He's a life saver! Doesn't rip you off & works with you. Great hours for those who work through the week. If I ever have an issue he'll be the first place I go.

Took my truck for a tune up, I get it back and it is misfiring like crazy. I take it back and he starts telling me its a bunch of other stuff. I decide to take off the spark plugs myself, and I see they're not even gapped right. Plus he used some cheap spark plugs. Stay away from this clown. He also charges way too much.

Pancho's has been our mechanic for years.For out part we don't have the same issues other people experienced.He gives reasonable prices.Although because he's popular he might take more time to fix cars that are in line. If you want someone reliable Pancho's is your Mechanic.If you need your car fixed ASAP like he is waiting for your car.. think again.He is always busy.I recommend this place

STAY AWAY!!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!Slow work kept my vehicle for over 3 weeks. When I would call and text to get updates about my vehicle he would not respond to anything. Always had to go to shop just to find out what was going on. My vehicle is still not fixed and I still ended up paying $200 just to get my vehicle away from the shop and find another mechanic. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT ITS WORST

Stay away from this clown. My brothers car has not been fixed and been over 3 times since we keep taking it. Waste of time commuting over there. Absolutely atrocious. We were even recommended this mechanic. Truly regret going. Even had an instinct feeling things were going to go bad

Took my 1994 LEXUS LS400 here for a starter replacement. Took over seven days to get my car back and when he said is was ready the check engine light was on. Mechanic didn't fix car right. The diagnostic showed knock sensors apparently didn't hookup right. Had to go to whole different mechanic and pay for knock sensor job when Pancho's could have done the job right in the first place. He also left off several vacuum hoses i had to go buy and put on. He also cracked my Lexus cover on both sides to covers the motor. He also left off several screws to the motor. Terrible job that costed me $350 to redo right with a different mechanic. I don't recommend this place for job that requires going into the engine. Then he tries to act like he doesn't understand English after the problem of original repairs wasn't fixed correctly.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Got the job done. It is difficult to understand him and didn t do a very good job at explaining what all he fixed on the vehicle. Lack of good communication does not help non-car savvy people like me.

Muy mala experiencia el se�or Francisco solo te trae vuelta y vuelta aparte todav�a te da actitud como si el trabajo fuera gratis claro como cobra pir adelantado. Una semana para arreglar un carro y nada m�s quedo incompleto el trabajo y me dijo ll�vese el carro si quiere jajajaa si como la hab�a cobrado .a esas personas hay que reportar las al Texas Commission por mal servicio y mentirosos
