and have the knowledge set for servicing any, and all vehicles I have owned. Even though all the staff are so professional, please ask of Oscar, he has a way of making one at ease, his customer service skill is flawless. I just drove off smiling.....

I have always had great experiences with Pep Boys and today Oscar was extremely helpful and friendly and replaced my headlight for me. The customer service here is excellent! Their waiting area is also large and comfortable if you need to spend time there while having your vehicle serviced. I will be back!
