Oh my God I was on the beltway last night for a while, so had to pull over my car was coming apart the tire Sunday everybody s closed the store close in two minutes but Julius Caesar stay open for me and fix my target. Gave me a wonderful price. wonderful deal I really appreciate them and if it wasn t for these Pep Boys, I would still be on the side of the road. Thank you so much for saving me.

My experience at Pep Boys was absolutely amazing. Mr. Caesar explained everything to me because I absolutely have no clue about cars. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and drew diagrams of what possibly could be wrong with my car. I could tell the employees there enjoyed working there. Everyone greeted me were smile and had an upbeat positive attitude. This made me more comfortable leaving my car with them. Pep Boys finished my car in one day! My car drives as if it was brand new.. Thanks to Mr. Caesar and his team for excellent customer service.

I experienced trouble after hours and was towed to this repair facility. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle unattended because the lot was so well lit. The staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately after the diagnostic I had a more serious issue. I've had my vehicle serviced there before and have always been satisfied.

When I walked into the shop I was greeted by Jeremy and he asked what can I do for u today. I explained to him that my car wouldn't start the other afternoon and my brother says it might be the starter so Jeremy politely explained to me that the ins and outs about the starter and if it started right up after changing the battery, then it probably was the battery. My brother got on the phone with Jeremy and told him about my brakes making a noise on the driver side, so Jeremy took it for a test drive and found that it was the baron on the passenger side, so he is taking a look at it right now. Jeremy explained the process and gave us an estimated time and cost for my vehicle. I am very pleased with Jeremy and Pep Boys of West Rd

This is definitely a must go to type of place!!! I definitely want to start by saying the front end lady I believe her name was Stephanie was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer any and all questions that I had the facility was clean. The atmosphere was friendly. I will definitely go back. I recommend this place 100 percent

I went in to balance my front tires and thanks to Stephanie s keen observation, realized that I was driving on a tire which was ready to blow out. I purchased two tires and was able to keep my family out of scary situation thanks to her expertise and helpfulness! I came back the next week and purchased the other two tires.Great job Pepboys!

Ceaser was a big help and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. They did not try to get my money to do extra unnecessary servicing on it, like most auto repair shops do. It was a great experience.

Great service. This is the second time we get our tires there and the service is great and the installation and alignment was done the same day. Jeremy,Caesar, Ismael, and Artemio make a great team!

All of the employees I interacted with were so lovely. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I had to wait for a while because of how busy they were but it was fine. They provided excellent service and I will definitely go back again.

I worked mostly with Jeremy. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Other employees were very courteous and helpful as well. Thank you for making what was already a frustrating situation with my car breakdown much easier.

I was referred to Pep Boys by someone who knew Jeremy I was a little skeptic at first cause I had dealt with shady mechanics businesses in the past but after dealing with Jeremy and the team at Pep Boys now I am confident with my choice on where to take my vehicle when something goes wrong. Jeremy and the pep boys team let me know exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be done. I was exceptionally pleased with their service. Pep boys is now who will be servicing my vehicle. Jeremy is very knowledgeable about his work at pep boys. Kudos to Jeremy

I took my Nissan Sentra in for a alignment and the tech Cristian did a good job on it. Also he let me know about my tires that I would have to replace them soon because of the threads. All of the workers there were really nice and my car was taken care of really good.

So I have been taking my car to different dealers and mechanics and nothing compares to Pep Boys. My boy told me go to Pep Boys and talk to Jeremy. And when I tell you when he looked at my car, His Team and Him started my car after months of mechanics telling me it wouldn t work. I can not tell you how much I owe this Guys. If you are looking for a place to take your car Pep Boys on West Rd. Is this place to go.

Ater getting my oil changed, my check engine light came on. Thinking that this was because of the oil clearner option, I was nervous of my decision. However, Ceaser, took the time to check out the check engine light code and actully found the issue was unrelated. I really appreciated this because it allowed me address another issue that was going on. They are a great staff, thanks again.

Horrible service. Made an appointment at 1 PM. Over 2 hours go by and my truck is still sitting in their lot. Don t waste your time like I did.
