Rebecca and the other ladies were very helpful, they really go above and beyond to help you out, the process went smooth, they explain everything and make sure u know all the info on the vehicle. I would 100% recommend purchasing a vehicle with them. Very content with Penitas Auto Sale!!

Rebecca couldn't be anymore sweet and the rest of the staff as well. Made my daughter's first vehicle experience feel so smooth and stress free. Got the vehicle about 2 weeks ago and it runs great, no issues whatsoever. Will definitely be going back there for our next vehicle and totally recommend it to others.

Jamie was our go to for the sale of this car She met my daughters and my expectations. She definitely had enough patience for the both of us. Anyone that s willing to stay a little past office hours to help their customer always will get my vote.Very easy process. Come with what she ask and she will definitely have you and your family in a new vehicle.From mines to the whole team here WE THANK YOU GUYS we felt like family. Really happy with the 2011 Suburban i bought from this dealership the staff is really friendly and they take their time to explain all the details or answer questions before signing the paperwork i truly reccomend it to friends and family or any one else

I was skeptical about going to any dealership on Spencer but I was set on getting a Durango. My husband pulled in to this dealership and from the time we parked to the time we drove off the next day the service was excellent! Beautiful family! Jamie and Marlyn were so helpful and very transparent about the vehicle we purchased! After going to 10 dealerships and seeing the quality of those vehicles, the high mileage, the high prices plus the service there was absolutely no comparison! The other places were about just making a sale. Here they wanted to make sure we would be happy in our suv. We got a great deal on a vehicle that fits all our kids! Definitely recommending them to my friends and family!

I made the trip from Tampa, FL to Houston for a car that according to Joe, has no issues. Once I test drove it, I noticed that the screen didn t work, there was an issue with the blinker and it had been in a crash. At no point was this ever mentioned as I asked multiple times if there was anything wrong with it. The trip was definitely a waste of time and money as I was planning to take it back that same day and instead had to book another flight back. Simply not the way business should be done.
